Had a minor accident had a dent etc, the light bracket broke under the hood which I couldnt see, but they are very thorough. My insurance adjusters worked and kept me updated about the progress. Got a rental with no hassle. The paint was exactly like my original, they made sure and recalibrate all the computer components of my car before they gave it back to me. Quick and professionally done.

Michael was very professional! He did an amazing job at communicating and keeping me updated with every step of the way.
I drop the car at dealer and from there they use a young driver with an attitude to drive the car to the repair shop.A lady by the name of Edna I think have me sign a form and inspected the vehicle. She ask questions about the damage cause by accident and question my version, and say that she din’t believe the insurance will cover the hood and windshield.Later at a different day Michael Olivo also repeat the same warning.After my insurance approve all my repairs submitted, I ask for a target date for the completion of the work without success, I never got it.After work was “complete” car was return to me with a duty driver seat.Few days later I have to take the car back because bumper was not attach correctly, it was coming appart.It took them 30 minutes to fixed and Michael Olivo was very friendly.
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND:I took my vehicle in for collision repairs. They kept my vehicle for FOUR WEEKS on a job that was supposed to take 5 days! Not once did the estimator Michael every bother to call me. He only updated me via text which is so unprofessional. There was never any explanation to why the repairs were taking so long. I would call the office and I was never able to reach Michael on his extension. It always went to voicemail. Once I finally reached him 2 days before my vehicle was ready, he would not let me speak. He would talk over me and I finally had to say, Can I speak? No wonder this dealership was not a part of my insurance approved vendors!
Second time I’ve used them for body work. Fair and honest. Michel is an excellent manager and so is his staff.

Great service once I got there. On the phone when I called to tow my truck to them, I was told the quickest I could be seen was Monday at 0800hrs. (I got there on Saturday morning.) When I got there they diagnosed the problem and fixed it in 4 hours. Needless to say, I cancelled my Monday morning appointment. The write-up on what was wrong was so detail that when I took it to the business that broke my truck, there was no way they could deny responsibility. They will pay the bill... 🙂🙂🙂
I just had to leave a review. I dropped my vehicle off on a Tuesday, and picked it up the following Friday. Bobby kept me up to date with where my car was in the repair process. Auto Nation got my baby looking brand new again. Upon pick up, they had even cleaned my vehicle out and gave it a nice wash! Highly recommended!!

They kept pushing the date back for me to pick my car! It got repaired in January and I had to take the back bumper back as it seemed loose! The front bumper looks like it’s falling off one side as well! Very disappointed with this repairs, you think that by taking it to a big dealer your car will be repaired appropriately!! FALSE lesson learned I had never been in a situation like this and I’m sure a small dealer would have repaired/ replaced the parts of my car appropriately not as if a 3 yr old is experimenting.

Horrible. H.O.R.R.I.B.L.E. I would never take another vehicle to Autonation Collision NASA, or any Autonation for that matter. Theyve had my car for over a month, and are still waiting on a part. They offer no loaners even though they lost my keys for at least a few days, which pushed me out of my rental car window. I have no faith that the car will be properly repaired. Jose is nice enough, but seems to be learning on the job. I tried to speak to the manager (Cheryl? Sherry?), but she kicked me back down to Jose. 35 days and counting, and Im without transportation. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN.
Chari R. was fantastic! She communicated very well, accomodated an effort to have a recall done while my car was in the shop and was just pleasant to deal with. When I came to pick my car up she was touching up chips on other areas of my car. The car was cleaner than I left it too. And props to the woman that works the front desk. She remembered me andmy name and was also very pleasant!
HORRIBLE. First I didn’t get my vehicle on time. Then when I did get it they said it was good to go and to my surprise it was missing an item. Then my AC was smelling and they said that it was due to my battery which had already came in damage. However, before I brought in my vehicle it had no issues with the battery. So it’s funny when they say it was some damage I had done. Never again will I bring any vehicle here and I wouldn’t recommend anybody to do so.
Couldnt be more satisfied. Great people, especially Beverly. She went to bat against the insurance company to make sure my truck received the best possible repairs and not the cheapest, which is what the insurance company wanted. I will recommend Autonation to everyone.
Seems like the oil change is taking forever. They are NOT LTC friendly, so I wont be back. The oil change is $89.99 + tax which is $10.00 cheaper then most places.

I took my vehicle to AutoNation for repairs and they kept me well informed about what had to be done to the car and when it would be happening. Only problem is that they lost my authorization form I filled out once I left my vehicle there. They could have started repairs sooner on my car, but because of their own fault in losing my authorization papers, repairs were delayed and I got my car out the shop at a later time than expected. How do you lose an authorization form? They emailed me the form to refill.

Had my car repaired here after a fender bender. Worked with Roberto and he constantly provided email updates and calls about what was going on with the car and when it would be ready. Will definitely take my car here again if it needs repair. They worked directly with the insurance so I didnt have to worry about it and if you need a rental, Enterprise will either pick you up or bring your rental to you.
They took great care of my truck, I highly recommend them to everyone.

