Great place, met Gustavo when my company truck needed work on our Audio equipment and just saw how well it was that I had to check what they could work on my personal car as was close by to home it was great. They have helped get my car looking great, it sounds great as well with new speakers, they helped me out on finally getting good Lighting out of my Headlights as well as changing Headlights.They provide great service that you keep going.

It was ok...I was there for over 8 hours ...just getting windows tinted and radio work...I stayed there most of the time...was never offered water or anything...the TV wasnt turned on until an employee was on THEIR break...I didnt get updated on the progress unless I asked...With being there that long. I feel the customer service and hospitality could have been a lot better.I had to go back a couples of weeks later...this experience was ENTIRELY DIFFERENT. The time taken was quick, simple and painless. The customer service was on point...Totally different. I have been coming here your years...I would definitely recommend the service and quality of work!!!!

My car backup camera was not working and I consulted the dealer for fix and the dealer came with an estimation of around 3000$ for the head unit replacement. Then I called others to get this addressed but the most of the guys tried to cheat/loot me. When I called this store and discussed the problem, Mr. Gustavo with wasting a second told me that the camera is dead and needs a replacement. I visited the shop and he ordered a aftermarket backup camera from eBay. He called me to get the backup camera replaced. After replacing the old camera, my backup camera started working. This store saved more my hard earned money. These guys are very honest and very professional. I recommend this store. Thank you for all work you did.

Great Price and Awesome Work! I came here to get a backup camera installed on my Mercedes C300 and I was quoted the best price and my car was done the same day within a few hours! I went to Car Toys on highway 6 and they wanted to charge me $1100... American Audio charged me waaayyy cheaper than that. By like hundreds!!! I had a camera already that I bought from amazon so I just paid for the module unit that goes in the back of the radio and labor/instillation. They allowed me to pay a deposit of $350 to order the part and it arrived at their shop within a few days. The staff was amazing and very customer friendly. I am so pleased with my new feature and I will be going to them for more services in the future.

AAC built my complex system over 6 years ago and everything still works flawlessly. I put nearly 200k on car and the audio system needed a slight update: Came in to get Apple CarPlay head unit upgrade. I brought in a .5 meter lighting cable and it was not quite long enough and came back and with a 1 meter and they installed with no issue. These guys do quality work and are committed to customer satisfaction.

I went into American Audio Concepts with the wanting of improving my quality of sound for my deep house, vocal trance and lounge music that I enjoy playing. Before picking American Audio Concepts to do an install in my 17 Tahoe I visited ***8*** shops and the first impression I got was that AAC was tied with another great super friendly shop off I10. I went with AAC because they said they could do my entire install in just one day vs the other shops TWO days.I definitely picked the right place! They did an amazing job AND theyve been patient enough to deal with at least seven calls and three visits since they were done just to ask for tweaks!! They also did me a HHHUUUUGGGGEE favor that I wont mention here as I dont want to end up setting an expectation for everyone else that they end up obligated to grant as a result of my review but lets just say they have saved me TONS of cash on purchases and returns by allowing me to audition some equip in my car before making things official.THAT is insanely generous and I am super grateful for it. This is the place to go. Long story Im that customer that always asks tons of questions before I commit to a purchase. Well G was extremely patient with me. He took his time and answered all my questions about the audio system upgrade I wanted. Seriously people I had plenty questions about stuff I read on the Internet and questions from other salespeople. He even let me rant about how bad other audio stores were. My factory stereo deck was fading fast and I just wanted to get it replaced with something that worked. Ray went through the options with me and I got a new Pioneer that sounds way better than the factory deck. Did not try to get me to buy stuff I did not need, (the reason Frys did not get my money). His guys did a very clean install and everything works perfect. Give these folks a call, they will hook you up!

I had an amp installed at another shop they couldnt find the original amp for the highs so the couldnt install my jl amp. Gustavo redid the wiring on the sub amp installed the jl for the highs and installed a viper alarm all within about 4.5 hours. It was a beautiful install and he set the levels perfect on both amps. As i sat in the waiting room He put movies for my entertainment and made the time pass nicely. If you want the job done right, this is the place to come.

By far the BEST SHOP I’ve been to in a long time! At American Audio they do it all!! They’ve helped me with the complete off-roading build on my Jeep Wrangler to my track build on my SportsCar! Wether it would be a suspension upgrade or full-body make over!
