Best service will find what u need

I order 2 parts and was told it would be available the next day by noon. I drove 30 min, arrived and my order wasn’t ready, but delayed until later in the evening. I left and came back and my order was now incorrect and I was told there was nothing they could do about it besides reorder and I should come back. No compensation for the mistake on their end. Horrible customer service. Wouldn’t recommend.

Do not buy here. DO NOT BUY HERE. They are very rude and disrespectful. One of the rudest places I’ve ever been in. Don’t buy from them you’ll regret it. Rude service bad return policy if they even let you return anything without charging you. Very rude owner and staff.

I called to ask about a part and whoever attended me spoke to me quickly, said they didnt have the part without checking, said goodbye and hung up. They probably are a great place but if thats how their customer service works I wouldnt step a foot in that place.

They were really nice and friendly. Prices are very reasonable. I will definitely go there again.

If yall want to get ripped off, DO NOT COME here, cause THEY DONT RIP YOU OFF. Great prices, amazing service, fast turn around (if the part needs to be ordered). I wrecked my vehicle, body shop wanted to charge my insurance $6000 to fix. I repaired most of it (things that didnt really need replaced right then and there didnt get fixed) for under $1,000. I have never had a bad part, bad service, or bad price from here. Highly recommend them, even for small parts.

When it comes to having parts they have it all!!They could work on their communication skills a bit more, but overall very nice people.

I JUST RECENTLY MOVED TO A LOCATION IN RICHMOND TEXAS. I CALLED BELLAIRE AUTO PARTS TO PRICE A FEW NEEDED ITEMS FOR A 2011 ELANTRA. FOUND OUT THAT LUIS (CAPTAIN AMERICA) WAS WORKING THERE AT THE BELLAIRE LOCATION. I HAVE DONE BUSINESS WITH LUIS FOR MANY MANY MANY YEARS. I SWEAR THERE ISNT ANOTHER ASSOCIATE ANYWHERE OUT THERE AS HELPFUL OR CONSIDERATE AS LUIS. APPRECIATE THE YEARS OF FAITHFUL SERVICE AND LOOK FORWARD TO MANY MORE. THANKS.MICHAEL

Good service, o in prices

Manager was very rude, extremely poor customer service and this was just me calling to find out if they had a part in stock. I would hate to have to deal with a manager like that in person. Couldnt even verify if the part was in stock before having me come in. For some reason this request seemed irrational to him.

They refused to give me the guarantee. They sold me a radiator that was damaged at the time and they did not want to accept that it is damage due to poor quality of the radiator. They refused to give me the guarantee. Im just saying dont buy from this place. They are going to lose their money and they are never going to give you guarantees.
