Very satisfied with my car repairs. I went to them 2017 and just picked up my car today. Both times great job done and no problems. Tony and the rest of the staff have great communication and continued to update me throughout the process. My car came out looking brand new. Thank you.
By far the worst service experience I have ever gone through. I was not been able to communicate successfully with Danny throughout this whole process. I was very specific before dropping off my vehicle in asking how long the repair would take. I was informed by Danny that the parts would arrive within 2 or 3 days and the repair would take no more than a week.It took a month and a half to complete my repairs. My car rental expired after 30 days and had to pay out of pocket after that. I understand you cant start the work until parts arrive but I feel that they should be better informed on part availability and timelines before giving a commitment and asking me to drop-off my vehicle. My vehicle was driveable when I dropped it off. I was trying to avoid this exactly. Having my car just sitting at your shop and having my rental expire.I got a call back for the first time from Danny a month after leaving several voicemails and emails for weeks. He confirmed that they received some boxes with parts. He was going to check the parts and call me right back to see if they got all they needed barely start the repairs. I never got any updates or response at all from him or his manager after I emailed them both. Never heard back again until I contacted the receptionist two weeks after and said the vehicle was ready to be picked up.
Had accident and I choose them because of past business with them and they took great care of me.
Overall service is good. Picking up phone calls and providing status of vehicle is an area for improvement.
They do fantastic work and both the store manager and my service rep were great. They kept me informed of progress and allowed me to visit to inspect the vehicle to ensure i would be happy with the end result. Highly recommend!
I brought my car in for some body work under an insurance claim and Tony was very professional and courteous from start to finish. He kept me updated with text messages and had my car completed on the date that he expected it to be ready. He even had it washed and looking quite awesome when I picked it up! The only way you can get an update in a timely manner is to drive there and meet with employees face to face. Tony was my case manager and he never answered his phone. My car was determined to be a total loss and the insurance company is waiting on them to send the initial repair check back in order for me to get paid. I spoke with receptionist and she is not even able to tell me if they have sent the check back or not. I would not recommend this place at all as they are not professional and they are only nice to you the first day when you go there. I am still waiting on their managers to call me but I figured he wont thats why I need to drive there one last time and straighten this out.
I had Sterling McCall Collision paint my spoiler and they did an amazing job. They were quick and it looks awesome. Im frustrated because I had just gotten vinyl stripes put on my car 5 days prior and I specifically made sure to make them aware that the stripes are a bit high maintenance and that practically anything can leave scratch marks. I was assured that the car really wouldnt get touched other than taking the spoiler off, prepping and painting the spoiler and then reinstalling the spoiler. When I picked the car up I noticed a long scratch across one of the stripes. Its not extremely noticeable, but its there and its very frustrating because I had just paid $650 for those stripes, hadnt even had them for one week and had specifically made them aware that I was worried about it when dropping off the car. The paint job itself is great, but because of the scratch it did not make my experience an excellent one.
I dropped my car off after an accident for repair and I am extremely pleased with the results. My car looks new again! My car was ready earlier than estimated and I appreciated the updates I received on the progress. Danny S. was so helpful, courteous and efficient! Highly recommend this place!

Sterling McCall Collision Center of Jersey Village did my first repairs on my Honda Accord Sport 2.0 back in November after an accident. They were very efficient and timely and the customer service was beyond exceptional. They touched basis with me every step of the way and always kept me in the loop. Not to mention, the repairs were phenomenal. Youd never guess my car had been wrecked without me telling you. My car was only 36 days only when this happened so they replaced all parts with brand new Honda parts, which I greatly appreciated. I recently took it back last week because of another accident (I know bummer — neither have been my fault) to have my bumper replaced & the repairs were done within 4 days and my baby is looking brand spanking new again. I will never bring my car anywhere else. Tony & his team are AMAZINGGGG! Thank you guys so much.

