I’ll never bring my car anywhere else! It’s hard to find a trustworthy auto shop these days. And with owning an m5, a lot of places will try to hike prices solely for that reason. From start to finish every person I spoke with was very honest, and informative. Excellent communication, awesome service report (including pictures), and most importantly quality work! I was thinking it was going to cost me $1000’s to get my baby running smooth again, but it ended up being something very cost friendly! I’d recommend them to any European car owner any day. I am beyond impressed with Todd and his team! I took my daughters car to a shop without the necessary equipment to diagnose an electrical problem. I was told alternator and battery, I replaced both and had the same issue.....car not fixed.I had the car towed to Todd. His team had the issue identified and fixed within a few hours. Todd and his team have access to the best BMW specific software and data. Honestly, without TMJ I would likely be out thousands of dollars and still not have the issue identified. It was a broken wire in a harness creating transmission malfunction messages and everything in the instrument cluster was coming off and on.I cant recommend TMJ enough!

This company did an enormous amount of work for us on our sons BMW coupe. His vehicle was in good shape but needed a lot of maintenance and preventive maintenance done. The customer service and professionalism of everyone we encountered from start to finish; made this place our forever home for our BMW service. They took pictures of the parts that needed replacing and talked us through all services that needed to be done. Once scheduled they completed the vehicle in a timely manner and kept us informed during the process. We felt so comfortable leaving our vehicle and trusting them with the work. The company is very clean and welcoming and the pride they take in their craft really shows. These guys are not just mechanics, they are car enthusiasts. They know what they are doing and they clearly love doing it. After picking the vehicle up we took it on a 16 hour drive from Texas to Indiana and “Storm” as our son calls her, performed as if she were a 2021 but she’s a 2013. I brought my 650i BMW in for a oil leak.They found other things that needed attended to in which they prepared but the oil leak is still their after 4 times leaving my vehicle at their shop I am displeased withthe service and spend over $8,000 thousands dollars and still have a leaking problem this been going on for monthsI never got a chance to really enjoy my vehicle this summer and I still have to get that leak fixed.I chose this business because of the customers reviews now this is a Review for who ever is reading this Nickle and Diming the customers I know its a business but if a customer is spending that kind of money or any money stop trying to break them...

Before finding TMJ Bimmers, three other reputable shops told me my engine failed and offered me close to nothing for my car, all saying they could only sell for parts. When I took it to TMJ Bimmers, Todd discovered my engine problem was on the BMW recall list. He managed all of the back and fourth with BMW down to the free tow to the dealership. Corporate BMW paid for the entire bill. I went from thinking my paid off car was a complete loss, to having a fixed car with a whole lot of life left in it thanks to TMJ Bimmers. I can’t say enough about their business integrity and quality of work. In a sea of misinformation and scammers, these guys are one of the few shops that will treat you fairly and honestly. Hade two lights on and sent in my car thinking quick fix no big deal. Actually found out that I had a big problem that could have cost me lots of money. I had an electrical problem that I didnt know about and he explained everything in detail, which many repair facilities dont. They fixed all the problems the car had and found ones I had no clue about that were inherent from previous owner. The service was great and the prices were even better. He even has a loaner car if you need it. Big dealership service but small business prices. Great combination.

I went in for a check engine diagnostic and rather than jumping into fixing a possible cause they reset the light. When it popped back on a week later they did not charge me for another diagnostic but rather just continued where they left off and the problem was solved. I really like the many options for communication like text and email in addition to always answering their phone. Everyone I spoke with was knowledgeable and professional.

Im very particular on who works on my car. But Todd and his team have worked on my 2001 BMW M5 a few times and Ive always been impressed with the care and attention to detail they have. They do top notch work and are true BMW enthusiasts. I highly recommend them.

This is MY SHOP OF CHOICE FOR AS LONG AS I OWN MY BMW!!!This is the best auto shop I have ever been to! Todd is honest and very clear and upfront on all work that will be done or needs to be done. He has an amazing portal that he uses to get all work approved via text or email. Along with a detailed description of the findings are pictures showing exactly what was found and how it will be repaired. . This is extremely helpful in understanding what work will need to be done. It is also great because you do not have to travel back and forth to the shop just to look at the findings.The diagnostic testing is very reasonably priced. LES THAN $100.00 and they do a complete inspection of the entire car and let you know what it needs now and what it may need in the future.Prior to going to TMJ Bimmers I went to another shop and they charged me over $250.00 to MISDIAGNOSE the issue. The other shop offered only a 6 month warranty/ TMJ offers a 2 year warranty! This is very uncommon in the auto industry!I cannot say enough about the professionalism and expertise of Todd, the technicians and TMJ Bimmers! Took my Mini Cooper for a fog light repair and I can honestly say that all the staff that works here are highly professional and nice working mechanics. Very professional and trustworthy place. Todd and Josh will always explain the process, will try to save you some $$ by avoiding unnecessary (not extremely urgent for example) repairs and sometimes even suggest a workaround. Its an hour drive for me, but I prefer to come here for major/important repairs and upgrades, and use the nearby shops for minor services...

