Horrible customer service, I called them to schedule an appointment and they never showed up, they also hung up on me after promised to show up 2 days in a row, would not recommend this business to anyone

We bought a washer, dryer, and refrigerator for a very good price. Ran into a couple of issues, but they were quick to resolve them. All while being extremely polite and professional. Highly recommended if youre looking to buy used/refurbished appliances!

I purchased a refridgerator here and it stopped working within five months of purchase. They offered to send someone to take a look at it, it’s been a week and no one has arrived. I waited all day yesterday, after multiple phone calls, and still no one showed up. Just FYI, when you purchase any product at their store, they tell you to leave a positive comment in exchange for them helping you out with any issues...

This owner was polite and smiles until they got my money and I know you can’t please everyone but customer service is very important. I was patient quiet kind I stayed home waiting on them when they was to call and come by andThey didn’t. For three weeks this went on I’m done being quiet. I spent $2000 my washer never worked they delivered they the wrong dryer I had for a week and a half before we got the right dryer. Still with a broke washer. Call on the phone and they can’t give you a answer on when they can come then they show up when they want if you ain’t here then your screwed. No refunds no return no fixing and warranty up in 30 So they try not to fix within the 30 days. I am so angry I thought I could trust them. They take advantage of people. I am. I am not poor on welfare or unemployed. I work hard for my money.

They have multiple listings on offer up. I called to question if a certain product was available and mentioned the listed price. The owner who lacks professional said he would honor the price and he wouldn’t charge taxes if I paid in cash. A few minutes later the wife (as she stated she was) called upset saying I had spoken to her husband and the price was not going to be honored and if I wanted the product I knew where to go and hanged up on me. Doesn’t matter how stressed someone is or how bad of a day someone is having. There is no reason to be rude or to be hanging up on people especially when you own a business.

I bought a washer from them, it came with a warranty and to my surprise the washing machine hasnt broken down at all. I have had it for 4 months and everything works great. Great products for the price. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for good appliances at a great price!Edit: Its december and Ive had this washer for about8 months. This place is just fine if you have common sense. The bad reviews seem like maybe they should have tested put what they were buying. I tested out a washer n dryer. If one didnt work right they tested another of my choosing and even lowered the price of what i was buying. Who the heck can complain about that? Just test before u take it. These people are willing to do what ya need and are nice as can be about it.

Bought a dryer & it did not work. Called the next day & they said I would have to wait for the end of the day because they had deliveries somewhere else that are further. Keep in mind, I live in the same neighborhood from the store & Im already a customer of theirs & they choose to leave my problem unresolved. They said someone would stop by in the afternoon to fix or replace. The store closed for the day & no one ever came.Compre secadora y no trabajo. Les hable el siguente dia y me dijieron que me tuve que esperar para mas tarde porque tenian otros ordenes. Very dishonest business with non-working appliances as I bought a refrigerator there and once I got home and plugged it up, it didnt power on at all and I called and told them if I could get it fixed. They told me they could but they never fixed the fridge even after I took it to their shop
