Tony and Jody are fantastic! Honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable and thorough. They have always been able to service our Sub Zero quickly when we have a need.

My experience from the start with Robyn who answered the phone; responded to my multiple questions and scheduled repairs was fantastic! Tony and his sons/worker came in as a team of 4 and basically gave me a new fridge/freezer. Pricing was competitive, but most importantly, they delivered! Polite, knowledgeable, competent and thorough. They followed up after the repair to ensure everything was working properly.Highly Highly recommend them. Service at this level is rarely experienced.

I am so pleased that I found this company to service my aging Sub-zero refrigerator. I was able to get an appointment in a very reasonable amount of time, and the technician called when he was on his way.The service was outstanding! I’d had 2 other companies look at/‘repair’ the non-specific Service error, and had spent good $$ only to have the problem return. The temperature wouldn’t get below 40° even though the panel said 34°, and I knew my fridge was trying to tell me something! When Elite arrived, I was told that it needed a board replaced, it was an ‘order’ item, and would be in the next day. No service charge for diagnosis. They returned the next day, and my refrigerator is working flawlessly!I also had an issue with the gasket being split. He told me it wasn’t necessary to replace at this time, but would need it eventually. I opted to go ahead and do that as well.The technician explained the cause of the issues, and told me what I could expect in the way of issues in the future, but reassured me that I have many years left on the unit. The refrigerator is 17 years old, but he says it’s going to last many more years.Subzero repairs are not cheap, but then neither are the refrigerators. However, I believe I got excellent service at a reasonable cost. I highly recommend this company if you need Subzero repairs!

I called this morning in dire need of a repair for my Sub-Zero. Tony was sent to my home. He was friendly, knowledgeable and diagnostic. The repair consisted of thawing the iced over motor in my freezer among other things. Tony was very Conscientious about the water damaging my hardwood floors. He meticulously helped me clean up my floor as well as repairing the freezer in a professional, timely manner. We also, needed to shut the water off to the house, while he repaired a valve. Unfortunately, I didn’t know where to locate the valve. Tony took his time & patience to walk my yard and search the house with me. We actually weren’t able to locate it. By the time I reached my husband to find out how to turn off our water, Tony had left. I rang Tony to tell him the location of the water valve and he circle back to my home within about 15 min. By the time he left my house the second time, I had a repaired appliance and he had a customer for life! I highly recommend Tony & Elite Sub Zero Repair.

The absolute best. Ive got a 24 year old model 532 that is original to the house that I would like to keep forever. Being fairly handy with mechanical stuff I can quickly recognize ability. Tony is the best in the business. Ability, insight and straight forward, no BS, honesty. Ive used Elite Sub-Zero twice-once to replace the original fridge compressor and second to replace the ice maker. Tony showed up on time, finished the work in a timely fashion, kept a clean work area and gave an honest report of the situation. The absolute best.

Acquired an 18 year old sub zero when we moved, along with an under counter wine cooler that didn’t work. Tony inspected it for us, found it was throwing codes and in need of repair, and repaired it once we closed on the home. Also fixed the wine cooler. Excellent experience! Thank you!

I wish I could give them 6 stars … or more! I have an older model SZ freezer that Id just about given up on after another company had failed to get it running. Based on their 5-star reviews, I decided to give Elite a try. Their motto is We dont walk away from a problem, and they were true to their word. Tony is awesome. Hes got a ton of experience, and he knows how to put it to use. Moreover hes extremely customer-oriented. Understandably, it took a few visits while he worked through it methodically, during which time he kept in touch with me almost daily. He guaranteed me that hed get me running, an he was true to his word. I couldnt be happier with the outcome, regarding the performance of the unit, and the quality of the service. Elite will be my go-to company in the future, and I recommend them - and especially Tony - without reservation.

I just had the most wonderful experience with this company . My subzero, which I have had for decades, was leaking water at the bottom right hand corner of the refrigerator side. I called Elite Sub-Zero Repair and they had someone (Tony) at my home within 90 minutes, and he immediately repaired it and checked out everything else about the machine to make sure that I didnt have any other problems.I have used this company for over ten years, and they have done an outstanding job keeping our vintage Sub-Zero side by side running. A few years ago they replaced the compressor. Tony was quick, professional, and helpful. He knows the Sub-Zero machines backwards and forward. And they are very reasonable in their service fees! I give them the highest recommendation!

