Came with my sister to replace her battery, they helped us so much. Also we’re really nice and helped start the car back up when we realized we had an electrical problem. Even got some food recommendations! Thank y’all so much!!! Highly recommend

Normally, a great experience today not so much. Do not make the mistake of interrupting Jessica and other associates from their conversations you will not be welcomed. I also had my car year wrong ( I had no problem admitting that) which was met with a short tone followed by her slurping her drink to let me know I was dismissed. I will be calling the store manager Monday.

Prices are great but employees act like you bother them when you walk in. It takes 15 to 20 minutes to check out with one bottle of oil

I bought some brake pads told her to make and model of my vehicle and then I ordered them and I asked him thats front and back brake pads she said yes I live in a country in the woods it takes me 30 minutes sometime 45 depending on traffic to get to the store or AutoZone okay I get back I got all front brakes and then it was very hard to get the back brakes I needed cuz they sent me to another AutoZone and said they had it and they didnt it was just a very frustrating day I think I know what advance and around now

Needed parts for a tune up and oil change. Say less..... excellent customer service reps. They took great care of me.

Went in to find out why my check engine light came on. Couldnt find the plug for the scanner. Associate could not go in my car because of the virus but found it from outside of my car. Always get great service

Not very friendly. The man waiting on me acted like he really didnt want to be there. I needed a new battery....he came out and looked under my hood and said I cant touch that. Something about wires and fuses attached to the battery. He said your gonna have to take this to the dealership. I left there...went to firestone...they waited on me...no problems...so they got my 175.00 instead of this business. And Im gonna end up spending more there...yall need to learn great customer service like Firestone. Dont go to this location...take your car to Firestone! I definitely wont be back!

Deanna and Michael were super helpful! I needed to replace a battery I had to borrow their tools and Deanna would not let me install it by myself. Both of them were very knowledgeable and helpful. Give these guys a raise!

They usually have what I need and are always very helpful finding the right part. They also installed new windshield wipers for me when I had a problem doing it myself.There are 3 auto parts stores close together but Auto Zone has the best service and prices! As a woman I have never felt patronized here.

I can usually find what i need for a good. They give sound advice as well. Military discount doesnt hurt either.

Though the device could use more help I dont think they should lose a star. They are a lot about something I didnt and passed that knowledge to me. Some have great attitudes other are ther just for the pay.

The staff was cool, no issues at all...But AutoZone played a game with the battery warranty, and did not live up to customer satisfaction principals.I know for a fact Ive exchanged a battery under warranty with AutoZone within the past 2 years...yet when my current battery was malfunctioning...i went to exercise the warranty exchange again...and they said I havent got a battery since 2013...This leads me to believe they did not record my last transaction intentionally, as the were not initially pleased with me excersising my warranty privileges the first time...so if I came back within the 2 year period, I would not be eligible for exchange.As I said they had no record of anything since 2013!

Found exactly what I needed and it was cheaper than the close by competitors. Also the employees here have great personalities. Nice to see a company not hiring robots.

They have 7 managers in store (why?) maybe it was 8 & 1 employee for them to boss around. (Paying high prices for all that management!) It took almost 30 minutes for 1 manager to do a refund, a few other managers said they didnt know how ( or just didnt want to)! They have ZEROproduct knowledge & know NOTHING about parts or cars. They always stand around talking ignoring customers in line! They dont even know about their own sales going on. Its obvious they lie about experience to get the job, but you would think after awhile they would finally learn something but, dont! They are always eating candy or something in front of customers & talking with their mouths full! (NO, I didnt need to see you eat those peanut butter cups like a cow) I will NEVER go back to Hopewell location. 3 strikes your out!

I only like some people that work here. But i ask for help and it is like they are to busy to help bc what i ask for was hard. I do not see how it is hard to help find a screw for a battery. I saw them test a battery, check engine light, look up parts while me and my son waited.. Never coming here if the lazy skinny black guy is there or mix manger.

Mr. Eldrin is the most helpful person there.

Went to autozone in Hopewell va. I thought it was very unprofessional, rude in fact, to allow 3 other customers before me and Im standing there at the counter for help. I left and went to Advance auto parts where they were very professional. What was I thinking. Take a customer service class auto zone!

Good service but staff shortage based on amount of customers when I was there

Service here is really crappy. Every time I go in there are people walking around in the back while one guy is out at the counter trying to help a bunch of customers. One time I was sitting there for about 5 minutes and the manager came out from the back, walked right by me without even acknowledging I was there, and then walked back. I waited another 5 minutes for a sales associate (red shirt) to help me. I dont know why I keep going back to this Auto Zone.
