Visited Napa to purchase a replacement bulb for the back up lamp. At first there were no employees inside. Started looking for a cross reference book to find the right bulb. Finally a lady yelled across the store to see if I needed help. I gave her the info about the car and she proceeded to look it up and provide me the wrong bulb as I have the original in my hand. She noticed that it was the wrong bulb… Very wrong and suggested that I Google it to find the right bulb. When I went to check out, she was holding a couple of products and was standing on my side of the counter. She said “we’re going to have to wait for ‘that guy’ to ring us up because I need to buy these things”. We waited a very uncomfortable length of time… Maybe five minutes and finally she said “well; he’s taking too long I’ll go ahead and ring you up. “. Horrible service to the point of lacking Basic decency

The website claimed they had the part I wanted. I showed the woman at counter the website listing and in stock claim.She asked me if I really needed before she sent someone in the back to look for it. Really? I drove 10 miles after I called to make sure they had it. She told me try a competitor because the sale would have been less then $10.NEVER AM I EVER GOING TO DEAL WITH NAPA AGAIN!Does this woman realize that there are other choices? Does she understand customer service? Courtesy? I wonder if drugs or alcohol were easily available in formative years or now?Seriously i have never written a review like this. Anyone listening at NAPA?

Bad service. Credit debit card machine did not work and the lazy employees did not care to help.I went across the street to autozone with no issues..Napa has horrible customer service.
The employees are quite knowledgeable. They helped me pick out the perfect brake pads. I would definitely recommend coming here if you want quality parts. Seeing as they carry better brands than autozone does especially for brakes.
Horrible Customer ServiceI ordered an item online, picked it up and paid for it in person at the Napa at Antoine Drive. Ted was the person who checked me out. He refused to apply my 5$ Napa rewards to my order, and stated “Your account does not have any rewards”. I then pulled up my Napa rewards account on my phone and showed Ted how I clearly am due a $5 reward, and he still refused to apply the rewards to my balance. Ted did absolutely nothing to resolve to issue, and constantly mumbled where it was near impossible to hear him. I hope Napa Auto Parts is happy with the $5 they stole from me because I will NEVER shop there ever again! Thanks for nothing “TED”!

The best NAPA I’ve been too! Other places, like XL Parts, were highly rude over the phone. However, from the moment I called this location the staff were super friendly and helpful. I got a great deal on parts for my 2019 Dodge Charger, saved over $5,000 and walked out with a friend. Thank you JJ for all your help :)
The last time I called I spoke to a lady and she was so nice I called again I get greeted by a rude male worker who can barely speak proper English. I just had to get off the phone and act like I got the information I needed I will be calling back later to speak to someone else

Horrific customer service. If I could give 0 stars I would.First greeted by James, I explained that my headlight was burnt out and I had purchased the Napa brand headlights with the three-year warranty only 6 months ago and Id like to get a new one. He asked if I had a receipt, I said no but you should be able to pull up the transaction with my phone number or credit card. He then explained he cant do that but his supervisor Sandra could.Sandra was busy helping another customer, so I waited 10-15 minutes before she finally was available. I explained to her the same thing, and she replied We dont have any warranties on our headlights. I said Im pretty sure it had a warranty, and if it wasnt three-years then I might have been mistaken and it was only 1-year, but I was sure I had purchased them because of the warranty. Sandra again said No we dont have any with a warranty, maybe if it had happened within 30 days we can replace the bulb but certainly not past 30 days. I then asked Sandra to show me where the headlights were in the store.She took me to the aisle that had the headlights but stayed at the end and was now joined by James. James proceeded to state 6 months is way past 30 days. I said yes, clearly.At first glance I didnt find the same headlights I had purchased earlier, so I decided to call my local Napa, and they confirmed that yes indeed there are headlights with a 3-year warranty. I went back in the store, found the Napa brand headlights with 3-Year Warranty printed on the front of the package and took it back to the counter to James and showed him.James just looked at me not saying a word, then he looked over to Sandra. So I waited again until Sandra was free and I said here they are and pointed out the 3-year warranty on the front of the packaging. Sandra then repeated normally we dont do anything past 30 days . I said its on the package! Sandra then said well I am going to have to call corporate to see what to do. I said go ahead. Then Sandra said but Im not going to call them today. Come back tomorrow.I walked out at 6:45 pm, without a replacement headlight and had to get on the road to make a long trip that night with 1 headlight and not enough time to drive to the next closest Napa because they all close at 7 pm..Thanks for nothing.

They had the part I needed, but the lady behind the counter was a little rude and short with me when I asked her a question, I didnt ask for the manager, like I would have done in a similar situation, but I was in a hurry, trying to finish the work I was doing on my car.

It was useless, they told me that they had all the parts that you occupy but they were not lies, I went to buy some shock absorbers and they told me to go the next day and I did not have them and they tell me for tomorrow and it took me an hour looking for them and they told me We do not have them for tomorrow and I go on Saturday and they look and nothing else has two and I ask him two are missing and the person who did not know when he arrived is upset I asked him on Monday and he said I did not tell him to give me my money better and still he gets upset with Migo very bad service

The service that they give you here is very professional, the problem is that when you go by a car part they dont have it there you have to order it for the next day, they rarely order it for the same day and possible if you return to pick up the time that they indicate to you that they may not have it yet, that is, sometimes they look bad with the client, giving you an exact time for the delivery of your product if you go to a part of your car and need it emergency because the mechanic is asking for it or She is waiting for her I do not recommend this place because they are rarely that they have the parts there you always have to order.
