They dont answer the phone, the voice mail is always full. The 2 times I have drove to the location closet to me, the hours said they were open, but the doors were locked.

I just bought atv I have oil leaking problems and they tell me that I have swept a screw when I do not have to touch at all because it is supposed to have a guarantee, very careful with the purchase of these I do not mount it for 10 miles and already in the workshop

I bought a Go Kart from here almost a year ago and LOVE IT! My kids are so happy and Im happy it keeps them outside and active! China products are cheap and unreliable. I purchased this new and the next day took it back and had a new carburetor installed and it still isnt running.

Not friendly place . Felt like they don’t need our business because they r sold out on almost everythingHad nothing available at this place, or to order, however website doesn’t show out of stock . Waisted long tripCall before u go.

Why do these people keep changing their Google ID to remove bad reviews? Put your big pants on and face the music guys. Third time I have had to write a review for same place under different names. Terrible service, charge extra for things others give free, and they lie about 6 month warranty. Read the warranty, it says thirty days right there, and says you have to prove you change your oil in a certain time frame or warranty is void. Good luck proving that with no hour meter or odometer. And different phone number now?

A lot to choose from nice people had what I wanted in stock unlike the other two places I went to great product my kids love there new coolster atv.

I bought a 4-wheeler and a helmet for my stepson, and I accidentally left the helmet there because the salesman placed it down on top of one of their 4-wheeler, and when I went to grab it she told me to just leave it there while we make the transaction. Well I tried calling them and it took 2-3 weeks to get a hold of them, and when I finally did get a hold of them and I told them how I left the helmet there, the salesman recognized me and remembered me leaving it there... BUT she still told me the’s nothing she could do about it, because their cameras only go back a few days. Smh

Very affordable prices staff is very nice and helpful. Alot to choose from went to two other placeses this one by far has a larger selection. Purchase two 4 wheelers last Christmas still run great!

If you have choice find some other place ..

This is Not a quality ATV I bought one for my son and didn’t last six months working paid over 1k for this trash now it’s just sitting in the garage won’t turn on and back spring fell off. Don’t waste your money on China products it’s trash. Never buying here again.

Very nice and knowledgeable staff I have bought several atvs over the years from several other places this is by far the best experience I have had with an atv shop always helpfull from purchase to service dont be fooled by cheaper places you get what you pay for trust me!

PRICED ATVS THE ONE WE LIKED WAS 3000.00 WHEN WE WENT INSIDE TO TALK THE PRICE WENT UP TO 3600.00 if imma spend that I can buy NEW HUH?

Awesome customer service .Honest, dont sell whats not needed .Been useing BOR for about 12yrs. They fix problem that no others will .Very experienced and accurate in diagnoses .Couple of my friends purchased multiple ATVs and Go Carts if there is a problem BOR has no problem fixing and warranty-ing the product they sell .

China pos! I bought a go kart for my children and didnt start on Christmas morning! They fixed it and it did the samething the next day! I sold the thing for $100 after spending 1k! Super pos!!

Don’t buy anything from these guys they don’t and won’t answer the phone and instead just play you their bad commercials and thank you and hang up on you. Terrible customer service their just looking to make the quick buck and after that they have no need for you.

Bought two go karts for my kids and they had a blast great service too called them and told them my go karts were making a clicking sound and they did everything in the power to fix the noise great job #BOR