Had my car towed here after I was hit by another car. They handled dealings with the insurance company and kept me informed throughout the process.They completed the work ahead of schedule and did excellent work.
Stay away from this collision place they do not honor their 1yr warranty. They look for any Litle excuse to get out of it. I contact them 8 months in my collision repair that my front bumper paint was Peeling off and they said it was bcs of rock ships hitting my front bumper. It’s a metal custom bumper my previous bumper that I had for 3 years did not peel once. I took it somewhere else and they said they didn’t to it right they missed a lot of steps and the work was really cheap. Do not recommend.

I simply adore this place, my family and I have brought our cars here for the past 7 years from scuff marks to damages from an accident this center does it all professionally and precisely. The paint jobs are phenomenal and priced fairly. Danny and the manager have been who we have had the pleasure of meeting, overall the staff is very kind which derived from their leadership. What has really stuck out to me is how veteran friendly they are. I am currently on the covid-19 mission with the army and have been away from home and my vehicle. My vehicle has had some scratches from animals, rocks, etc. and even though I am away my mom was able to take my challenger to get them fixed. They thanked her for my service and for what I am currently doing in the military; definitely made my mom feel proud so that’s a bonus in addition to the amazing job they did with my car. For those who are muscle car owners like myself this is definitely the place to bring your car to as well as those who have foreign cars. If you are wanting to have a peace of mind while someone is working on your vehicle, you’ve found the right place; because of them my car still looks as new as the day I had ordered it. Unfortunately I did not enjoy picking up my vehicle this morning. I opened the door to find several masks left inside my vehicle, plastic trash, papers everywhere, and a plastic hair cover left in the passenger seat. Also the check engine light is still on which was supposed to be checked after it came on after the collision. After waiting for two and a half weeks I never got an update about what was going to be done to my car after the collision I was in. My bumper was not reattached completely, was not replaced or painted. They did the bare minimum to get the other companies insurance to pay for what they should have paid for. Two and a half weeks waiting on my car just for the rear door to be fixed, the rim to be replaced, and the bumper to be attached (not all the way). Would not recommend this place at all.
The car was returned on time however the workmanship could have been better, the door of the car was not smoothed out like it was and the paint looked dull. Took it back, they tried to fix it but the improvement was minimal. I got rid of the car after that. I’ve never use them again.
Highly recommend these guys! Took care of a warranty repair for me, as well as a totally separate issue. We loved their work so much, we took them another vehicle to correct the paint on. Very reasonably priced, and awesome customer care!

The work was fine but the service was horrible. It took 2 weeks to replace my bumper. I was never called or given a status update. My only updates would come if I called them, sat on hold and waited for someone to give me an update. They told me it was in the paint shop on a Friday and it would be done on a Wednesday, never heard anything back from them. I finally called on the next Friday, and it STILL wasn’t done. The work was fine, but I will never choose them again.

Call in to see what time my car was going to be ready the day before was told the person in charge of my car was in a conference call didn’t hear anything from him so I called one hour before they closed was transfer to a voice mail box then soon after no one picked up my call after 10 times of calling a man told me my car was going to be ready the next day still ask me which one was my car and told me to come pick it up at 1:30 friday afternoon, I showed to pick up my car and the reception women had no clue of my car and was for the guy in charge of car and he was in front of her walking around and the man proceeds to tell me that my car was going to be ready that day and told him I was told to pick it up at 1:30 and I showed up 2 hours later to pick it up and when I did it wasn’t even cleaned and smelled like dirt.Other than that they did there body work amazing would recommend if there employee where more organized that’s why I give them a one star

They have a very calming effect and do everything they can to be there for you.Brian Walker is who I dealt with. He executed on every aspect of what he had told me. Called me at the appropriate steps and fielded my calls immediately when I had questions.I really like that the whole Sterling McCall team wanted to be part of my team.

