I went in and talked to Phillip to get an estimate and was shown complete courtesy. Phillip gave me estimate and time for repairs to be completed. Phillip informed me of cost but also the possibility there could be additional programming. Well what a great experience, not only did I find out this is a family owned business But the owner Elias shuttled me home and picked me up when vehicle was ready. The work was done very professionally and came out great but also honesty came Ito play because programming wasnt needed and the price on the estimate I was given was what I paid in the end. My passenger side rear door was messed up just days before my honeymoon! I explained to them that I would be gone for 8 days and they said no problem. The car was done in 3 days & they kept the car at the shop til I got back without any hassle. Not only was the work on the car amazing but they congratulated me & my wife with a bottle of red wine. I can’t say enough good things about this place. I’ve used them before after a collision and they were so accommodating. They gave me a loaner vehicle and finished my repairs in just 2 days. They are very friendly and helpful. Today, my tire pressure light came on and I just so happened to be close to their place, so I pulled in to check my tires and someone met me outside and put air in my tire for me. 5 star customer service!! I accidently dented the gate (trunk)I of my car and didnt know where to take it for repairs. I finally decided on Memorial Collision. Upon entrance I was greeted with professionalism. My car was inspected. I was given an estimate and told it would take two to three days for repairs. I was extremely pleased with the service and repairs. My car looks beautiful and the estimate was the exact price I paid. In addition, I was given a nice bottle of olive oil as a gift. I definitely recommend Memorial Collision for collision repairs.

I was involved in a rear end accident three weeks ago and it was not the greatest experience. My 2019 Ram 1500 had a hole in the tailgate and the bumper was bent and the hitch too.I was fortunate enough to find this place who helped me get my trucked fixed. Now my truck looks good as new as indicated in the picture after repairs were done.The shop performed the fixes in a timely manner after getting approved by insurance. They will work with your schedule. I appreciated there effort into getting my truck looking good again.

Someone backed in to my brand new car last week. My neighbor suggested I take it to Memorial Collision for the repair. They gave me a fair and reasonable price. The team at memorial collision center is absolutely stellar, from the manager to Mr. Felipe. Unfortunately, my sister was in a motor vehicle accident. The Insurance that was indicated for the case ended up not being responsible through out the whole process and did not answer at all. This cause us to take action and take care of my sisters car at memorial collision center. The staff here is absolutely truly kind and very responsible. Throughout the whole process they kept us posted and treated us with kindness and respect. Wow, where do I began from the management to the owner. Great customer service!!! I went about a MONTH ago my neighbors toddler scratched up my door, they offered to pay for it, as I looked around.. I found these guys... they gave me a loaner car, had my car ready within a couple of days... the owner gave me a bottle of wine as a first time customer... needless to say for ANY work we need... well definitely go back... did I MENTION the customer service is superb!!!

I hate when I have to get body work but who doesnt memorial Collison treats and takes care of you like family I have had my truck hit 3 times ( parked all 3 times not that I am a bad driver or anything) they gave me a free car to use FREE Yes free and the owner and his manager I think took care of my issues and even helped me out with a lot and got free bottle of wineThat being said I DONT TRUST ANYONE WITH MY TRUCK but I will trust them with my truck they give you lifetime warranty on there work and keep you updated they are very trustworthy will definitely use them again recommend them

This is by far hands down one of the best repair shops Ive been to since moving to Houston. The owner treated me as if I was one of his own daughters. Its difficult being a female trying to get your car fixed because sometimes they will try to get over on you or just fix on what they think should be done. We are so grateful that with took a chance with Felipe and the Memorial Collision team ! They took good care of us when it came to repairing our window. They truly helped us save a lot of money. Insurances can sometimes be a bit discouraging with their ridiculous deductibles. Memorial collisions definitely alleviated some of the stress of having to pay hundreds of dollars on a repair. Luckily for us, Felipe reached out and offered us a better solution. We admire their professionalism, their integrity and their amazing work ethic. We were even amazed on how fast the repair took (the next day) . We will definitely send our second vehicle back for repairs soon!

Within an hour of driving my newly purchased car off the lot, I got a chip in the windshield! I drove it immediately to Memorial Collision Center and they explained how they would fix it but it needed to cool down overnight. These guys rock! My 2015 Ford F-150 needed a bumper replacement after getting hit by another driver, and Memorial Collision Center did a flawless job. They were extremely fast in service, and getting the truck in and out. They gave me ample courtesy calls to let me know the status of the repair and if they needed any input from my end. They worked very closely with the other drivers insurance to make sure the repair was done properly and as efficiently as possible.

