Thanks to the shop owner Allen, for assisting me with the repair to my vehicle. I called their tow truck service to pick up my vehicle and they were there within the hour. I ended up having OVER 11,000 on damage on my Mercedes. It took time to get my part in and car repaired. Allen offered me a Complementary rental car due to my UNIQUE situation. This helped a lot because insurance would only cover so much for a short period of time.I finally got my vehicle back and it was in PERFECT CONDITON, washed, oil change, waxed and detailed....it even drove smoother. WOW! Although it took time to repair my vehicle, especially with so many parts coming in from Germany, it was absolutely worth the wait. Thank you so much Allen!!!

Ive used them for a number of years. This time, it was for my car inspection. Because we had a new battery, the prior information was wiped out. They did what they could, told me to drive it for about 50 miles to reset it, and come back. My second trip there went quickly and smoothly. The also service our second car throughout the year.

My car was taken here by their tow that had found me. took them 2 months to repair and paint doors. when i got my car back my door wasn’t aligned with the top of the car and the paint was poorly applied and not even the same color as my car. my shock/control arm were also still not good (tugging and 3 finger test was done). they took my insurance money and gave me the car anyway. when i took my car to another shop, they put it on a lift and saw several holes on the bottom of my car that were very close to my gas lines. (when i had let them and the insurance know i had ran over pannels of something causing the accident) i took it back to collision king to address repairs and it took david 1 month later to get back with insurance just to let me know that it was a total loss. so the first time they gave me my car back i was driving a TOTAL LOSS CAR. collision king just got all the money from the insurance for poor repairs. would not recommend. terrible communication i had to call to find out all the updates even though David claimed he’d be sending update messages. photos are of the damage they left behind. my door wasn’t out of line even AFTER the accident.

Ultimately didnt end up working with these guys, but very professional group throughout. Charles has a wealth of experience in the industry and was a good sounding board while my car was being assessed for damages. Would go back to him and the rest of his team again in a heartbeat.

Today we dealt with Jeff. My sons car was done ( super great.. cant tell anything happened) but that was the least of it. Last year my husband and my mother died during the pandemic. Then my elderly dog died. I had her in a box.. in the back seat of my car. I was so upset that I brushed the side of the carport and the paint transferred to my car. I spowed it too Jeff.. he said give me the keys. Ten min later he brought the car back. It was completely gone. I dont often have kindness in my life. I cried for an hour. ... these are the people you want to do business with....

I was rear ended. It took Collision King over 8 weeks to make the repair. Throughout the process I received numerous excuses as to why the estimated completion date was extended and never felt like I was receiving the full truth. Daniel worked poorly with the insurance agent, and I had to repeatedly get involved to ensure the two parties were effectively communicating with one another. Collision King has a connection with the tow truck company/storage lot; it seemed convenient to have my car repaired here, but I regret it strongly. They sent update pictures of the vehicle that appeared to use my trunk as a temporary trash bin (not sure why these pictures were deemed acceptable to send to a client). The trunk board, bent during the accident, was never replaced.

I had my car and inspected and it was done in 20 minutes. I was totally impressed.

I was getting my registration sticker and I was told I was going to be there for only one thing and get my sticker that I already paid for and everything but the mechanic didn’t listen to his gm to only check one thing and messed up and messed me up on my sticker no sticker no money back it was really upsetting. If he would’ve jsut listened.

This was the worst experience I ever had please do not take your car there please you will be regretted this is the poorest this is service and no manager has contacted me the owner of the company has not contacted me and they tore up my car literally are brand new car at that Im appalled

The repairs were done correctly but I had a pretty big problem. I dont normally write bad reviews, but something is shady about his business. Had a FRONT END collision on my truck, the damage was to the RIGHT FRONT TIRE. When I finaly went to pick up my truck, the REAR VIEW camera, located on my TAILGATE. Was missing. My rear view camera was functioning perfectly and had nothing to do with the repair but had been removed and NOT REINSTALLED When I told them they had no clue what happened to it very weird. Very shady, they had to keep the truck for another week while they ordered a new rear view camera since they had no idea what happened to mine. Ridiculous.

I am pleased with the work done because we didnt know what was the problem and they figured it out eventually but my truck runs like a champ now. Thank you!

