Excellent, above standard customer service. Lemar & Brenda were magnificent. We drove a hour away each way and not one regret we did. I called Lemar before driving to confirm they were opened and he was spectacular in helping us.

Paid my service on the 10th wifes phone has beenseeking service since then when we call up there no answer and service in hopkinsville and surrounding areas sucks wouldnt recommend.

Go into store to update our auto pay which the employees set up when we bought the phones, and was told it cant be done within the store. Upon explaining that it was originally set up within the store, the agitated employee agreed to try and after 5 mins. snapped I told you you have to go online!. Its obvious customer service is not a priority, as this is not the first time your employees were unable to assist us, so, we will be cancelling our service and switching companies.

It looks so much different in there, in a good way! I went to get a price quote from the store and was told that it would be a lot cheaper then what actually was ran up. I then got upset and the girl didnt have any explanation of why I was paying almost 100$ more than she quoted me. The manager stepped in and she broke it down to me. She was completely awesome. She got some discounts added in and got the price down enough for me to get cases too!

Staff not very knowlegble

According to their map we are n the Orange zone meaning 4G LTE service but we couldnt even make a phone call or send text messages. Spent $250 to start 3 lines and had to have them shut off after a week. When we spoke with Boost about it, all they said was that they will have more towers in our area NEXT YEAR!

They deserve 0 stars. I went to pay my bill and the store was closed and no signs were posted that it would be closing and no new address where to go was put up.

Boost Mobile. Having staff that knows the business is very important and can handle any complication that arises. This is that kind of store. If you are having any problems with your cellphone service or Wi-Fi services comes see them and get it straighten out.

I have been trying to get my daughter an iPhone 6 for her 15th birthday since March 17th. FedEx lost it. The day before I went to Paducah, even called before going, and they told me to buy it online so I could just pick it up there! Well, guess what, they lied. Neither place in Paducah had it. My experience at Boost Mobile in Hopkinsville was a dream come true! Vanita had a our transaction through, the phone activated and all my daughters information on the phone within minutes! I strongly recommend this place!!

Ive been with Boost Mobile since 2009. I loved when they had the chirp, or walkie talkie service. I wish they would have kept it. I had my issues with Boost Mobile but overall they have been the best. And giving props to the Blvd. store Manager *Bobby,Bobby* who has been an excellent representative for Boost.Truly he is the reason why I am still with this phone company. I thank him for all his knowledge regarding what phones and plans to buy and his honesty. Most representatives are just trying to get the sell he on the other hand knows the reward in the long run is getting a happy customer because it keeps them coming back.
