They replaced my windshield and came to my house same day at a great price ($283 for big escalade), work took maybe 45 mins. He also fixed a whistling noise on my side window for free that some other window shop didnt install properly. Give Charles a call these guys know whats up.

The guy told me one price but charged me something totally different. But other than that the work they did was really good.

Wow! What amazing service. Charles is someone who is in the business of helping others and it shows in his exceptional customer service. My insurance was going to charge me almost my entire deductible (so they’d essentially be covering zero) and their shop didn’t have any availability for a week. I called Charles and not only did he charge less than half of what my insurance quoted me, he met me same day and had my window replaced in an hour. Great experience and perfect example of how business should be done.

I phoned him, and was able to set up an appointment the next day at my location. I recommend them. They have a fast response, and very friendly service. Took about 10 minutes tops, and my chip is sealed. I recommend using him for your service, especially if you are in the area.

Charles was wonderful! I had gotten my car broken into while at dinner at Joes Crab Shack! Super scary experience. They stole my laptop and I came out and started crying. The next morning I started online looking for quotes at 6am. I needed any auto glass business to take their hours of operations seriously! And Charles did. He was opened, just like it stated on the website. I went down an entire list of places on Google and only one person that called me right back. And that was Charles. Everyone else still had there forward to voicemail message still on. Like they got in but was still figuring out what to do. Charles got my address, came by the house, ensured several times over the phone he had the correct glass/car make and model. When he got there I was not sure what to expect. For some reason I think everything has to be done in a shop. But if you know how to use the tools and you understand nothing really changes about the car other than they get more fancier then you can expect to do a great job each time. After he said he could come to my house, I even told him over the phone that my Nissan 2011 had automatic Windows. I thought there was no way it could be done, with automatic Windows, outside under my car Porch. He got there timely, finished the job, now I can go to work and still have some time to get my life together because the person who broke in also stole my laptop. People can be cruel or they could just be sick from using drugs, but whatever the reason it was that that person stole from me. It still didnt justify it. I guess this is my initiation to Houston but I am really glad Charles was able to help me get back to normal as quickly and as efficiently as possible. Same day mobile service. Quick and competent. My only complaint is that he would only take cash; fortunately I had some cash on me because that was never mentioned when I made the appointment.

Great service. These guys came out all the way to my work place on the day I called them and they replaced my 2015 VW GTI windshield for much less than what Safelite was charging and in less than an hour.Very friendly service and would highly recommend them.

DONT GO HERE!I should have LISTENED TO MY GUT and turned around when I pulled up to A TENT to get my windshield replaced, but unfortunately did not.They charged $300 to replace my windshield, and did not tell me it was ALL CASH until they were ready for payment.THEY BROKE A SENSOR ON MY DASHBOARD WHICH HAD TO BE REPLACED BY THE DEALERSHIP COSTING ME $160.I called Charles and asked him to cover the invoice, which he promptly refused. Told me to come back so that he could fix it, but I had already had it taken care of. I would not have gone back there for him to work on my car regardless.I AM EMBARRASSED THAT I EVEN LET THEM TOUCH MY CAR. I have no idea why they have such positive reviews, the place was really really really sketchy.

My rear window was smashed last night, I called safelite, they said 10 days, I found another place 2 day wait, then I found Houston Auto Glass! 4 hours later it was replaced.. at almost half the price. Great serivce!

Worst Service Ive ever had !!!! My 2016 Dodge Challenger got broken into at work so I enlisted them for service....... they sent a employee out to complete my driverside window which was a piss poor job !!! Left glass in the door as well as didnt put back none of the insulation back in my door so now u can hear the glass wen the door is closed and u can hear the road wen u drive !!!! Ive called several times and left several messages and has got not a call back or a solution to the work they did !!!! Never again!!!!