I cant say enough great things about this business! They fixed my daughters MDX I had just purchased 11 months ago-as is from a used lot that had MAJOR motor issues 11 months after the purchase-almost $2000 worth of inner timing belt issues and valve adjustments. Being used, I bought the warranty through car lot and a third part extended warranty provider NVA and this mechanic shop fixed everything and NVA covered it minus a small amount out of pocket-deductable and some other issues needing maintenance. Collision King dealt with the warranty folks and did the paperwork and of course all the work needed to the vehicle-ONE STOP SHOP. Detailed my vehicle and put paper liners on the floor mates. ITS IN THE DETAILS! I was impressed with their service and commitment to customer satisfaction so much I had them change my wife’s oil in her Jeep we drove to pick up the MDX. And they changed old wiper blades and the dirty air filter. Prices up front for parts and labor. These guys and gals get 5 stars times 10!!! During a pandemic I got the GREATEST service I have ever received from a collision/body shop at this location because of the help of David. If you have auto work that needs to be done I strongly recommend going to this location and asking for David. He updated me every Tuesday and Thursday with the status on my car(even left detailed voicemails if I was busy and couldnt answer the phone), keeping me in the loop every step of the way. David took car of my rental car situation-having one ready, at the lot when I dropped off my car, and returning it back to enterprise for me when I dropped it back off to pick up my car. The work that was done on my Genesis G70, a $45,000 car was immaculate; literally good as new. I will be sending all my friends and family to see David at Collision king on Tidwell. I was rear-ended after the accident my car was taken to Collision King. The tow guy was very nice and professional. Charles was very convincing in leaving my car to be repaired. He spoke to insurance wrote down the claim number thats where I went wrong. The loaner car was dirty and not a good 1st impression beat-up Nissan Sentra. The next day changed Bodyshop and had my car picked up by another towing service. My car was in the back of a junkyard you can say. The final bill was 755.15 for absolutely nothing. I honestly thought Charles was being genuinely nice when in reality were charging by the minute. If you do use this service make sure to ask questions. I just had a gut feeling my car was not in the right place. The charges were a rip-off. Payout 262.46, Admn 195.00, Trans 175.00, storage 100.00. Dishonest service. Would not recommend it.

Mike is the guy you want to see if you need repairs. I was recently rear ended and was encouraged by the insurance company to take a cheap repair with an affiliate company. I decided to trust Mike with my repair and he went above and beyond to make sure everything was properly inspected and repaired. This guy is awesome. My daughter was called today, she was in an accident. Instead of helping her with possibly fixing her car. A Charles recommended her to a lawyer. HOW UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I’m sure our insurance will be pleased to know that collision king is referring to lawyers!! Do not trust these people!!!! I’m almost sure this is illegal!!! This place was amazing! Great customer service especially from Kathy. I went in for an oil change and got my tires rotated for free at a very reasonable price. The mechanic was also very friendly and helpful and showed me personally the maintenance he was doing on my car. I also got a hook up with a tire that needed to be replaced. Very nice people who do really great work and it was quick! I took my car in on Tuesday and got it back that Saturday. Also, they cleaned it for me, which I really loved. I dont just mean they put it through a car wash, they vacuumed and wiped down all the insides of it. Maybe thats a small thing to someone, but I really appreciated it. I came in during Oct 2019 to repair/replace the entire rear panel on an SUV. Mike Groh oversaw the work and process. The team fixed up the car very well, completed in less than a week, and were responsive throughout the process. Everything was done as-promised and without any games. Much appreciated.

This place is a complete fraud. We were promised a good deal in which we would only have to pay $600 instead of our insurance deductible of $1000 if we went with this auto shop instead of the one our insurance usually goes with. However, the man we spoke to neglected to mention the long, overdrawn time it would take to make these repairs. My car has been here for 2 months, and I have yet to receive it. The repairs were minimal and it should not have taken longer than 3 weeks to fix my car (per other auto shop experts). To make things worse, this company is unreliable and lacks appropriate communication skills that any professional business should have. After waiting the first few weeks and not hearing from the company, I called to get an estimate of how much longer it would take for my car to be ready. Over the course of the weeks that followed, we were promised a new date following every passed self-imposed deadline. After several empty promises as to when my car would be ready, I have grown immensely tired of waiting. Living in Houston, a car is a necessity. I would strongly recommend against this auto body shop, particularly if you do not wish to wait obscene amounts of time for your car to be returned to you.

Was referred to Collision King, and I would say, it was one of the best services I got for my car. They are honest and professional. They fixed a clicking in the front wheel on my first visit and aligned all four wheels. Not knowing how long it would take, they gave me a ride home. And when I came back the next day, it was ready for pick up.If youre looking for a reliable and honest mechanic, this is the place where you should go. Your car will be in great hands!

