This is the place to go if you have a Mercedes. clide has forgotten more than most people know about them. absolutely worth the wait.

Receptionist very friendly. Problem was diagnosed quickly and wait time was short. The problem was fixed quickly. The price was affordable. I wish I had known about Silver Star Imports several years earlier and could have saved a LOT of money.My daughter told me about them because she used them when she had her Mercedes. Need repairs go to Silver Star Imports.

Nice place, great people. He called because he noticed he had extra parts that we could use and now we have cold a/c for a very reasonable price.

They have had my car for almost 8 months. Not a single call. They lost the key . they dont answer their phone. The owner was short with my wife. If i was the old me, Clyde would be in ICU.

Ive used Silver Star multiple times over the last year and a half for my 2006 E55 AMG and theyve always been fully reasonable with pricing, timeliness, and thoroughness of their work. Clyde loves what hes doing as far as I can tell and Id trust him with my car in any situation. I do reccomend!

Fast affordable great service

This place is very cluttered and unorganized. I took my car there for service and Im not even sure if it was done. Waited almost 4 hours to get an oil change. Most places will inform if there is a long wait or suggest you leave the car. Owner seems knowledgeable but very scatter brained. It is very hard for him to stay focused on anything especially when one of his phone rings. The lady at the front desk is rude and spends most of her time barking at the owner over the intercom to answer the lines on hold . The price quotes are reasonable but you better have some time and patience to wait possibly for nothing. Im not going back here will pay extra to get my services done elsewhere. After I left the review, I received a call from the owner informing me to take my car to the dealership bc he couldnt fix it and he hung up in my face before I could say one word.

After having worked on my car a few years on and off, Clyde, the owner told me today that he will not work on it anymore. He announced that because i asked him to fix the new vent that he had boken in my car during the last service. I had ordered and installed 4 new vents and this one was in the front passenger side, which was hardly ever used and was brand new and worked perfectly when I had brought it in to his shop. Not only did Clyde not take resposibilbility for it, but he told me he wont work on my car anymore because it is old. He was totally rude, hurtful, disrespectful, irresponsible, and unprofessional. Afterall this is where people take their old Mercedes to be fixed and he used this as an excuse to get out of fixing my vent which his people had definitely broken when working on that side of the car.The vent was in PERFECT shape and in GREAT working order when I had brought it in to his shop. It obviously didnt get broken by itself. They did something to the enderside of the car and thereby broke my NEW vent.I have paid him in full everytime he gave me a bill. He charged me before for extra things which he never told or asked me about. He is supposed to tell you everything before he puts them in the car. Another time, he billed me for something he never even did. Yet he wasnt around when they put the bill infront of me. One of his workers said that it was never put in my car. He later said it was miscommunication betweeen him and the front office. Eventhough I never said anything or complained about this issue, I felt that something was truly fishy, dishonest, deceitful, and wrong here on Clydes part..Obviously he doesnt appreciate or care for his old customers either, just cares for their money and as long as they dont complain about things being broken or not fixed by the shop. Totally UNFAIR. I am sure that if I were a man he wouldnt talk to me like he did today and dismiss me and my car as if we were dirt. I feel USED by Clyde and then tossed aside. I guess this is his red neck mentality to talk down to a woman, bully her, raise his ego, and shrug from responsibility.

This Place is GARBAGE The owner CLYDE Is a CROOK AND A THIEF I hope he sleeps good at night and with one eye open after what he did me CLYDE stole my MONEY MY TRUCK MY PARTS he will get his issue ONE DAY he will do this to the wrong person. When some one calls them self a CHRISTIAN and STEALS MONEY and Parts and A Vehicle and acts like HE DID nothing WRONG he has ISSUES $1000s of DOLLARS of CASH and PARTS TOTAL OVER $60,000 were taken. CLYDE will get his ISSUE one day.

Mercedes-Benz owners BEWARE this is a horrible place. The owner Clyde is a liar and doesnt take responsible for his employees mistake. I brought my car in because the mirror was getting stuck when folding in. Their employee broke my mirror trying to see what was wrong with it. I had to drive my car home on a Friday with a missing mirror because I was told they couldnt get a part until Monday. I brought it back and Clyde the owner stated the mirror was already broke. That was a lie the mirror was attached properly it was just getting stuck. They patched the mirror up and told me they were ordering a part. I called for several days and was told the part have not come yet. It has been several months now and still no call. Now I am having issues with my windows due to what they messed up. Also the owner stated my car had been wrecked on the side that he broke the mirror which was a lie. I was very upset with how I was treated. The worst place I have ever been. They dont take responsibility for their errors. BEWARE DO NOT take your car to this place.