Over all I was a bit disappointed on how the end product looked, especially based on all the positive reviews here, I know the response is they will reach out and they will correct, but still wanted to leave feed back of the disappointment, and at some point this will require more time on our part to bring in and correct which is frustrating as this has already almost taken 2 weeks.Pros- 1.)they kept in contact of how the process of the repairs were going and when there were delays they informed us and provide incentive for the delays.2.) on the parts that were painted, paint work looked good.Cons- 1.)not all parts that were scratched from the hit and run were painted, as well as leaving small scratches in opposite side of the bumper that were not from the incident2.) rubber gasket on parking sensors not fully seated with assembly.3.)Metal Work is not 100 percent either, so the quarter panel doesnt fully match up with the other parts and leaves a gap, I found this disappointing as they had the vehicle longer than expected and would think would be a detail caught in assembly and corrected before pick up.4.) no walk through was provided at check out of what was fixed, or a walk around explaining what was done to the vehicle and what did we think of the work and see any issues.overall they get a passing score, but not a exceptional score like the other reviews on here. Considering the time they had the vehicle which was over the estimate, the work still looked rushed. I understand more damage was found and caused the delay, but that doesnt warrant rushing the work and having a sloppy final product.8/22/2019 - Spoke with the manager Danny, and have confidence in the future they will correct what is needed if issues do pop up. Take the Time to speak to Danny and he do what is necessary to address your concerns

On last week I dismantled my trunk on my car, I slammed my gas top inside the trunk. I called and spoke with Danny Frayler (Collision Center Manager) who without hesitation insisted that I brought the car in for a free estimate. In my head I was assuming this would be something that would cost me at the least $500. I sent pictures and immediately he said, Roshelle just come down and drop the car off and I’ll take care of it. Not only did I get my trunk fixed but he personally dropped me to work and had the trunk fixed all before lunch! Y’all about excellent service! The whole experience from getting a quote to dropping off my vehicle was very good! The only thing i did not like is that i was told and quoted a price and expected my vehicle to be taken apart, dent repaired and door painted. But when it came time for me to pick my car up i was told they decided to do a dent removal process instead. Would have been nice if they would have called me and asked if that was the way to go.
I would rate 5 stars, but when I picked up my vehicle, one if the reverse light bulbs wasnt working, and there was no technician on hand to fix the issue, I drove 40 miles to get there (closest location to me) and I didnt feel like waiting until Monday to for just one lightbulb. So I just took the car, and figured Id do it on my own.
Tony and the rest of the crew did an amazing job on my car. This shop uses the latest and greatest equipment in the industry so you know your car will come out great. I highly recommend this shop and plan to use them again in the future.

I took my 2018 Sierra to have the back bumper and the driver side rear panel replaced due to an accident and I was very pleased with the results. They took their time and made sure everything was perfect. They even made sure the insurance approved replacement parts that were up to our standards. Daniel was very professional and was always on top of things. Highly recommend them for all your body shop needs.
At first I was kept up to date but I now call for a status update and my customer service rep will not return my call. My car still is in for repair after 5 or 6 weeks (and that does include a strike at the manufacturer) and for the last 2 weeks I have been paying for my rental myself as I reached the limit on my insurance. I still do not know when I will get my car.

My vehicle was repaired so so quickly! Danny made SURE I was taken care of & the receptionist was extremely diligent in communicating with Enterprise so all the charges would be correctly covered by the insurance company. Highlyyyyy recommend using Sterling McCall of Jersey Village!
They did take a bit of time to fix our car but they did an awesome job. There was a bit of white sticky substance on car that wasnt there before on a place they werent even working on . We assume they must have been spraying another car or something and it got on ours. They did a great job cleaning that off. The only thing I wasnt too happy about is that I am telling him that I didnt turn my car in like that and until the last moment the fellow insisted saying that we must have drove through something. But I liked that they worked on getting that gunk off even if he thought it was on there before we dropped it off.
My car was done in the time frame promised! Great job, cannot even tell where the problem was! Everyone was courteous and friendly.
Very nice people. They got my part in quickly & put it on in a short amount of time. Very honest as they found I had overpaid, brought it to my attention & issued a credit. Honesty is a key element in any business & its people. I so appreciated that & while I hope nothing else happens with my car I would definitely trust them for any future repairs.

Took my 2013 Tacoma to Sterling McCall to repair damage on my trucks rear fender as they were on my insurance companies approved repair shop list. I met with Cedric who worked up an estimate, ordered the parts, scheduled the repair and told me it would take about 6 days to complete the repairs. They make the entire process so easy and even have a Hertz rental in their office. In 6 days Cedric called and told me my truck was ready, all repairs done and my truck looked great.

