I Purchase a set a rim and tires year ago and was out around since day one never would replace and had warranty on the tires..Told me that the tires would go back in round. Went to discount tire to purchase a new set. Now riding like a top.. just a waste of money and time getting tires from 4 wheel parts!!!

I ordered WeatherTech mats for my brand new RAV4. They werent cheaper from this store by any means, but I wanted to put the mats in immediately and they offered in store pick up. They screwed up the order and bought mats for a Jeep Wrangler, not a Toyota RAV4. When I tried to fix it, they asked me to see if I could make the incorrect mats work. I said no, they dont fit at all, and Im not purchasing WeatherTech mats because I want a one-size-fits-all solution. They said they would reorder. Its been a week and I havent heard anything back. Ive been trying to call but the wait times are more than an hour. At this time, Im going to have to get my car detailed because the past week of rain has lead to the carpets (that should have been covered) getting muddy and filled with debris despite attempts to put down a temporary cover. Extremely disappointed.

This is an excellent place for all of your off road needs! Incredibly knowledgeable employees and an incredible selection! They both sell and install most anything. I took my 4RUNNER there to inquire about a 6” lift kit. There isn’t a lift kit available for my vehicle “anywhere”! They simply don’t make a 6” lift for the 2004 Toyota 4Runner. They have a guy at this location that specializes in Toyota’s by the name of Holden Smith. I spoke with Holden regarding the fact that I had been told that a particular lift kit that was made for another vehicle would actually work on my vehicle. He immediately got on the phone and called the manufacturer. Turns out that what I had been told was correct. However, since the kit isn’t made specifically for my application 4 Wheel Parts isn’t able to install the kit due to liability issues (which is understandable). Even though this store wasn’t going to be able to sell me the parts this individual still took the time to help a guy! He even made a recommendation regarding someone that could do the job. In my opinion this is customer service that is hard to come by. Great bunch of guys at this place!

Free suspension inspection is misleading. Jason informed me the free suspension inspection is ONLY if you have a problem and they will not perform the inspection just because a customer wants it. I advised him the website says free suspension inspection and free wheel alignment inspection and Id like to take advantage of the suspension inspection. He reiterated that advertisement is on the website as a way for 4WP to generate business and the only way the inspection is performed is if theres a problem. I informed him I just purchased the used vehicle and Id like for 4WP to look at the suspension (like their website advertises) so I can correct any problems that may be lurking before it gets out of hand. He again told me 4WP will only do the inspection if theres a problem. I appreciate Jasons candor and I suggest 4WP update their misleading website.

I am reminded why I avoid purchasing and using their services...I ordered a part almost two weeks ago in order to finish installing some airlockers for a wheeling trip the following weekend with some friends...and I call to check if it has arrived for pickup then promptly placed on hold for 20mins. When the rep finally took my call I was informed that there was a glitch in the system and my part had not shipped even though I placed the order on person...I got free shipping to my home as a means to correct my inconvenience which is laughable as most other online retailers will include free shipments on the same order... stick to ordering from North Ridge 4x4 from now on.

I did some major upgrades to my vehicle with Steven and spent dang near 20 k for the parts and services. The shop had my vehicle for 2 1/2 months and promised me they had driven it multiple times for gear change that I did to 5.29. Of course I was out of the state working and needed the truck upon my return. Well after the truck had been in the shop the first time my father and sister both noticed a loud sound coming from the front left driver side also my alerts on the vehicle were flashing. So of course they returned it and 4wp said they couldn’t find anything wrong. They returned again with the same complaints and were dismissed a second d time. Then upon doing the work I have 2 holes cut into my frame that I can understand but not leaving them just open to the elements would be nice but the response was there is nothing we can do not even a notification that this was being left until pickup. So I was charged fab time on this area without fab time being done to this area and no refund on that. Now that I have driven the vehicle there is a loud screech coming from my front left that was not there before but I have to drive the truck and can’t return . I’d buy parts from the store but I won’t let their shop touch again. Anything complex take elsewhere .

Looked around for a while and waited for help looking for a fridge for my Jeep. To no avail there was no help to be had here. They had a decent selection of other products for what thats worth, just dont expect anyone to help you if you need something looked up.