Calling for help and paying for it is a hard thing to do. Im a skeptical person. I like to do things myself, and when I cant Im usually biting my nails watching. I took a shot with these guys, and Im glad I did.The technician Jamie was extremely thorough. He took his time. He knew what he was doing. Im sure he could have done it blind folded. He was not rough with dismantling the freezer cover/vent thing. He was not rough or careles with his placement or organization of parts dismantled.. No kicking his feet, but he also did not seem rushed, or like he had anywhere to be. He wasnt multitasking or distracted by anything. He was invested. Low maintenance. Did not require any accommodations, even declined water, he had his own. He also was very respectful and wore a mask. He brought appropriate, quality tools. Ive seen worse guages used on my home AC system. The company is obviously invested in what they do. He brought an appropriate sized little step ladder, the tools and ladder he brought in to work on the freezer were CLEAN. Nothing felt backwoods. Felt like a professional was in my home. He had virtually no footprint. He did not have wandering eyes. He did not explore my home. He did not make me or my girlfriend uncomfortable. He talked us through everything he was doing. Gave periodic updates. My questions did not bother him at all. He didnt mind me observing at all. That stuff is important to me when letting someone in my home.The freezer is running good as new. We were immediately inspired to take the shelves out and clean all out it once it truly sunk it that it was fixed. Feels like the day it was put in.. We are elated.This is one of those rare instances where you find a gem in an industry. It would have been a dis-service to not leave a review. Family business, and they are proud of what they do. Cannot recommend them enough.

The technician showed up to my home today to look at a old subzero unit that came with the home I recently bought. The problem was a wood trim we had installed to cover bottom of fridge and that’s why fridge “ couldn’t breath “ and caused fridge to stop cooling.Tech was honest and didn’t charge me. It’s rare to find honest companies nowadays and I will make sure to use them again when I need servicing on my sub zero unit .

We have used this Sub Zero repair service for some time now. The technician always schedules an arrival date and time, and without exception does arrive at that time. The technician is very thorough and professional, and he is one of the most knowledgeable techs in the city of Houston concerning repair of major appliances. For this particular repair of a U-line under the counter refrigerator, the tech quickly diagnosed the faulty control switch, replaced it, and was on his way to his next call in the matter of an hour or so. In conclusion, I would not call any other repair service to work on any of my refrigerators, ice makers or other major appliances.

Quick, simple repair of the switches on my Sub-Zero. He had the parts with him and it took less than 15 minutes to have them installed. Cost was reasonable. Very knowledgeable about Sub-Zero products also. I would call them again!

I had no idea that subzero repair service in Houston could be so uncomplicated!!! I just replaced a compressor on a 2002 690. I got the diagnosis on Monday and was up and running Tuesday morning. Fast, efficient and cost effective.

I have an old dryer Kenmore Dryer and got the run-around from Sears about it was too old to fix, even thought I knew exactly what was wrong with it. All it needed was a new felt liner around the door. I found this company through Yelp and had an excellent experience. Tony came out, replacement part in-hand. When he couldnt remove the old felt because the last person to replace it had used too much glue, Tony took the door back to his shop and ground it off with a grinder. He brought the whole thing back the next morning and it was done. Fast, competent and courteous. What more do you want!

I called on a Saturday morning for a sub zero refrigerator/freezer repair, and the friendly dispatcher told me they’d have someone out within an hour. In fact, a technician named Tony called me a few minutes later, and let me know that he’d finished his prior job quickly and could come over right away. He came in, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed it immediately with a friendly but professional attitude. He also went the extra mile and checked our other refrigeration units for the same problem, and showed me how to take off the screens to clean them, etc. Tony never tried to up-sell us, and we knew that he was absolutely trustworthy and honest. He was quick and clean and had everything he needed to do the job. Elite is open 13-hour days, seven days a week, and are available for those emergencies that seem to always arise outside of working hours. Elite (and Tony) have definitely won my business and loyalty. Every customer service call should be this quick, responsive and easy! This is the first google review I’ve ever written, but they earned it.

Called and explained my Sub Zeros no ice problem - Tony came out the next day, explained the problem to me in terms I could understand & ordered the parts from Sub Zero. He then completed the repair & the ice maker now works like its supposed to. Excellent work at a fair price, highly recommend Elite Sub Zero Repair.
