I reached out to enquire about a lift gate for my car. They advised they had it and would send me some pictures. The pictures they sent looked great and so I advised I wanted it and would come that weekend for it. They advised they would leave it on the car to avoid it getting damaged but to call when o was on my way and they would have it ready to collect. I called the day I was heading there and asked if they could have it removed ready for me arriving. I travelled over 3 hours to get there to find it was still not removed from the car.Since I was there I asked if I could view the part and was taken to see the lift gate. When I arrived it had scratches on it that had not been photographed but more concerning the inside was damaged, the interior panel was snapped and it was a mess. The representative that was with me says they could take something off for the damage since it wasn’t as described.We got back to the office only to be told it was tough luck and that was the way the item would be sold. I was told that they don’t usually supply the interior panel and all accessories are not normally included. This was totally contradictory to what I was told on the phone when I explained I was looking for a complete lift gate with hinges which they confirmed was what they were selling.Since I had rented a truck and driven so far I really had no choice but to take the item. The next representative then apologized for the condition and said he would take $50 off to cover my gas but the office manager told him absolutely not and to charge me full price. At this point I just wanted to get back on the road and get home.I then had to wait nearly 40 mins for my part which came down the yard balanced on the roof of a scrap car. When we loaded it into the truck I realized the wiring loom was damaged and cut in several places. At this point I’d had enough and asked if I can just have my money back as this item really wasn’t as described. I was told “I don’t think so but I’ll need to deal with my other customers before we can discuss it but I’m not seeing the same issues you are”. I looked in the office and seen it packed with customers and knew it would be a long wait.I made the decision that if they lacked so much integrity in describing and selling the part I wanted then my money was gone. So I cut my losses and just left.I should have read previous reviews and knew what to expect. But every bad review is simply let with a reply from the owner saying they are sorry for the experience and to call. But the owner was sat in the office next to all the issues I was having and never once tried to make it right.An extremely unprofessional organization who misrepresented the item they were selling and wouldn’t make it right when I had invested in renting a truck and traveling over 380 miles for my part. I’d avoid at all costs going forward.

Very friendly and helpful people. Make sure you know the price before going in, was told & charged $10 over advertised price. However, since its still cheaper than the dealership I didnt make a big deal, just a little disappointed.

The worst attention, there is no communication, they are rude, they ignore you, they put calls on hold while they talk to each other without doing anything else. Not recommended. If i can put 0 i do it

Very rude people I called to ask for a few parts and the guy said “no we don’t have it” and hung up on me as soon as I asked for the first part. I called back and told him another salvage yard referred me telling they had the parts I needed and again before I got a chance to even ask for the other parts I needed for the other vehicles he said “I told you no we don’t have it!”and hung up on me again. Definitely never doing business with these people again.

I will not be coming back here. I purchased a $250 transmission that they verified would work on the vehicle but when I went to install in the car it did not work so I went back the next week and they offered me another one so installed again is 400 labor plus 60 transfluid but it didnt work again, so I went back to at least get credit store but the owner said it was my fault in a rude tone and did not gave me any option . the owner of that place doesnt care about customer service all he care is hes pocket plus they take too long to help you every time i went there spent like 1 to 2 hours waiting and seen a lot of people mad for waiting Very shady place and I would NOT recommend going to Cullen Auto Parts. Owner did not even care to be reasonable

I will not be coming back here. I purchased a $350 part that they verified would fit my vehicle but when I went to install in my car it did not fit. I went back the next day and asked if I could get the correct one, they said it was my fault since I looked at it. DO NOT BUY This place refuse to refund your money if part is bad. This place cares about profit more than they care about you. My mechanic lost lot of money and recommend I go to dealer to get good part. I lost time and money because of this place.

Very bad service. Kept me waiting over an hour and they didn’t even have the part I needed. Plus they smoke inside while customers are waiting in their lobby so I definitely will not be coming back here.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP. Was charged double for a bad part they sold me since they did not want to do an even exchange. We paid over $1,000 in parts in two days because I wanted to try and expand my market of local salvage yards that we purchase from but coming to Cullen Auto Parts was our biggest mistake. You all should really consider driving down Airline and take notice on how to run a customer-oriented business. Keep comparing to dealership prices, don’t consider online pricing, and do not stand behind the products you sell...that’s probably a good way to keep customers and other shops from buying here.

I had an okay experience overall honestly. Not as busy as other places Ive been to, its a little smaller, but they took me to the car and let me pick and choose which parts I wanted and gave me a fair bundle price. They let me watch how they took the parts off though which was pretty useful for me as an amateur mechanic. Bring boots to walk in mud though! Customer service is good

He didnt have one on the yard but he sent one of his guys to the warehouse to get me one. Had to wait a lil while but he brought back a SUPER CLEAN and GREAT WORKING transmission. Their yard is very well organized. Thanks for all yalls help...I will definently come back,and refer anyone else I know thts looking for good quality used parts!! Absolutely horrendous experience. Talked to an associate over the phone about a part for a Honda civic. I asked at the very least 3 times to make sure they had the part in good condition. The man said yes absolutely and completely reassured me as well. I just wanted to make sure before driving in a 2 hour traffic rush from the Bush Airport area.After finally getting there, the part they had was actually broken. Then they had the audacity to say they were going to charge $180 for a BROKEN part. I was in complete disbelief. The dealership brand new it would be $380.As a business you would like to give some kind of a deal ESPECIALLY after you had been reassured at least 3 times over the phone that the part you were going to drive there for was in stock and in good condition. Obviously. that did not happen.On top of that the man I spoke with (whom the employees called Mark) was extremely rude to me and raised his voice. Screw that.After reading through further reviews down below I noticed they use the word RUDE a lot.There was also a putrid smell coming from one of the employees. This is NOT how you run a business, that kind of behaviour will not only drive away your customers, but if thats how you treat people then I cant even imagine how you treat your employees. I am NEVER coming here again and I advise others to do so as well.