I had purchased front and rear bumpers for my jeep. I had them installed and ended up waiting for 12 hours. They mounted my license plate on my spare tire, therefore not only a look factor, but screwed up my license plate light. Then they were supposed to mail me some extra plugs for the holes that were left in my rear number and I have yet to receive them as well, going on 6 weeks now. I can safely say that I will not purchase anything else from 4 wheel parts!

Outstanding workmanship!!Im super careful who works on my cars so I visited a few shops deciding where to have a suspension and wheels installed on my 4runner and decided on 4 Wheel Parts Performance Center. Best decision ever made. Truck rides perfect. Not a scratch on the new parts. All old parts wrapped up in tire bags and boxes and loaded up in the 4runner for pickup. My installer, David Moore, did an amazing job. Ill gladly pay for service like this, especially after experiencing dealerships and other shops scratch up parts and be careless doing work. Do yourself a favor and go there.

I recently purchased new tires for my Ram. Service was great, however, after looking at them mounted, I realized I just dont like the tire. I called the store manager Gage and explained my dilemma. He helped me pick out another tire, got me in the next day and I couldnt be happier! 4 wheel parts are FABULOUS!!!

I have bought countless parts and had service performed at the S. Loop store several times. Jeff has always seen that I am taken care of when I go into the store. I consider them friends when I need help with any of my four wheel drives. They were instrumental and easy to work with in building up a Jeep Wrangler we were giving to a returning Marine combat veteran.I have dealt with this store many times over the past 16 years. I have been very pleased with the knowledge and the way they help me if I do have issues with any of my vehicles. I do know I have to be put on hold when I call and may have to wait when I come into the store to deal with someone. Once I do have an associate, I get great customer service. I know from my own experience, it takes time to deal with each customer so I do expect to wait sometimes for my turn.

All employees are very nice, and I suspect they are good at simple jobs on Jeeps. If you have a Toyota, I would recommend going to a shop that specializes in Toyota’s. I wanted a simple ARB lift and it turned into a huge nightmare/money pit. After multiple visits, thousands of dollars, extra parts ordered they finally admitted they did not read ARB specs and installed the lift incorrectly. After they took a final swing at fixing their mistakes, I still had shaking, squeaking and a thump from my diff every time vehicle shifted. I had to go to another shop and spent $2,300 getting everything fixed because of damage caused by 4wheel parts incorrect original instal.Again, if you have anything technical, or a Toyota, I recommend going to shop that has experience with Toyota.

They do good work, but check your F250 wheel caps before you leave, one of mine was loose, even after the QC check.

Only been here a few times. They have had what I needed with fair prices. That said, I’ve had issues the few times I’ve been and made purchases because 1 employee there has messed up each time which has cost me time and money.

As a Manager of a large dealership in Houston, I have certain expectations as to how a business should be run. The guys at 4 Wheel Parts on 6-10, Jeff (Manager), Holden, Kitty, Joe, and Kyle, are all amazing at what they do. People have a perception that 4 Wheel may be more expensive. Well, you get what you pay for and they back what they do. And in my experience, they are not more expensive. People make all the difference and these guys are top notch. Thanks guys!

Waste of time. Drove out here to get high lift jack part which I located on the shelf and stood in line for about 15 minutes. While waiting in line, I looked the part up on Amazon and ordered it for half price next day delivery.

They like to make their own prices I went and asked for a same job my buddy had done to hes truck and the guy wanted 200 dollars more.

Horrible! Walked in no one approached asking if I needed help @ 1030 am on Monday 5/1/17. No customers in the store all Associates behind counter. Was ready to spend a good amount of money on my new Jeep. Some things never change I came here a few years back...same atmosphere. They choose who the want as customers. Dropped off my truck earlier. Had a wait but thats to be expected. Price is fair for what I need done. Assuming everything looks great when I pick it up I will be a pleased customer.As far as people complaining about wait times and being on hold: its to be expected. If they have five people in line how can they make Ben wait to answer your question? Im sure they do the best they can. Its not ordering at mcdonalds they are looking up parts and writing thousands of dollars of service.

They put on new brakes didnt tell me ABS light was on and then said they couldnt fix it i had to take to the dealer - after they chrged me for brake pads, low tire pressure light came on on the way home, and it pulls to the left when i brake.

