I just want to say I walked out of the place UPSET. I had a small crack on my windshield from a rock that had hit my car a few months back before I went to my appointment. I actually fixed the crack MYSELF to prevent it from spreading. JD was a professional and kind guy and gave great service, but Im a bit confused. From the pictures he showed me, he said the spread got worse and they suggested to fix it from preventing it from spreading even more. I believed it but when I walked out to leave and go back home, the crack on my windshield is the EXACT SAME and there were no changes. I was basically charged for nothing!!!UPDATE - JD was great and explained everything to me and their service was really great!

What a day! Their service was more than I could ask for. I came in just for a routine maintenance, but had a crack on my windshield that I didn’t notice. Of course being in Houston, this happens a ton. JD was the employee to help me out. We had trouble contacting the claim number. I was on hold foreverrr but JD stayed overtime only to make sure I was not screwed over and well taken care of.At the end of the day, he helped me out getting everything settled, leaving with my vehicle good to go! Definitely recommend!

I came in for a standard oil change. While discussing it with customer service, JD, a tech. with Safe Tech Auto Glass, noticed I had two dings on my front windshield. J.D. explained that this size of dings would be covered by my insurance for free. He connected me with a rep from Safe Tech Auto Glass and with Allstate already on the line, within 2 minutes I was ready to have my windshield repaired. After 45 minutes I had both my windshield repaired as well as my oil changed. J.D. was polite, efficient and professional. Had Haas Haas not offered his services, I may have put this off until the dings became larger and then would not have been covered for free by insurance. This is a win-win for everyone.
