I want to highly recommend this place for any types of repair. Bates quoted me over $4000 as well as no guarantee due to the type of damage.. I went to these guys and instantly they said it could be done! You can see the work yourself. And they beat that price by $1500. Did I mention they cleaned my car?? This company has been around for years and they are not to be overlooked.

Everyone here was so helpful and friendly. I went to pick something up from my car that they are working on. My mom had a small defect on her car that she asked about and within 5mins it was a simple quick fix that Gabriel offered to help with. As you can see, I messed my car up pretty badly. I was referred to James Chagos by another happy customer. When I arrived, everyone was very friendly. Customer service was outstanding. They helped explain all of my options and their quote was so low that I didnt have to involve my insurance company. Horrible Customer Service! They don’t answer the phone when you call and are non responsive. I would not recommend. Called the weekend before and the guy told me he couldn’t look up my Vin for a part because he was doing payroll. 2 weeks before that my girlfriend came to get estimate and they said they was leaving for lunch. Overall just an horrible customer experience. When I walked in no one had a mask on but as soon as They saw me they put their mask on and said that I needed a mask. I said ok can I call you outside the building? The guy obliged. When I called outside of the building he still said he can’t see my car. Mind you I wouldn’t be no where near him as though it has to do with the body outside of the car as he would look. But he still refused and was very rude about it.

I received excellent customer service here and they went out of their way to do everything they could to repair my car as quickly as possible. They helped fix my bumper and my two side doors and also painted everything and my car looks brand new! They even did a complementary maintenance check for me since I mentioned I was going on a road trip and wanted to make sure I didn’t need anything else fixed or replaced. They were also able to finish everything in less than a week. I ended up going through my insurance but I remember that their initial quotes were very reasonable. I would highly recommend this place for car repairs and paint jobs! They did a fantastic job with fixing my car!

I went in for a dent repair on the rear end of my vehicle and these guys (James and Gabriel) provided outstanding service and even provided me with a very reasonable price for the work which fortunately turned out to be easier for them than I expected. The person who serviced my vehicle, Gabriel, did an amazing job and if possible, I would recommend he get a raise. I was rear ended in a brand new 2020 honda. Insurance wanted to lowball the estimate on my car by having them bondo the car instead of replacing the damaged parts. Chagos made sure all my parts were replaced new and from the OEM. I have an attorney involved in this accident and they have honestly done more than the attorney. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a body shop that will be on your side especially when you need to deal with the sneaky insurance company

They were very friendly and fair with the pricing. G at the front desk is awesome. I had an estimate for 1700 from another shop and he showed me how they were cheating me, including charging me to take out trash. They did factory quality work for less than half. I wont go anywhere else.

Well i had bad experiences wt this shop when i did the claim, i did nd follow what the shop they recommend it, when they change the bumper they didnt want change or replace a plastic that is on bottom of bumper cause they excuse was the insurance doesnt want cover but when i call them they didnt understand why they dont want replace it, but a guy from the office he ask me like an offer to pay the 50% of the part and i pay the other 50% something tht they suppose to replace for me they just want make some extra cash, they fix the car after i talk to the insurance but i dont care anymore cause the only thing was simple, i was looking for a good joob but they make me had a hard time i dont say to believe me but make sure first when yall do business wt chagos shop.

I had some body work done here to my SUV the damage was to the driver door panel and front side panel. The dealership wanted $3600 and I took it to James and for the exact same work it was only $1200. His guys did great work and there honest. I highly recommend these guys.

Dont really recommend this place. The new painter needs more experience and seemed like he didnt care about the mess up he did on the car and the work done does not seem professional. Staff is really friendly and helpful but at the end of the day, the work done is what counts and it is disappointing.

If I could I wouldnt give this joke of a business any stars at all. Our insurance company sent us here and what was supposed to be a one week job for a minor fender bender turned into almost a month. The first time they called us to tell us our truck was ready was a joke. They had globs of paint on our bumbers, they drove self tapping screws into our brand new truck when there was never any screws there to begin with. They bent out transmission cooling housing,and zip tied our wiring harness. And thats just some of the damage after Freddy said he would make it right twice my husband had to go up and fix things on his own and order parts for his own truck because they just wanted to be done with it. Yesterday we finally took our truck its still not right but he didnt care because he was more concerned with his buddies he had coming to drink beer with him at the shop. Yesterday when we got there we noticed a scratch on the passenger side door this truck only had damage to the grill and fenders but now we have a scratch that he claims he has no clue how it got there. They put so many miles on our truck its ridiculous. We have opened a complaint with the claims department this morning and I will be calling the better business Bureau!! Please be aware of this shop and consider all options before using this company this whole thing has been nothing but a horrible night mare!!! Theyre workmanship and professionalism are severely lacking.

I received paintless dent repair from James. He promised to fix my dent to 90%, if not he will not charge me. My dent was tough to get out, and he was able to fix to at least 50%. Although, my dent was not completely fixed with paintless dent repair. I know I have a future body shop that will stand by their promise and receive outstanding customer service.

Very upset I took my truck there after a fender bender. After two weeks the truck is ready for pick up and I find they have damaged another area. Mr. Chagos did cover the repairs after review of he intake photos, but Im still hung with the car rental. Four more days go by and ready for pick up and it is damaged somewhere else. One member of his staff and painter became judge and jury and determined that the damage was there, and that some people just want every spot fixed at their expense. Well screw you, You can talk the talk about about integrity and customer care for only so long. Chagos wouldnt even bend over to look at the damage. I pointed out that the bed was full of trash from used paint supplys and he willing to have someone remove the trash, but I decided I better get out of there before more damage occurred. Well see you downtown in a couple of months

I came back today and met James and he was very accomodating. They also did a pdr on my car without costing me anything. That was totally unexpected, and Im very thankful. I received a prompt complete free estimate, and the repair was completed at the quoted fair price in a timely manner. The collision repair and paint work is excellent and factory quality. They provide a lifetime warranty on their work to the original owner which is awesome and speaks volumes for the confidence they have in their work.