Cant say enough fantastic things about this place. Kyle is one of the best people I met. He has been very patient and knowledgeable about my whole experience there. Also need to mention Jeff, Holden, Joe and Kitty all very experienced and kind people!

Ive been very pleased with the guys at the Houston 2 store. Had a part missing from my ARB tire carrier and they had the part next day aired to make sure my install was delayed. They have been courteous and attentive to my request. I will continue to use them for the rest of my rigs build.

Terrible service. Was quoted a wait time of 30 minutes to install a new battery. Have now waited more then an hour. Sales guys excuse was that hes just the middle man and cant control the back! Yeah.. thats what a sales guy is.. the middle man but should keep your customers informed. Terrible attitude, started raising his voice even though I was patient and calm. Walked in with 3 ppl in front of me, after an hour there were still 3 people in front of me. Ridiculous! Order online for cheaper prices and install somewhere else.

We took our Jeep TJ to them for some suspension work and tires. They took excellent care of us and gave awesome pricing! Very Satisfied.

Had a warranty replacement of my two front shocks great job.I just didnt agree with the shop fee when youre already charging me for labor.All you need is a socket and wrench or an impact to change them out thats it everything comes with the shock and my truck was clean underneath.

After buying a truck that had already been lifted we realized that the gears in the rear end needed to be changed. We called and spoke with a really nice guy named Jeff who was very informative and told us exactly what we need to do to fix the problem. We dropped off the truck that next morning and picked it up that night. We will definitely recommend them to anyone needing 4x4 part and service!;)♡

Buyer Beware: I paid considerable $$$ For a high end Fab-tech 6 Lift Kit (installed by 4Wheel Parts) only to be seriously disappointed, so much so that I am having the system removed and replaced by another vendor. (And not by 4 Wheel Parts, never again).Facts:Turning radius dangerously inhibited (I expected as much)Rear of the truck now squeaks like an old bed spring.Within 2 years front coil-over leaking oil (seriously I dont even off-road)No warranty on part and replacement and install for one part one front coil-over shock $1500+.There is an option to remove and send to vendor to rebuild that would be cheaper (considerably) but 4 Wheel Parts will not accommodate as it would tie up one of their lifts for a week.Poor quality product, poor customer follow through and poor customer loyalty.

Unfortunately i was unable to even attempt business with this location. I called and am still on hold as i write this, 12 minutes into my holding time. Thank god for speaker phone. Would have really liked to ask a few questions and given them some money in exchange for service, but at this point i feel as if they need to pay me for wasting my time only to get no where. Hire a receptionist that knows how to answer phones for starters, then focus on parts and installs. Kinda hurts your business. My buddy used you guys and was pleased, he mentioned you guys and i thought it would be a great option. However, i wont ever know because im still on hold. 15 minutes now. At this point im going to stay on just to see how long it takes for them to either realize i was forgotten or till they hire another employee to take my call. Beware.Update: final hold time was 18:30 minutes. Great job...

Once again 4WHEELPARTS never ceases to amaze me. I’ve been calling around trying to get answers to a tire question, called a tire store and they couldn’t answer simple back space or offset questions in order to custom order new wheels and tires, called 4wheelparts not knowing if anyone even would know and WOW! Spoke with Jeff today asked about back spacing and type of tires he thought would give me a better ride. I was shocked, even though I know I took up a lot of his time on the phone which in this profession I’m sure it happens a lot, very professional. Jeff immediately had multiple answers to each and every one of my questions. I’m definitely going to shop at the 4wheelparts Medical center location in Houston. Thank you Jeff, I’ll be seeing you next week and going to let all my friends and family know to come in any ask for you!

I absolutely love 4wheel parts. I started doing business with them in Ohio and out of love for the store I stayed loyal. Ive been to several 4wheel parts stores in Houston and they where great. However when when I came to this store it was the worst experience EVER while I spent $1250 Of my hard earned money.The Guy Steven who was the sales Representative gives this great franchise a bad reputation.They had my truck for 4 days which is ok to put tires on. When I came back to get my truck it had no gas. Steven gave me a gas can and point down the street to a gas station on a 90° day and told me to walk as if I wasnt his customer with a truck that ran out of gas in there position. He treated me as if i was a low life unworthy black guy that did not deserve quality service. Id advise anyone not to do business with steven