I had a wonderful experience here. As a woman (posting under my husbands profile), I was scared of being taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge of cars. Todd and Josh put me right at ease. They used a wonderful texting app that let me know exactly what was wrong with my 750i including pictures. I had to accept or decline the work and the bid through the app all done while eating out in the loaner car. They even walked me out to my car in the shop and patiently showed and explained everything in terms that I could understand. I also appreciated that while sitting in the lobby, there were customers there that had been traveling from far distances for years because of the quality of work and trustworthiness of the owners. I brought my daughters car in the next day for a bumper-to-bumper safety inspection. I live on the west side of town towards Katy. It was worth the drive!

I have been here twice for repairs on my BMW 535i. The staff are knowledgeable and experienced BMW experts. They are also true BMW enthusiasts. The most recent repair was a brake sensor that had not been reset after the brake pads were changed at a different shop. TMJ checked it out, and did the repair for no fee. I was in and out in 15 minutes. This is the place to go in Houston for BMW owners.

My F30 needed some suspension work. I randomly went to the shop to check it out and got to talk to owner and a few of the guys there to get a feel for the place. It was great. Everyone from the owner Todd, Eloy and the rest of the shop guys were super friendly and really know their stuff. I upgrade to coilovers and monoballs and got exactly what I wanted. My 2008 BMW 750 LI wouldnt crank or start. I was worried because I have had very bad experiences with finding a decent, honest mechanic and that can be very stressful. Fortunately I was blessed to get a referral from Advance Auto store, TMJ Bimmers Euro Auto Repair on Kleinbrook Dr. I looked them up and they specialize in high quality, and BMW imports. They have a reputation for outstanding quality, honesty, and integrity. In meeting Todd, the shop manager, he was very thorough and straight forward with his service. He notified me of his findings and always keep me in the loop of what was going on with my vehicle. I am very pleased with the service provided and will be bringing my vehicle back in the future. Forgot to post a review from service performed in late July, 2018. Replacement of ignition coils, brake work, and something addressing a small oil leak ... 7 months and about 12,000 miles later, my BMW is still running great. Reasonably priced compared to the dealer, but the greatest part was having my vehicle back the next day.

Todd and his crew (Jimmy, Josh, David and Eloy) all did an excellent job installing a new tune on my BMW M2C. All are enthusiasts of the BMW marque and will treat your car as their own.

Went to TMJ for a second opinion on my Mercedes that needed engine work. Todd the owner was fantastic and friendly. He took a different approach to diagnosing what was wrong with my car. Found things totally different than a well known high end repair shop. Was in constant contact with me and explained everything in detail. Wound up saving about $2,000 from the other place. Horrible Save your Money & TimeTook my 540 right out of Detail Shop to have some work done on the Suspension. The Technicians DID NOT put back the Rear Strut Bump Stops Resulting in Full Damage and Leaking of 2 Brand New Rear Konis Shocks in less then 200 miles. It cost me Extra $800 To Redo the whole work with another Shop.TMJ Respond: Did you ask us to put it back for you?They also did Valve Cover Gasket on the same car and The technician did not check the clearance at the back of the engine and left Part of the Coil Pack Wire in between and this resulted in huge leak from the Valve Cover again. Furthermore we have discovered a Huge chunk of the Metal wire missing which most likely found its way inside my engine, Now Im Driving a Ticking BOMB and at any point this might blow my engine.TMJ Respond: Dont worry you will be fine!!!!My car was driven more then 150 Miles when I Picked up and was Return back to me with No Fuel at all and Extra Super Dirty. The extremely hard to find Euro Trunk mat was also missing from the trunkTodd Respond: Had a meeting in Houston and decided to test drive it. It Drives really nice!!Pretty sure no one touched the trunk,Yeah Right!!!!!They have 2 Baby Technicians in the back doing all the work without any Quality Control or Supervision.Todd Himself is to busy running the Business and his new job of managing Commercial Real Estate and appears to take no accountability for the work performed at his shop once the money is collected.MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN UTTERLY MISERABLE, DAMAGING TO MY VEHICLES AND EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE.

Nothing hidden here, you get an honest, very knowledgeable and trustworthy team of guys working on your cars.I needed to find a good shop that was closer to me since moving to the area a few years ago and was waiting for the right time. Normally Id work on my cars but lately I dont have the time. First, I took my SAV in for a routine oil change, they were able to get me in/out last minute one evening. TMJ even offered to wash it but I needed run that night!Then I took it to them for a complete top end reseal, basically all the gaskets needed to seal up my V8 up top. Valve covers, timing covers, spark plug tubes etc etc. They found some other minor issues, recommended fixes and kept me informed of the progress, costs and made sure my car was completely road worthy. They know I tow w/my vehicle quite a bit and I needed it to be reliable.Guess what? When I picked it up, it was super clean inside & out from getting a nice hand wash and vacuuming. I go months at times w/o a wash because I commute daily long distances & after I spend 2-3 hours washing my car, it’s dirty in a few days. Honestly, I’d rather leave it dirty before running it through a wash which damages your paint finish over time so it sure was a nice surprise to get it back cleaned.I will be coming back to TMJ Bimmers for sure the next time I need something done, the kind of service you get from Todd & TMJ is hard to come by these days. Take your car there, you wont regret it!

First off I’ll say this, best decision by far coming to Todd and the TMJ crew. Car was in need of some much needed maintenance. These guys got on it the moment the car arrived. Very helpful, willing to go that extra mile to get you back on the road. No BS’ing from these guys. They were very straight forward and upfront and that I like.
