I was quoted $437 by Safelite to repair my window then I called uni glass they quoted me 188. I couldnt believe it yeah it was a little out of the way but it saved me a couple of hundred bucks. They were very friendly and very fast at getting it done I might have waited 15 minutes at the most and I was gone. I dont recommend. Technician stopped in the middle of removing my windshield to tell me there was a crack in my dash that was there before they started working. I gave an opportunity for him to own it but he wasnt having any of it. I mean the truck is 12 years old. What do I care? But damn just fess up. Everything else about my experience was perfectly fine.

Edit - changing review after what dealership found to be the issue of airbag light on was a cut wire evidently made during your windshield installation. Hmm. Luckily it was still under warranty.Excellent service. Good prices with a few minor issues immediately after the fact.1. A sticky glue or whatever is used to seal was all over my steering wheel which took forever to get off.AND as Ive read is fairly common...2. The windshield replacement caused me to take my vehicle into the dealership as immediately upon startup the airbag light came on and wouldnt go off.Overall, very happy not docking for the airbag but am for the black goo that was all over my hands and my steering wheel.

I would not take my car here!!! Dont let the reviews fool you. Not only did this place do a bad job no one else wants to even mess with removing the windshield because I now need to replace all my moldings and the panel by the wiper blades. They used so much glue then what was needed. It cost me more money to fix what they messed up then what they charge at this place! Save yourself the headache and go to a professional place. Not only do I still hear noise coming through the windshield but the moldings are costing me an extra $230. I also went back twice so they can try and fix it but all they did is waste an hour of my time to add more glue. Bad place to do business with and I would not recommend to anyone. I have uploaded pictures of where they missed 12 inches of glue to secure the windshield! I reported this place to the bbb because they messed up my cowl molding and they also glued my headliner.

This place is an old fashion automotive glass replacement shop. They are CASH ONLY & run like a family owned business that care about their customers. I paid 30% of what the new car dealership wanted for the same windshield. All the side sensors work properly. They warn that on some cars the sensors may need recalibration at the dealership.

Got my windshield replaced at Uniglass because I had some people recommend this place to me. I reached out to them to get a quote for my 2016 VW Passat no sensor and was quoted $190 out the door. I get there and they’ve already taken my windshield completely off and told me that it’s not going to be $190 out the door, rather $277. The reason, because whoever they get their glass from is charging more for a windshield with no sensor than the windshield with a sensor... makes sense right? Great business tactic. Get them with their pants down so they have no choice but to agree to the price. Kinda sad because I work with an insurance agency and was ready to use them as a recommendation to our customers but I was dealt with such a bad example for small businesses. So anyways, lesson learned. Never coming back 🤷🏻‍♀️

My car was broken into. The window was destroyed and glass was everywhere. There was a huge rainstorm coming so I needed to have the window replaced ASAP. I had to call around to find the right window and Uni Glass had it.They gave me quote over the phone and they stuck to it. They were quick and did a good job installing the window. They even vacuumed up a good amount of the glass.The place is right off Hardy so its easy to find. The waiting room was very comfortable. It is a well run locally owned small business worth supporting. They even let me slide when I was 36 cents short on the bill.Great place!

Worst customer service ever!!!!I came in and they said I would be walking out at $190 and that’s with tax! I agreed and they went and took my windshield off! They come back 10 mins later and tell me that they were wrong I’d we paying $290. I said I would go somewhere else! They put my windshield back on and it is WAY WORSE THAN WHEN I BROUGHT IT!!! I came back in and they said it’s not their fault and aren’t fixing it unless I pay the $290!!!!The man in charge is extremely rude! Would not recommend at all!!! RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! So unprofessional!

QUICK SERVICE!!!!! It is a working shop. I have used Oscar and Uniglass for several years commercially before this and have always been satisfied by their speed. And best price around beating everyone else by a $100. 99 Suburban windshield $110 out the door and done in 24 minutes.

Someone busted my back window completely out. My dad immediately called uniglass and got a quote (EXTREMELY REASONABLE). I called to follow up about an hour later, the lady still had all my information down and was ready for me to come in. Got there and they were waiting for my arrival. Window fixed in less than hour and was on my way. Extremely nice and personable staff. Would suggest taking cash to pay. Cards have a $10 charge but honestly I had no problem paying the extra $10 for the amazing service they gave me.

Best prices in town. Especially for older model cars. Over 1/2 off what others wanted. Its in a really rough part of town, but I felt safe. Worth the trip. Saved at least $150.

Awesome customer service! I was a walk-in needing to get my 2006 Dodge ram 3500 back window replaced and they had it in stock. Wait time was only 30 min before they started on my truck .They said it would be an hour and a half to install but it only took 50 min. They did a great job! You cant beat their prices either....cheapest in Houston!

Did an excellent job on my 2015 Hyundai front windshield replacement last year. Great service and price, and seems very honest! For my other car, he gave me less expensive options to try on my own -- instead of trying to sell me a full replacement!!!

They fixed my car in about 1.5 hours with six or more other jobs in line- also took care to vacuum all the glass shards that were all over the back seat and floor. They were very patient and forward with pricing (extremely agreeable prices) and procedure. I highly recommend this place, even if you’re not in a pinch for time.

This place was recommended to me through C10 group in facebook. I brought in my 82 GMC for a front windshield replacement. And also requested a quote for rear window. The guy there cut me a great deal for both. The installer was great too. He fixed a small rust spot on front windshield. And was very quick for installing both windows. I highly recommend uniglass .
