The staff was very helpful and the deals were great. There was a little confusion at the registrar but the manager and staff were friendly and took great care of us. You dont often find that Im big chains. We appreciated our experience and will be back to shop there.

Kyle at this store is awesome! I needed a new vacuum and decided to get a cordless as well. To do this I applied for a store card at home. I wanted to buy same day and an associate told me they could not look up my account and I would need to wait for the card to come in. I spoke with customer service next day and they said I could get my card looked up in store. So my next call I reached Kyle.He was sooooo helpful! He explained it was not common so his associate the day before just didnt know. He said if I came in he would help. Met in store and he was super busy but still took the time to help and train one of his associates how to do the card look up. His attitude was so positive. I will come back to that store because of him.I wish I had guys like him working for me.And thank you to the sweet lady who gave me her extra coupon! She saved me 100$.

Today I was just window shopping but Bed Bath & Beyond had a lot of great house hold items that any family would love to have in there ho especially for the upcoming holiday season.

They really cleaned up and rearrange the store to make it easier to shop through. BB&B really needs to change up their bedding selections though. Everything there was boring!

Got some good items at fair prices. I also was pleased with help I received from one staff member in trying to locate a specific item. This big store off tomball parkway had the largest variety of items for home and personal care that I have ever seen.

Great in-store shopping experience!

Although the store did not have exactly what I needed, the staff was fantastic. Shopping there us a pleasure.

I went in looking for a bread maker and not a soul asked if I needed help. I asked one person who was nice enough who told me they no longer carry it but I could order it online. I then went to customer service to ask if I ordered it could I have it delivered to the store. The young lady working behind the counter never looked up at me, never stopped cleaning the counter, and answered me with the utmost disdain and said no you have to have it ordered to your house. I understand that working during the Christmas holiday is not that much fun, Ive done it myself but that was really terrible customer service I will not return

Sad to see a store that used to be great, go down towards its demise. Advertised items not in stock, disoriented attendants, long register lines, employees that prefer to sweep that to take care of customers. I am throwing away the famous 20% discounts coupons, and saving myself the disgust.

1) Quite disappointed that it took at least 10 minutes to find an employee to print a bridal registry for me. Finally, when I got a copy and started looking at all the items that were available, about 75% of them were only for delivery and not available at the store.2) Now that I have picked a wedding gift out, I head over to the registers to pay for my item. Only one register is open with three customers ahead of me, no big deal right? Wrong? The couple that was at the register had questions about everything they were buying and also the coupon that they were trying to use. Wow! Now we are looking at each other and asking ourselves why they don’t open another register.3) Finally, another register is opened and the line started moving. If I could have printed my own bridal registry, walked up to a register that is u-scan compatible, I would have been in and out of there in about 10 minutes.4) However, kudos is in order as all the employees as well as customers were wearing facial coverings and practicing social distancing. Lots of remodeling going on as well.

I had ordered an item for curbside pickup but went inside as well. The man working the front desk (the manager maybe) was very friendly and professional. Store was well stocked and it was a nice shopping experience.

I rarely write reviews, but this one is a must. The customer service we received here was EXCEPTIONAL. Big shout out to Alyssa and Rodolfo who went above and beyond to help us. They didnt have to, and their efforts reminded us that people can be really kind and helpful. Their commitment to outstanding customer service is a breath of fresh air in these crazy times and we wont forget it.

I came for the great deals and coupons I received! Very good value.However, the cashiers were kind of snappy. I politely asked customer service if I can pay for an item and pick up an online order at the same time. Before I finished asking my question, one of the associates interrupted, “ma’am you need to go pay over there! We are calling for back up so the line can move faster”. They just seemed unhappy to be working there.

I shop at this location pretty often. Up until today the customer service and return policy was always great. My experience today however started out very disheartening when I had to bring two panels of drapes back because they were defective. The young lady at the customer service desk was refusing to let me return them because I didn’t have the packaging & they had been washed. I did have my receipt however. I assumed both 84” panels were 84” but they weren’t. I took the panels back to the drapery department & thankfully a familiar face was there, a gentleman, Mark, who helped me previously when I was shopping for the drapes was there. He was so very helpful & hung all the drapes that were on the shelf to try to find 2 panels would work, to no avail. He ended up ordering 2 panels that will be sent to my home. I’m so appreciative of his help! Thank you so much to Mark! Best customer service. He went above & beyond to help me.

I just came to store #45Tomball location and did not realize it curbside only, the agent outside the store told me since the store was closing I’d have to place my order online and pick up tomorrow. As I was going to leave he stopped me and asked to see the product I wanted, he was so polite and helpful! He went into the store to look for my product, honored my coupon. It shocked me how friendly and willing he was to help me. Literally sitting in the parking lot writing this review! Btw his name was Kyle and I am floored at the service he gave to us!

Didnt have many bed sets for little girls

The store was well organized and the workers were stocking as shoppers were shopping. The customer service was excellent from those on the sales floor as well as the cashiers. They offer shopping baskets at the front middle and back of the store. The selections and displays in the middle of the store all the way from the front to the back are festive and cheerful. The store smells amazing and they allow you to try the products both fragrance and soap with sinks and towels available. Not only are their prices and specials amazing but the customer service of allowing customers in the mall to simply just come in and wash their hands is by far the best part. And there shopping bags are very durable. The company is not short changing the bags at all.