The Autonation collision center NASA was given our 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe to repair after a collision. The insurance company recommended them and they were close by.We had to drop by and sign paperwork for them to start, I had not seen the vehicle since before the wreck. The front bumper & left headlight were broken, the front left fender had a dent & the left side lighting was gone. It did not look too bad though, no frame or suspension damage.34 days and $9400.00 later we got to see our vehicle. One reason it took so long (they said) is because the parts had to be ordered from Japan (lol). The headlight, fender and fender flare don’t match up properly, you can clearly see the vehicle has been in an accident. I asked the estimator about the issues, she replied with...this is normal on lower line vehicles. I then asked they why does it match perfectly on the passenger side that was not touched, she again said that was normal on lower line vehicles.I’m going to get in contact with our insurance agent and let them deal with it. I will never allow autonation anything to touch one of my vehicles. This entire transaction was a complete debacle.

Left the exhaust tips touching the paint on the bumper cover burning and melting the paint. Over drilled the bumper cover causing visible holes. Unable to fix the parking brake engaging while driving down the road. They fixed the first two after I had to point it out but not before they tried to get me to take the car as repaired.Update March 18 - Also found out the rear seat belt was not reconnected after repair.
First off I would like to say that they did a nice job on the body work of my vehicle. Other then that, this place is horrible & dishonest. I was in a accident, my insurance referred this center to me. Big mistake!!!! My vehicle ran perfect before the accident. Right after my check engine light came on & my truck began to blow the ignition fuse over & over. These people had the gul to tell my insurance that it didnt come from the accident & therefore wouldnt fix it. They refused to fix it but put on my car report that vehicle keeps shutting off. They treated me like I was trying to get over on my own insurance. Ive been with my insurance company for over 20yrs without using them. I would not do such a thing. Not every African American is out to commit insurance fraud. If youre not family or friends, I dont see you getting fair service from this location.
On the positive side - the customer service rep was very good and the paint looks good (based on the other issues, I hope it sticks).The repair work and other things damaged during the body work - not so good. The car radio now doesnt receive signals well, the rear window washer nozzle was broken, the driver window quit working, the drivers exterior door side molding wasnt reattached completely, and the techs got black window sealant on the carpet.I took the car back to have several of these issues addressed. The antenna was not fixed. (Knowing this type of car as I do, Im sure the leads were broken at the rear window glass where removed for paint.) The driver window was repaired by the customer service rep. Apparently typical problem as he went right to the window wiring connector which was not reconnected by the techs. This is why I hate letting professionals touch my cars. Theres always something else broken during the process.
I have used the AutoNation Collision Center multiple times for car work and have been 100% satisfied with my all around experience.

Over all first and for most Roberto aka Tito hands down great person and def. is there to take care of you. I had several issues with how some of the work was done but he def. assured me these issues would get fixed.. picked up vehicle today and it looks great... Tito has great service def. ask for him if you have any issues ... over all I was taken care of, yes its frustrating not being able to drive your car but happy with my final view of my car... ...
My insurance company located these folks, and I am sure glad that they did. I loved the care and professional concern that they took when dealing with my car and with me. They went above and beyond and I would use them again if needed.
I went 3 different times to pick up my car because it was not complete. The first time my car was not even safe to drive when they released it. The last time there was still something wrong with it but they fixed it within 30 minutes so that I could actually drive away with my car 10 weeks after I dropped it off.
The personnel was very friendly and they would keep you up to date on the status of your vehicle regularly. Very happy with their service.
Took my truck here after it was broken into due to it being partnered with my insurance company, it was towed here, I was never given an estimate nor did I give consent for the work to be done, 3 days later I was told to come pick up my vehicle. I show up and am told to pay 0ver 800 dollars for the work, 6 months later my security light comes on, my fiancé takes it back and is told that the security light and anti theft system has nothing to do with the work they had done. Here I am a year later an expired warranty and my truck still isn’t fixed
I went here because someone had recommended me this place awhile back. I had gotten into a wreck where someone rear ended me really badly. After dealing with insurance I brought my car into get repaired. A whole month later when I received my car, the bumper was not lined up correctly, my tail light was still cracked, one side of my trunk was higher than the other, and my doors would not open and close properly. After speaking to them about it, they told me that no one touched my doors, but prior to bringing my car in for repairs my doors were perfectly fine, so that pissed me off. So I had to take time out of my day to bring my car back in when it should have been repaired correctly the first time. Then after they fixed the issue, it wasnt perfectly repaired but it was acceptable, but then my tail light was still not fixed. I am just confused on how they are able to return the car back to a customer and not have a thorough check through of the vehicle.Im just really upset and tired of having to go back and forth with these issues when they should have done the job correctly the first time. I dont know if its because I look young, that they think I wont notice these things or what not, but I do not reccomend this place unless you like a sloppy job done to your vehicle.
Our experience was horrible! We got in a wreck and they were to fix the bumper, back hatch and break lights. When we went to check out the work it looked so shabby. You could shake the back hatch and the lights. The door wouldn’t even shut properly. Very disapointed this time around. Horrible customer service too!

1 star for several reasons. The biggest thing I dont like is my car was not fixed on time as schedule. When I called, they said they would call back. But, they never called back. I had to call many times to several people to have my car fixed.
