This is certainly the place to go for appliances! The owners are very helpful and informative! There’s really no need to go elsewhere and pay an arm and a leg for appliances. They delivered my washer and dryer the very next day, worked with my schedule, and set up the machines in no time at all! I was washing clothes moments later! Thank you sunset appliances!

BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK: I purchased a washer and dryer in April from this place. I found them on Facebook marketplace. The transaction went smooth and they delivered to my house, however, when they installed the dryer there was something wrong where if you would open the door, the dryer wouldnt stop. They sent out a technician to fix the problem and everything was going well up until last week when the dryer stopped heating and drying completely. I called a repairman to come assess the issue thinking that maybe it was just the thermal fuse that had blown out. Turns out the dryer completely burned out. The repairman asked my fiancé and me if we had smelled any burning coming from the unit, which fortunately we hadnt. He informed us that the dryer was fitted with plastic wire nuts on the wires, which is only put on there aftermarket. The dryer was also wired completely wrong. The repairman refused to fix it saying that he doesnt feel comfortable because of the huge hazard the dryer imposed on starting a fire! When I informed the owners about the issues that we had, she of course denied any faulty work when you can clearly see the scorch marks and shoddiness in the pictures, accused the repairman for being dirty and only wanting to make money (when the repairman didnt even take any money from us), and only gave the solution of us having to come all the way back to the store pick up a different dryer, and be stuck with a non-working appliance because the dryer is too heavy and not easy to handle like a washer for them to come pick up. That wasnt an issue when I got the appliances delivered to my home in the first place. Look I get that this is a small business, however, the way this situation was handled equates to poor customer service. My house could have burned down and I didnt even receive and apology for the inconvenience. Now we are out the cost of the money we spent for these appliances plus money to purchase new units. Save yourself the trouble and just buy new appliances.

We have purchased used appliances. Owners are very honest in regards to what they offer. On one occasion the owner even went to my residence to tell me what was wrong with a new appliance and didnt charge me and was honest. Wasnt thinking about how to rip us off didnt even charge for the diagnoses. I have referred them to many folks with a budget or not. I definitely recommend this business.

I found a great washer and dryer for a good reasonable price!!! The delivery was smooth and they were at my house before me, and was cool because i was a little behind them! This is a family business and not a huge chain so the owners wife Ms. Sara is so sweet and personable. She took the time to not only explain to me how the process works but we had a good conversation about our kids as well!! I dont own a home yet but i know when i do who i will be calling when i get one!!! Im so happy the washer and dryer works because in lieu of the COVID its imperative to be at home. Good price on 2010 LG refrigerator. Delivered for $30 . Cesar was very informative about the appliance. Most warranty people give you have to bring the appliance to them to be repaired. My current washer stopped working and my dryer’s timer was broken so I searched on offer up and found a replacement washer through sunset. When I arrived at the appliance store I was blown away by their selection of washer/dryer pairs. The staff there is extremely professional, courteous, and appreciative. I returned some days later to finalize my purchase and I was sold the correct items in gently used condition. The staff assisted my friend and myself in loading the items into my truck and gave detailed instructions on how to transport and install my equipment. I highly recommend this small business if you’re in the market for appliances. I looked up the whirlpool cabrio set online and it’s lowest price was 1900.