Have been coming here since I was a child with my parents, now I come with my kids and their now grandma (my parent). Always good for whatever you need in kitchen gear, linen, cleaning supplies, personal toiletries, make up, seasonal decor, coffees and teas.

Its a pretty fun place to visit and shop. They have all kinds of small electronics and unique appliances for home/office/kitchen etc. The prices have always been better than others for the most part and they also always have a 20% off email sign up coupon that you can use in store or online.This location even have free coffee!

They have spaced out their merchandise so that its easier to drive your cart better. Very nice and clean

I checked out with Tim, very lazy working man, he kept telling me my stuff wouldn’t fit in the bag, I said how about this one, he still insisted that it wouldn’t fit, SO what I had to do was get the bag myself and it fit perfectly! Also Spent $300 here just to get harassed by the cashier workers when my basket rang not once but twice, still they can’t explain why.

Fast service at a good price!

The sales associate was not friendly all I asked one question and she mumbled and shrugged me off. I left moments later took my business elsewhere.

I couldnt buy the stuff I was looking for because they are remodeling, and when finally found something to buy I was in line to pay and the cashier was arguing about a item on clearance with a customer like she waa the owner.

Came in to purchase my 36 outdoor stainless steel outdoor griddle and left very happy with the atentiveness, friendly, and helpful experience that Janet and Trent paid to me. They both made sure that my order was placed correctly and answered all of my questions i had, and while doing so made me feel like someone i knew for many years. This is only the second time i have been to any Bed bath and beyond and with service like this, BB&Beyond will be a household name for me for years to come.

The BBB (Willowbrook location) was a very clean and organized store. I simply went to browse and check out prices on a few items that Ive been needing or wanting. I had one girl at the front working by the kitchen appliances who was very sweet and knowledgeable on coffee makers. Not sure how genuine it was though. She was the only one who spoke to us and then she followed us to the other side of store and watched from a short distance making sure to keep walking by very often. The store was nearly empty of customers. My boyfriend turned around and our cart was gone. Right then and there we decided not to purchase a single item from that store. An associate had to have taken our cart bc there where no customers. We where considering buying either an expensive coffee maker, nice sheets or a good vacuum. I refuse to spend money at a store who has treated me like a criminal the second I walk in. My boyfriend is younger than me and looks way younger than what he is. I think thats why we where treated like that but it made me want to cry when leaving the store.

Wow, they have a tremendous amount of stuff and of good to excellent quality. Nice employees. Free coffee. They mail coupons to you and you can use expired ones. Theyll take a bunch of them at once. I just give the employee a handful of coupons and their system figures it all out. I feel they are always more than fair in doing this. The store is always clean, well lit and well stocked. Some people think its expensive but their stuff is of high quality. Save and use the coupons, it makes a big difference.

Treasure, Josh and Tammy had amazing customer service. Some of the items we wanted were not on the shelves so Treasure checked the back and computers. The manager Josh called another store to see if the items were available and Tammy helped me with my coupon at Checkout. I appreciate their customer service and efforts!

Its crazy the variety of home goods in this store. I went for pillows and there were so many kinds. And the staff was extremely nice, helping me and speaking kindly. Prices are fair, with a wide range, from basic to high-end items that can get expensive. A lot of items here wont be found in other stores. And generally the quality of items here is higher than other stores.

Marshay(excuse the spelling) was 100% the best customer service rep! She definitely goes above and beyond for the company! She helped me out over the phone when the website was not showing something in stock. 10/10 she needs a raise - coming from a GM outside your company. Keep this one!

My visit was awesome. The young lady that helped me with the bridal registry was so very helpful. I was very pleased to have the pleasure of wrapping my own gift in the store gift wrapping area. It was free to wrap my gift. I was in and out of the store so quickly. The store is organized and clean.

Love coming here since I pretty much have a coupon every time I go. I also like the coffee tasting section since you can try out new coffees that you would otherwise never get. Have found some new flavors that I really enjoy.

Was looking for something I had put on hold, walked in the store and it was on clearance! With my 20 percent off and I believe a manager or asst. (Female) helped us get the patio umbrella base off the bottom shelf. Coming here was a win-win!

I love BBB. The service isn’t always A+ especially during their busy seasons. Recently I went there as a last resort trying to find something nifty for a friend that requested utensils and baking stuff for her birthday and finally found something! This is the place of you need to find something different and want to avoid the expensive kitchen stores. And usually paired with a coupon you can make away not breaking your pockets.

Dont shop BBB too often, but it is satisfying to shop there because I know they have what I need. First time at this Willowbrook store and it seemed better organized and less cluttered than my usual Copperfield store. Quick trip through the kitchen area (and a tip from a clerk) and Im done.

I used to love this store. Everything has changed at this store recently. The return policy, and the customer service is horrible. They continuously false advertise by putting things in the clearance section, then saying it is not on clearance, even though there are bins full. The manager is argumentative. This is why stores are going out of business and online stores are taking over.

Definitely had what I needed when no one else did not even when you think about Walmart are any Dollar Tree or general dollar or anything like that but they do have a lot of other stuff that you wouldnt think of yes might be a little bit more but hey its well worth it
