Received excellent service for repair of cosmetic damage on my Audi (sectioning quarter panel, door skin replacement, paint). Chuck was very responsive to communicate with and was always courteous as was rest of staff. There were some delays but I was given notice early with new expected completion date which was met. Final work needed some tweaking that required me to bring the vehicle back and that was handled very smoothly at no additional charge. Pricing was on par with expectations for the job, maybe a tad high but worth the quality of work. Overall very happy with the job done at Imperial, can barely tell there used to be damage in the area repaired. Had pleasant communications with Chuck, Aram and one of the mechanics. I must mention that seeing 5+ Lambos in the shop at all times inspires reassurance for a high level of work. I highly recommend this shop.

I was rear ended by another driver, I asked around the subaru groups to see who is the best in collision repair around the houston area and everyone referred me to IMPERIAL COLLISION.Rene kept me well informed on the process and took great care of my car, they made the car look just like it did the day I bought it. They even went as far as having the interior cleaned! They did everything in a reasonable time. These guys are forever my go to with body work and paint jobs for as long as Im alive. I was here referred by a friend to fix my car doors on the passenger side. They were damaged by another car. The other party was at fault and the insurance paid for everything. At the moment my car was hit, I only want to restore my car to the condition pre-collision.As you can see the shop was ultra clean and hosts many super cars. Chuck gladly accept my “lowly car” and fight for me regarding the insurance claims. The result is.... I feel the side that had been repaired looks better than the other side. LoLCons: not the cheapest nor fastest shop in town.Pros: they are detail nuts they want to perfect their jobs.If you are detail oriented and want your car look nice, here is a place you can trust. There might be other places in the town may do nice body jobs like Imperial, but I believe Imperial belongs to one of the elite shops in H town.

Marwin and the Imperial Collision crew did an amazing job with my 2016 Ruby Red Mustang GT/CS. The car was damaged (paint & body) in a parking lot from front to back on one side. The Ford Ruby Red paint is a pearl/candy-type finish with 3-layers so it is a complex coating to apply. They essentially painted the entire right side of the car and it perfectly matches the rest of the car. I also had decals that had to be replaced and they came out great too. Marwin always kept me updated and was patient throughout the adjuster process.

I found this place through Google and Yelp reviews.I was driving on 90 heading home following a dump truck when something flew out of it and hit my brand new Miata.I instantly went online and read reviews on good places close to me. I found a couple of spots but then I decided to expand my search a little bit more.I found this place and thought Id give it a shot.When I got there butch immediately took a look at my car and was extremely sympathetic to my case. The whole crew was down to earth and easy to talk to.My only complaint was the lack of update but that wasnt their fault. Butch gave me a time line, to which they met. I was actually unable to pick it up that day and they were perfectly fine with me picking it up the next day.The work and the professionalism that this place provided was well worth the money. Renee was absolutely phenomenal to work with. He kept in constant communication with me during the whole duration of fixing my car, and I really appreciated being in the loop. My car was given to him with quite some damage, I expected it to take a few weeks especially with a hurricane Beta also occurring at the time of the fixtures. To my surprise my car was fully repaired in a week, and when I picked it up it looked like a brand new car. They also washed and detailed my car as an addition to the repairs. I was speechless. I used imperial for a repair almost 7 years ago for a minor repair on my car then. The experience stuck with me and after all these years when my wife got hit by another driver I instantly knew where we were taking her car. Even after all these years their quality still never ceases to amaze me. Her car looks better now than it did before the accident. Rene and his team dealt with the other drivers insurance and even though it was a slow process it was worth the wait. Wouldn’t trust anyone else to ever work on our vehicles!

Imperial has done repairs on two of my vehicles and each time they’ve done top notch work. Most recently, they repaired my Porsche after someone backed into it in a parking lot. I worked with Chuck and he was fantastic. Highly recommend this place. One item did concern me regarding COVID hygiene: they have signs noting that masks are required in the small office area but no one in there was wearing masks when I picked up my car. Chuck did put one on when I entered but the other three people in the office did not.

