The worst place to buy used parts when I called them the bald mexican told me we have Nine 9 Infiniti FX seats available I live in Austin I drove 3 hours to Houston I spent 250$ on renting a truck when I arrived bald mexican told me we dont have any seats !!! and the dumbest thing Ive ever heard in my life bald mexican said If you find the exact same part but a different year what you looking for I wont give you the warranty I will sell it to you AS IS !!!!Bald A..5 H..le I know what Im looking for more than you. Youre just an employee If you want to kick out customers this is your managers problem, because he doesnt know whats going on in his business.

They are not only the rudest but also liars. they let us drive all the way from austin for 3 hours saying they have not only one item but two. and when we came to Houston they said it is not available in a very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful way. 👎 never go back.

Went to this place yesterday to see if they had any hubcaps for my vehicle, as well as an “air filter holding”. Spoke to some guy name Sean, he said he’s willing to help his customers out with discounts/deals. after taking a picture of the hubcaps on my vehicle.Furthermore; he use the walkie talkie to ask some other guy if he can bring the “air filter with holding” up to the front. 4 minutes later I was getting ready to pay for it, but some guy that worked there said I can’t buy just the “air filter and holding”, I had to buy the whole box assembly.Lastly, I told the guy I don’t need the whole box assembly just the “air filter with holding”, and he still didn’t let me buy what I needed so I departed.

Guys are knowledgeable and courteous always have the part I’m looking for. I highly recommend.

Nissan unlimited is not what used to be, I remember my self dealing with an elder guy, very smart and efficient!Nowadays, they have the worst employees I called in three times and spoke to a guy named “SHANE” and they said, WE HAVE IT IN STOCK, the part for the INFINTI QX80 F,R Flare and when I get there they told me it’s sold out or it’s not here!What kind of customer service is this, You have the worst workers, very lazy and don’t want to work period. This needs to get to management.

How do you do a ZERO reviewTerrible service. I was sold a broken part. Then when I brought it back to return it they said I can have a store credit but I cannot have my money back. They said no returns. Then I saw a sign that says 20% restocking fee for returns 🤔So I paid 20% to get my money for a broken part they sold me. Basically I paid 20% to them for leaving me with nothing. Terrible policies!

Poor costumer service, they have a car posted in an app, I asked Danny for a part belong to the vehicle posted and he said he has it, when I get there he said a higher price than what he told me at first, still want it because I was needing it, he made me wait for 30min after that they said they don’t have it... long drive for nothing... time wasted...

Best Place Ever, when you need used parts for your Nissan or Infinity cars, Suv and trucks. I have been using This place for about 10yrs . Now for my personal cars and my customer vehicles. (I have an Auto Repair Shop Memes Mufflers n More). They are truly the best alternative to the OEM parts of Nissan / infinity . When only the original part will work!! At half the cost you would pay at the dealership. Joe, Danny, and their Father Are the best in town. Called the store in advance looking for a specific part for my car. I get the confirmation from one of the sales person’s that the part is available. Since I live in Austin I had to drive all the way to Houston for this part. FYI, I couldn’t find the part anywhere in Austin. So after 2 hours and 40mins driving I arrive to the store just to be told that the prt is NOT available. Are you kidding me!!! Why would they lie to me even though they knew that I’ll be driving from Austin!!?? I’m very disappointed with their customer service.

My 2008 Infiniti G37 needed a transmission and I called And spoke to a Danny. Very nice guy Told me what car the transmission came out of what the damage was to the donor car and mileage. GREAT price and a WARRANTY. Had it installed by my mechanics and it runs beautifully. Keeping their number for future use

No customer service on small order. I called for $30 part, they told me (DANNY) he will check the part on the car and let me know in 30 minutes. He never called, i called to remind him two more times with no call back. I gave it two days and went to look for another place.

Bad service

Called for a part from a 2016 Nissan Rogue was presented with a defected part and was replace with a fully functioning part right was 10/10 was helped way better then other locations highly recommend!

This IS my #1 go-to New & Used Nissan Parts Dealer for my 370Z in Houston‼️I was short $9...and they #still gave me the OEM headlight ballast part I needed for my 370Z so I could be able to drive my car again at night.

This place not only sets prices above the actual market value of the parts, but as well have terrible customer service. They’ll try to scam you out of a deal, they’re friendly at first but only if you accept all their terms, after awhile they caught a rude tone with me. If you are willing to pay above market value for parts or if this is rushed or last resort, they will have it. But this should be your last choice if you don’t want to be scammed

Called in in for passenger window they said they hold it, they did. I came in and paid for it, got a receipt. Told me come back hour n half . I came back before close and they decided to sell the window to someone that purchased the whole shell door. So my window was included in that sale. I drove across town twice first to pay and then to pick up and I stil have no window because my money was no good and they prefer make the bigger sale even though I already had put on hold, paid and come back to know that my money is no good there. Or they were to lazy to take the window off for me. I guess that’s how yal do business there. Waste of my day honestly not cool

UPDATE**The owner joe contacted me. He personally delivered my part to the auto shop. He just made a customer for life.Ive updated my review from 1 star to 5.Will never purchase a part from these guys again. I was assured that the part would be delivered by 2pm. 4 pm arrives and part is still not delivered. When I called to ask what happened the person who took my ordered left work, the driver left early. Im now without a vehicle and have to take a cab home from work and will have to take one back to the office in the morning. The manager did offer to refund me $25 which is about half the cost of my cab expense.

I purchased a set of airbags from this parts store a few years back, which was a flawless and a plessant experience. When I received them in the mail I failed to keep track of the vin# paperwork that came with it. It took me untill this year to submit proper forms for my title, state would not issue it to me with out the airbag vin# paperwork. So called this location and spoke with Will, he was polite, friendly, professional, went an extra mile. After speaking with him I had the proper paperwork in hand, in about 15min. Great job!
