I loved my Bentley but I absolutely cringed if I had to take it in for service. I had several bad experiences with the service department. When i asked for information and was ready to buy a new Bentley, the sales manager didnt even contact me about a new one. Just bought 3 new Mercedes and am very happy with the service and personnel at Star Motors Mercedes

BEWARE!!!! The service department is beyond horrible. They are completely disrespectful to their customers, I called in advance to schedule an appointment for my Bentley which only has 17k miles that had an issue with the windshield washer not spraying, the power steering and a few warranty items. I was told that there is a 2 week wait or I can drop it off and one of the service technicians can see when they can get to it. So I deiced to drop my Bentley off the next day, They then called me the very next day and told me it was ready to be pick up and that I had a $2,000.00 bill when I asked what the bill was for the service advisor then stated a service was recommended on my Bentley because it just turned 3 years old. This service was done WITHOUT my permission and this blows my mind that they would think this is ok. I then asked about my power steering issue they said that they did not check it. When I asked to speak to someone to explain this I was juggled around from each service advisor to the front desk receptionist and even the GM. Chuck the main service advisor then tells me whats the problem you dont want to service your vehicle? Where and when I want to service my vehicle is up to me sir not you, the service were also things I have changed myself such as the cabin filter and air filters with my own mechanic using original Bentley Parts. On top of that the windshield washer stopped spraying the very next day which when was repaired and it barely sprayed when I received it back from Bentley, I was charged an additional $200 for this. I took it to my personal mechanic and they repaired it properly for free and it now sprays properly!! What upset me is that my Bentley is fairly new and did not need most of the things listed on the service cause it was already done. I still have my power steering issue which I initially took my vehicle in for. This service department is out to make a quick buck.. Stay as far as possible from these guys!!!

Service and sales are excellent at this dealer. Joshua Bashor in service is “the example” of how excellent customer service should be executed. His guidance and clarity on servicing our cars hasn’t been matched in my experience, and I have a lot of experience!Mark Meyerson has always been helpful with sales, especially after the new staff changes. Mark has been supportive and patient with each of our interactions.My experience with these two, especially Joshua, keep me coming back to do business with Post Oak MC.

Update.10.03.2017 New Management...thank you GM Lonny and team for the great customer service and turning the place around.(Last year, 1 star)I second, the service department needs to have their things together. Second minor problem with my car, and so far Ive visited with them 5 times. It seems they are not communicating with each other well because they had no clue what needed to be done and my car was fixed/fine even when I came in for 2 things that were not even worked on!! So waiting for a week now, and my car still hasnt been serviced...probably another week or 2?

I bought a certified pre owned Bentley from these guys. They were responsive with selling and quick to answer questions however nothing was as described. I was delivered a totally un-detailed Bentley with multiple problems with ahrdware. I was told the care was Impeccable but it wasnt close to that. The guys at the service center by me in NY found engine codes indicating some issues there. I still have not received the inspection, registration of plates and now the car is not driveable because the temporary plate is expired. These guys are terrible I dont recommend them at all. While they are nice and responsive they really suck at what they do. I had a better experience by a landslide buying my BMW & Jeep.