It took time, but it was worth it. It was also enlightening. Collision King is as interest in making the customer happy as they are working with the insurance company. They simply make sure that the insurance adjuster misses nothing, and that may take time and several visits by the insurance adjuster to make sure nothing is missed. The result is a customer who is as happy with the vendors repairs as he is with his insurance provider. Everybody wins when Collision King is allowed to do their job.

I took my car in for some body work and a roof panel, and it ended up being significantly more than what I had hoped for. They were top notch, has an incredible eye for details, were super friendly. The level of professionalism was also impressive.Would definitely recommend these guys to friends and family.

This place helped me out with my car repairs.they are good people.they treat you like family, they helped me get all my Cadillac light back on the road. But it appears they are interested in making things right.Original Post:Well they repaired my car as promised and had an email communication system which kept me updated. Hence the two stars.But it looks like one their guys stole about $10-$20 of change I had in my car. Real classy. Everything had been taken out of my glove box, center console and rearranged. Not sure how this is part of the repair process on bumper damage. Guess the 5K+ repair bill wasnt enough payment.Also one of the seams on the replaced parts has a visible gap that does not match the fit and finish of the rest of the car. I told the lady when I was picking up my car, she had no response. I need my vehicle back so Im stuck with whatever they did.

Collision king auto repair is one of the best repair shops i have ever dealt with...and i have dealt with many. brandon, the service manager, was very professional from start to finish. when picking up my car he took me to the garage to let me speak with the service mechanic who gave me details of my repair. i cant remember the last time i left an auto repair shop feeling all the bases were covered in a friendly and professional manner. i highly recommend this shop.

Highly recommend this shop for body and mechanical repair. The customer service is consistent and they provided me with timely updates on a weekly basis. They handled all communication with insurance as well which was incredibly relieving.I would suggest asking for Drew if needing body repair and Brandon if needing mechanical repair.

I would suggest that, just let the shop that is connected to your insurance to fix your car, to avoid delays with the appraisal, with the parts that the shop need to order and keep adding more parts, delayed my BMW, 4-5 months is too much to wait and Daniel,? I guess one of the owner, keep saying it’s gonna be ready in 3 days or a week but he is just making a story and just guessing and here I am the owner relying on his updates but inside the shop he don’t know what is going on!!!! These people are awesome! Not only did I get a quote way less than anybody else, they finished my car early! They worked with me and were flexible about what would be repaired and what on my car would be replaced, which save me a lot of money. They have excellent staff at the front desk and they are always good about answering the phone. Collision King is definitely my permanent auto repair favorite.

Collision King did a great job. The quote was pretty good, time in the shop was very good, and the dent was completely removed! Props to all of the the reps, including Drew Khalil, who have great customer service.

We have been using Collision King for auto maintenance for over 10 years now. We consider owner Allen a friend, and have been very satisfied with the service and the personnel. The office itself is interesting, and features a bright-colored resident parakeet and an elaborate fish tank. There is always something to look at in amazement, while you wait a few minutes for your car to be brought around to the front.

This is a few months late, but I just found his business card. I had the pleasure of working with Joe after my accident, and I must say he put a lot of my worries at ease with how helpful he was! Thanks Joe for the great customer service, and I would recommend someone like you 10 times over!! Great customer service!

After having my car stolen Collision King repaired it and did an outstanding job. The customer service that I received from Charlie and Kathy was beyond amazing . They both went above and beyond to help me through the insurance process as well as making sure I had a loaner car while my car was being repaired. I now get my car serviced there regularly and Belydia does an exceptional job as well at the front desk. I would recommend collision king to everyone.

Went to CK about 2 months ago when my friends car was totaled. While there with her doing paperwork, I mentioned to Mike my car was having issues. Mike walked me over to Allen who immediately offered to take a look at my car to determine the issue. The mechanics look at my car and with ease figured out what the issue was. My car was making a VERY loud noise and was drove very rough. Brandon then took the Baton and made sure I was aware of the issues with my car and because I made him aware my finances were tight, he gave me multiple options to get my car issues resolved. One of the bolts that was holding my car together was missing, and Brandon hunted all over town to find it. It took some doing, but Brandon made sure my car was repaired correctly without taking any shortcuts. Because of my schedule, I needed to pick my car up after hours, and Brandon made special arrangements for me to pay my bill and pick-up my car so I would not have to wait until the next business day to pick up my car.In a nut shell...although the name explains that they handle Collision work...they also do excellent car repair and maintenance. I highly recommend CK and will absolutely be going back. In fact, while I was picking up my car, my niece asked Brandon for assistance with her car and he jumped right on it. So rather its Collision or Maintenance, Collision King is the place to go! Their prices are reasonable, the service is professional and the results are ideal!
