Just want to take the time and thank Mr. Mitchell and his team on the job they did with my vehicle. Mr. Mitchell was on point with everything coming with my vehicle. He always gave me a honest update during this process. It was long and rough but he gave me sense of security until they completed it. Thank you South Houston Collision once again.
I came into the shop because I had an accident that left my rear left quarter panel completely crunched. Mitch helped me out and the service was great, he even worked with me on all my different options to see what would work best. When I picked up the car everything looked good as new, maybe even better! But really, great work for a great price, and excellent customer service. 10/10 would recommend!
This place was amazing in handling my repairs. I had such a hard time getting my insurance to answer and they have such a great customer service, Mitchell was my correspondent at the body shop. He went above and beyond keeping me happy and in the loop about everything. Even if I dont have a nissan in the future i will continue to use this shop god forbid anything happens again

I trusted this place with the body repairs of my vehicle after reading some good reviews. I didn’t quite receive the service I was expecting. There was such poor communication that I didn’t even know that the guy who was initially helping me was no longer with the company! I kept trying to contact him and to no avail and eventually I found out why. The main reason for my low star review is the quality of service provided. They lacked attention to detail. They worked on the driver side of my vehicle and missed a tiny ding towards the back. It’s not noticeable too much but it is noticeable to me because I know how my car looked before the accident. They also “painted” my door handle but if I look closely, I can see the poor job they did and the white underneath it. It was not a great paint job. They also somehow managed to cut my apartment parking permit in half! They did return my car detailed so I’ll give them two stars for that alone. Highly dissatisfied with this place. Will not be returning.
I recently had my Z repaired at South Houston Collision Center - every interaction was professional - they are very knowledgeable, everything was done exactly when they said it would be, they worked well with my insurance company, I trusted them every step of the way - and to my delight and surprise when I picked my car they had detailed it - wowo!! Great service - great place to take your vehicle - highly recommend!
I would recommend this body shop to anyone. Mitch kept me informed on what was going on with my car. My car was going to be totaled, then fixed, then totaled. He handled the insurance company for me. They did an excellent job fixing my car and she is beautiful again. If you have an issue go to them!!!

The best experience Ive EVER had at an auto repair place... The ladies in the office were friendly and professional and Albert (the manager) is AWESOME. My sister recommended them, so I drove from Spring/Tomball area. It was worth it. I will never go anywhere else! My Jeep is beautiful again!

She took care of my estimate and got my rental for me - she also kept me up to date with everything that was going on with my car and the insurance co. I have a 2014 Nissan Pathfinder (Classy P), that was involved in an accident. The lady that hit Classy P ran the red light totaling her vehicle out, yet doing major damage to my Classy. The passenger seat air bags deployed and the the doors were crushed. I took Classy to see Mitchell Keith at David McDavid, and he did a great job of making sure that his team of workers had Classy P looking new again. They did an excellent job! Thanks Again Guys!
Not only did they manage to leave extra scratches on my truck they went through my center console and stole out if it. Thanks for replacing what you broke on my tailgate. If you want to wait a really long time for your vehicle wondering what damages they are going to leave, this is the place your looking for!

They take to long for repairs. Send supplement that insurance approves, and still nothing gets done. When I asked about progress, were waiting for supplement. Already approved. Fix it already.

I went in with a short time frame to work in and extremely difficult requirements for financing. Salesman Cesar Aguilar was kind and patient. Sales Manager (I think) Lee Kemick was incredible, and is a straight-shooter who will not B.S. you. I am thrilled with my experience there, and even more so with the amazing deal I got (despite my credit issues). Fast, thorough, helpful, friendly -- I never felt threatened or pushed or cheated or lied to! A wonderful experience all around; I highly recommend them!

I went there thinking the service would be great but my new bumper that was installed is constantly getting lower. Even after taking it back it is still getting low. I am very disappointed in the service that I received from the actual work itself. I would never recommend anyone come to them for repairs.
They wanted to charge $5,000 to repaint my Nissan Pick Up that has paint pealing from the sun. This kind of problem is from the manufacturer cutting costs at the customers expense. My truck has only been to the dealer for repairs. Customer loyalty does seem to count.
I had a recall on air bags they did it free but then i call to see how much a ignition coil & spark plugs they was going to charge me $600.00 dollars probably a little bit more.
I dont know the quality of their work. I went there to get an estimate. I can say that they did not value my time while I was there, people werent nice, and the estimator just gave me a piece of paper with the estimate. He did not explain what theyre going to do or anything. The estimate they gave me is also much higher than what I got from Prestige Collision auto Body Shop. Prestige Collisions estimate was much lower and I was treated nicer. Im going to use Prestige Collision for sure.

Truly disappointed. Poor customers service. Angela M. Redington, does not return phone calls. Constantly strings you along. Refuses to answer line. Have her coworkers cover for her. Car is taking a week longer. Refuse to give updates. Takes well over a day to respond and email. Never telling me my car will on the day it should be ready. Just a pathetic shop.
Super fast service! Damage to our vehicle, from an auto accident, left the front passenger side MANGLED! The whole repair took less than a week and they do beautiful work!!
We took our Honda Civic. when we got our car returned, they didnt allow us to see it until we signed all the papers and payed the deductible. there was a storm and could not see the job, but we took it home anyways because theyre professionals. They charged us for new parts, but in actuality they just replaced it with used ones. While waiting 2 weeks for them to fix it, they ruined the alarm and did a very poor job. We went the next day and spoke to the managers and got accused of ruining our own alarm and bumper. We had to take a similar car to prove they did not fix it right because they said we can not show how it was done wrong. We proved our point and they agreed to talk to insurance.

Took my new GMC Sierra in to have the drivers door properly aligned (the factory missed this, and Beck and Masten South couldnt handle the problem). Did not have an appointment, just dropped by.Angela Redinger had her folks jump on it right away. Door is now aligned, and only took 15 minutes max.The service was top shelf.....very refreshing in the world of dealership service departments that tend to leave many wishing for customer service.
No Stars at all!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! This place is horrible, never ever will I or anyone I know take their car there. Avoid this place at all cost. First the shop lost my 3rd row seating, yes ridiculous as it sounds they lost it. Then I had to switch rental cars, because after the insurance paid and the original damage was fixed they had to keep paying my rental car and went cheaper to Hertz. Then it was fixed and found my seat, so I went to pick it up only to realize they did a horrible job with it and had them redo the paint job. Now Hertz is charging me for the bill that these guys didnt pay.

This place is the worst auto body shop in Houston! Maria is a crooked manager. They lied to the insurance company and took so long to fix my car the insurance took the rental back I was in! Totally unprofessional and rude. They also used salvage parts on my car. If there was a way I would sue the heck out of this place. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!! #Crooks #idots #mariasucks