So I can tell new exotic car owners I just purchased a 2015 Lamborghini Huracán 610-4! It’s amazing but I didn’t know if the car was sound. I drove it for a little bit but didn’t want to see what it could do because of the uncertainty. These guys checked out and gave me all the fax on my car. Ok now here’s the kicker I didn’t or won’t have known if they were misleading me!!!! They said the car is sounds and is in great condition! They could have sold me the moon but they were honest and straightforward with me! Then ok came time for oil change and the 3 year service!!! Call any Lamborghini dealership and you might faint at the cost! All I will say about that is I was very impressed by the price and the quick turnaround of my vehicle! Butch and his team are the ultimate professionals... Hell he knows his on Lamborghini and wants everyone to appreciate a nice ride! I am new to Houston and I had I had no idea where to go after I got rear ended. My car is 1.5 years old so I wanted to go somewhere decent. My friend recommended Imperial Collision. They did an AMAZING job. I am over the moon. My car is beautiful again and they detailed the inside also which was a pleasant surprise. Great service by the team at Collision. My 2017 BMW M4 was only a few months old when hit in the rear driver side at slow speed and was in need of bodywork. Insurance recommended one bodywork chain but I wanted to make sure my repairs were the best possible. I goggled and found the great reviews for Imperial. They petitioned my insurance company to allow a more thorough repair since my car is silver and they wanted a more seamless blending into adjacent panels. The work was immaculate and it looks as good as the day I picked it up. The team was very professional and helpful, and Israel and Marwan both did a great job keeping me up to date on the process and ensuring that everything was done right. Id definitely recommend Imperial. Hopefully I wont need bodywork in the future, but if I do (since this is Houston, after all) I will be going back to Imperial Collision.

I had a hell of a time trying to find a good collision center that had great feedback.I have a Subaru and I called around and heard from several former Subaru servicemen that a guy named Butch was great at collision/mechanical work. Extremely detailed oriented about everything. Walk around his shop and you know you are dealing with someone who takes pride in his work. Long story short, I called around and found his shop - just opened a few months at the time of this review. Im fairly skeptical by nature, but after meeting Butch, you can tell by how he keeps his shop and cars that he is the real deal when it comes to being a perfectionist about doing things right.So I actually transferred my car from another shop after meeting him, and while it probably did take a little longer than a higher volume shop due to transfer, the results were excellent! Since hes the owner and also does the repair work, hes able to communicate about pricing all the way down to all the mechanical intricacies that are going on. For any administrative questions - especially dealing with insurance, his sidekick Larry is great to deal with.Waiting area has wifi, snacks and coffee/water. One of the most professional shops Ive been to.

Late November my 2018 WRX was struck by a drunk driver.I had my car towed to Imperial that same night, the following morning I met up with Dustin, and we walked around the car. I believe most collision repair shops have crews that do a great job at repairing cars but Butch and his team are on a completely different level. Butch strives for perfection down to the last detail, going back and forth with my insurance (the people who are supposed to be on MY side) to make sure only genuine Subaru parts were used down to the last clip.After 30 days the rental my insurance provided ran out and they refused to extend it even though their adjuster went on vacation for week, not really leaving someone in charge of my case. I gave Dustin a call to see if they could help me pressure the insurance into extending my rental, but they wouldn’t budge. So Butch put me in one of his own rentals at no cost to me. Again, I need to reiterate, Butch helped me out when MY OWN insurance wouldn’t.Everyone in the front office is attentive and the shop area is spotless. I can’t praise Butch and his team enough for the work they do and how far they are willing to go for their customers.

Imperial fixed my Audi A6. They did an outstanding job. You cannot tell the car was ever repaired...the Audi dealership couldnt even tell. And after the repair, I had to take it back to Imperial to have the front bearing replaced again. They handled it same day, and even let me use a car for the day. Excellent service and excellent work. I highly recommend Butch and his team.

The people at Imperial are great! Israel took care of my car and did so in a quick manner. Theyll always keep you in the loop and will work hard to do right by your car. Hopefully my car wont be in fender benders again, but if life happens, Ill always go back to Imperial.

I got rear-ended on I-59 heading into downtown and Butch helped me out big time with a flatbed in route as soon as I called. Houston Police strong-armed me into letting their city wrecker take my car and it Imperial took care of everything anyway. The next day Butch and the crew had my car and was on the phone with insurance.The quality of work was top notch. Im a car guy so I see a lot of paint work. The guys at Imperial impressed me even though I was already familiar with their work.Great place and great people - the shop is super clean and the paint work shows it.
