Called Tennison Collison to warrant my paint job because the clear on my car was peeling off and supposedly they are not tennison anymore. Now they are embassador, went to their website on carwise and the first thing that it says is that they have been there for 42 years. Eighter they are changing the name to try to cover up their mistakes and possible lawsuits or they are too lazy to change anything on their website, which false advertisement.

These guys are absolutely great. They are friendly, very down to earth, and very helpful. They go above and beyond for you on what you need done to your car and any adjustments you may need or want, they are patient and totally understanding. I was recently in a little minor accident, where my parked vehicle was hit and the bumper was completely taken off. I was in Dallas when all this happened because, I was not from Dallas I was a bit precautions, not knowing if my car was driveable or not. After going to a few body shops in Dallas one of the top-rated ones told me the car was driveable to go back home and get it fixed there. So once I got back to Houston I searched around and this was by far the only place with the best reviews and all 5 stars. And Im so happy I took a chance and followed those reviews, because I just got my car back today and it is brand NEW!!! It looks amazing like when I first took it off the lot good, thankfully the persons insurance covered it all after seeing the cost of repairs, Im glad the persons insurance took care of it all. They are so good and honestly took all the necessary precautions and asked questions about the vehicle and made sure it was in the perfect state when I got it back. Ill be recommending this place for sure to everyone.

I wish I could pick them up and bring them to Dallas this is long over do but I want to thank you guys so much for your awesome customer service the follow up text and calls letting me know the progress of the repairs they even worked with me getting my car because I lived over 300miles away in Dallas my car was brand new looking best experience I had I recommend them to anybody everyone seems very down to earth and honest

If i could give negative stars i would. When i picked up my truck i noticed that the shop had only fixed part of the collision on the door side and left the tire area untouched. They claimed that they were only told that the door was the only thing needing fixed but said that theyd call the insurance to fix it and give me a call back. Then i got in my truck and realized that the glove compartment was unlocked, which was locked prior to drop off. When i checked it, my valuables had been stolen. I brought it to their attention and told to call when the manager was there. I called several times but was given the run around. NEVER got a call back for either issue. Its been a very long time since and still no answer, and highly doubt they ever will. Dont waste your time or money with them!

The lady who receives you has an attitude is not friendly, the boy in charge of taking care of me never gave me the estimate until the end they never called me to tell me that they would fix the straightening of my truck and the painting was a very bad job and Alberto said that they They did not work for free that the insured did not pay them so they painted my door in the middle I am very disappointed in that place it is terrible they only put the line to the door as a very bad complement