The people over at MAC did me right. My car was a mess when I brought it in and looks better than new. They were faster than expected, the staff was extremely helpful, the pricing was reasonable, and they went above and beyond in every regard. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.

Everyone there was very friendly. The pricing was extremely fair. They only charged me for the paint/labor of one door with a big dent and helped me buff out the scratches and do touch-ups at the other places for free. The body work was done quickly and excellently. When I picked up my car, I saw it had been washed completely and was just like brand-new! I would recommend Memorial Collision Center to everyone.

I had a little mishap with my car. I went in the very afternoon of my mishap. Got a quote. Two days later I brought my car in, had the work done in the same day and had a loaner car to help me get through my day. The quote was reasonable and the service exceptional. I had to get some other work done as well and it was quick turn around. I wish I didn’t have to wreck my car to give them my business!!

Not equipped for mechanical work !!! chose memorial collision for my repairs for my car after an accident. They repaired it and returned the veh incomplete . My a/c never worked after the repairs . Took the vehicle back then they finally notice the compressor was locked due to the accident and they “repaired” again. Took the, vehicle back notice a/c stopped working again after 3 days. Returned the veh to memorial collision for a 3rd time. They supposedly refill the freon, re charged a/c etc. Take the vehicle back same situation. Return the vehicle for the 4th time !!! After keeping for 4 days tells me they do not know what the issue could be they exhausted all options and admitted they were not equid to solve my vehicle problem and they out sourced their mechanic work Memorial collision told me to go get my own second opinion out of my pockets instead completed they job they were paid Thousands of dollars for already, after keeping my car for weeks. They took on the job assuring me they were the best fit, they could do it and that was not the case at all. I would never recommend memorial collision to anyone took my insurance money and never finished the job .

I sent in photos of my car and took it in and the owner was completely awesome, very polite and respectful. His daughters are so very sweet young ladies. When I took my car in I was planning to walk home with my boys but they were so kind and took myself and my boys home, I got a call the next day explaining that my front end was worse than what was thought and gave me an option to fix it or let it be for now. I chose to let it be for now due to the financial situation. I got my car today and I am very pleased with the work that was done and now I can drive around and not worry if my bumper will fall off or if my electrical would be affected from the rain. Memorial Collision Center is the best place to fix your car after the accident. It was recommended by coworker who used it twice before and never had concerns. I’ve went to several body shops, talked about the damage and received quotes from all, researched the options and prices, and Memorial Auto was my decision. They did their work on time (quicker then others) and also provided loaner (it was a major convenience). They installed new door and fix everything like it never existed. Great honest people and excellent customer service! I do not wish anyone to deal with accidents but if it happens – Memorial Collision is the right place to take car for accident repairs.

Used Memorial Collision Center at 739 Dairy Ashford and they were awesome. The got the job done quickly, the car looks great and they took care of a minor blemish on my new car (less than 1000K miles) that had nothing to do with the accident at no charge. They work closely with enterprise Rent-A-Car at 11625 Katy Freeway (at Kirkwood) and took care of some details with them while I was out of town. I certainly don’t hope to have a need to use them again, but if I do, I am definitely going back to Memorial.

Memorial Collision did an excellent and economical job of repairing the bodywork and repainting our 2004 Toyota Prius. The vehicle is in excellent mechanical and battery condition at 320,000 miles but has suffered 16 years of dings, scrapes and paint oxidation. After the work our Prius looks like new. Memorial Collision has helped the environment by giving us an as-new car at a fraction of the cost.

Very professional in their approach and absolutely nice work done on my vehicle . I took my car in to fix/ replace the broken pillar mold on the drivers side but because i had to go somewhere real quick, the manager loaned me a car( actually insisted that I take the car instead of an uber).When i got back an hour later, my car was ready. I also got the complimentary bottle of red wine! Best service ever I must say!!!

Had a wonderful experience and the service was incredible. They were very accommodating and got the work done in less than half the time the insurance had estimated it would take. They went above and beyond my expectations (they even cleaned out the inside of my car *on top of* the collision damage I went in to have fixed).