Even during the madness of the pandemic, they contacted me within an hour of receiving the claim and had clear communication throughout the entire process. I HIGHLY reccomend!
Danny Spence did a wonderful job of getting my car fix. I walked in the collision facility lost, worried the amount that the insurance offer me was merely going to be enough to get my car fix. He assure me that he will let the adjuster know exactly what it would take to get my car back to looking like it was, before the accident! I was then taken to enterprise to get rental while my car was in the shop. My overall experience was wonderful, and Danny Spence did what he said, and I was very grateful of his service representing Sterling McCall!

Tony was the guy that fixed with my car. He was very professional. Didn’t get on my nerves (and I’m a very irritable person) he updated me every time there was an update I needed to be aware of. He even stayed late after they were closed just to make sure I could get my car. I didn’t want to use them at first but I’m glad I did. They did a great job on my car. Great customer service & definitely professionals. If you’re anything like I was...”undecided” don’t be they are great. I wouldn’t even leave a review if I thought otherwise because I would be too busy cursing somebody out 🤣🤣🤣 I’m laughing but I’m so serious.
As far as the customer service side is concerned. They service people were great, I get it that sometimes these things take longer because of various delays but they took my calls and answered my questions about a few days delay to the best of their ability. It was raining all week, so I know that complicates paint.My only complaint is really with the prep work and cleanup. I feel car could have been better taped off. Primer was found on the inside near the sunroof, perhaps someone was standing through it to spray and touched headliner. These things happen, but it was not cleaned up. The windshield has some overspray on it from the final paint job and primer is on headlamp housing near the edge of the hood. Things I can and will clean up, just not something I should have to.The paint job itself looks good and the color was matched well. I am happy with that work and would probably come back here again for a bumper or door, but probably not something so involved as multi-sectioned paint job as my vehicle was.

My reason for doing a review for this collision center is the fact that Ive always had great experience with them.I want to give my honest review for my self experience. Hey! I know it is tough enough to get involved in a fender bender and deal with all the process of dealing with the insurance company, rental car and all that, but for me this is the 3rd time I have to bring a vehicle in this facility to get them fixed (all 3 by the way were not my fault) and every time they made a superb work. Every time has always been a smooth transaction. For me, I know it takes time to do all these repairs and I dont mind them taking all the time they need to make sure that the work is perfect. As long as its in the acceptable and realistic amount of time. Mark has always been that mild mannered man who talks to you with that sense of assurance that everything will be done the right way and he always follow through with it. Im giving them 5 STARS because I dont get them involved with all the hassles with the insurance and rental car. I am grading them purely on the service that they do. Great job guys and thats quality work as usual.

Very happy with the work. They did a great job and my car was very clean when I picked it up. Downside was, two weeks they had my car and we finally had to get in contact with them after seven working days with no contact from them. They ended up having my car 11 working days and it was only a hood replacement and basically no contact on their side. So they need better customer service

Between the insurance and Sterling McCall collision going back and forth on who will pay the remaining balance of my car rental and never getting that problem solved. I am rating this a 2, the car was fixed, the scratch on my tint was not fixed. I made a huge mistake by bringing my truck to Sterling McCall Collision of Jersey Village. My vehicle was there for a whole month on a 6-day repair estimate. After several phone calls and several follow-ups I decided to talk to the supervisor (Danny) to see what was taking so long. Coincidentally my vehicle was ready that same day I talked to the supervisor.But that was only the beginning of my problems....After driving my truck out of the Collision Center I noticed several electrical problems that werent addressed. These issues were supposed to be fixed during the time that it was there but they were never looked at because of poor communication between the insurance inspector and collision center. So i took my truck back for the repairs they missed and had to get another rental vehicle which im now paying out of pocket. My vehicle has now been there a total of 40+ days and still counting. This has been a very stressful and frustrating experience for me. I can assure that Sterling McCall Collision will NOT be getting my business anymore in the near future.
