Once you purchase a vehicle from here, they forget about you. They wont ever answer your calls when you need something from them.

I bought a 2021 chevrolet colorado even though it is 2021 it does not meet my expectations I can not believe that a 2021 can not charge a new cell phone you have to bring a very small cell phone so you can charge it otherwise I am happy with auto nation chevrolet, there was good deal, has an excellent salesman (Harvin Mendoza) good customer service, when you think about buying a car think of Auto Nation Chevrolet.

I had a bad experience with financing, they promised me something and they did not comply and then I wanted to cancel and they told me that I did not have to go 2 days in a row so they could cancel a tip when you buy something new you do not need those extra guarantees. They dont explain that you are going to finance 5,000 or more from the sale of the vehicle, just buy the gap, thank you.
