Veki was so nice just a breathe of fresh air to speak with she assisted me with my service needed and she was patient and courteous. Went in for a oil change and asked them to check my brakes. Service said that the vehicle was ready. Get there and they didnt rotate my tires that came with the oil change? They told me that the rotation was free, but they charged me for it on the receipt? How can you check the brakes if you dont remove the tires? Very disappointed!

I highly recommend Kyle Finlayson at Classic Chevrolet. He is so easy to talk to and made the process of buying a car as nice and smooth as possible. He truly wanted us to be happy with our new car, listened to us and helped us. He is laid back and very knowledgeable. Just bought a new (very hard to come by!) 2021Chevy Tahoe from Classic Houston and Kyle F. on their sales team was amazing to work with. Very accommodating! Convenient location given that the rental car agencies are located on site at this repair facility. They were very accommodating; My claims agent didn’t make the proper reservation for my vehicle but Classic Chevrolet was still very generous to allow me to drop off my vehicle anyway with no appointment and every employee I encountered was friendly and eager to ensure I had been helped . Highly recommend these guys!

Kyle greeted us immediately after arriving and asked us what we were looking for. He took us to a section which was fool of the vehicle we wanted and started from the lowest priced and went up. Then he pulled out the specials on the ones that I liked. After purchasing the vehicle Kyle stayed after hours to explain all the features and to link my mobile to it. Overall Kyle was truly helpfull and I appreciate all he did.

Went in for oil change and tire rotation, they were pretty quick. They have a small waiting area in the parts department and another right outside of the service department which is not ideal in Texas heat. I also didn’t like that they aren’t a participating GM Dealer, I wasn’t able to use my discount. They didn’t remove the sticker on my windshield from my previous oil change which was odd. I’ll probably choose a different dealership in the future.

Was looking to replace my wife’s Car. I was under no rush at all. It was the Same old dealership shtick, played the whole let me check with my manager play and all.Added the car shield which pushed the price higher. Probably could have canceled that if I financed with them. But financing with dealers is a rookie’s mistake ( credit union all the way )Glad I got a Tesla and I would be checking out online vendors for my wife’s replacement car.Parking lot looked empty( chip shortage perhaps).They get two stars because Larry didn’t push it at all. Mans did his job and didn’t come off too pushy ( nonchalance game on a 100 lol) I love that.

I purchased my 2019 Chevy Silverado Z71 from Joel Reed Classic Chevrolet of Houston in August 2019 with 4 miles on it. Since the day that I purchased the truck the it has only been serviced by Joel Reed Classic Chevrolet as I purchased the maintenance plan. When I took my truck to the dealership this time I had the worse experience ever. I was told that the tires had been rotated but, they were not. I was able to prove that were not because of some curb rash that I have on the rims. The technician admitted to not rotating the tires because he was afraid of breaking the screw thingy, as he called it, inside of the rim. I found out the hard way what the technician was referring to and it turned out to be the wheel stud. My lug nuts had been over torqued and cross threaded by a technician at Joel Reed Classic Chevrolet on the last oil change and tire rotation. I kept the broken stud as evidence as I am furious that I now have to absorb the cost for parts and labor. I have purchased my last 3 vehicles from Joel Reed Classic Chevrolet and have never has anything like this happen to me. I am very disappointed in the level of service that I received or the lack there of. I had plans on purchasing my next vehicle from Joel Reed but, after all of this it is highly unlikely that I will. If this can happen to my lifted and customized Silverado Z71 that I spent top dollar for, Id hate to know the heartburn Id be experiencing with a new Corvette!

As always my Chevrolet team took amazing care of me. Made an appointment and went in for standard maintenance issues. Justin the services advisor was extremely friendly and was ready to get my car taken care of immediately. I was at Chevrolet less than hour and the wonderful customer service experience is why I have been loyal customer of Chevrolet for the last 5 years. This is not my normal location but will definitely use this one again if needed. Very pleased!!

I made a 2pm appointment with Justin. I got there at 1:54pm. He asked me was I leaving the car or staying. I asked were they running behind. He said no it will be an hour. I said then I will wait. I sat outside in the heat for an hour and forty five minutes. When I went in for an update Justin told me the car is ready and they were calling me next. Everyone was sitting around talking and laughing loudly to the point where the lady had to tell them to settle down because a customer is standing here. She said Justin should have told me an hour to an hour and a half. I said well he didnt. Horribly customer service

Worst customer service of any dealership I have ever visited. Avoid at all costs. The service department just has a line that says Nobody is available to take your call at the moment with no way to leave a message. The primary dealership phone number is not answered. Online chat is not helpful, as they can only provide you with a phone number that is not answered. Good luck trying to reach a human being here. Our purchasing experience in August 2020 was also painfully horrible like this service experience on Sept. 4th 2021

When we called to talk to the manager he told us they do this with all Tahoe’s. This was NOT disclosed to us at the time of purchase.

I waited over an hour for an oil change. I told them that the front left side made a sound when I turn. It still does. I was waiting outside with my one year old and it was hot! No waiting room inside or anything. If there is, we were not informed of one. The wait was ridiculous!

I purposely held the phone to see if he would return with his reputable knowledge classic Chevrolet in my opinion failed my name is Marcus I own a 2006 corvette organization need to learn business sometimes come by word of mouth oh by the way the service I was inquiring about is a replacement of the front suspension spring or leaf spring that’s about a $1000 or more job good job classic Chevrolet I’m hanging up now after holding for 42 minutes I’ll make sure to use platforms like Facebook and Twitter maybe Instagram to post my displeasure with classic Chevrolet

I’ve been disappointed lately with the service of this location. My last 3 visits resulted in me having to call to see if my vehicle was ready almost near closing time which left me rushing to pick up. Once is understandable, but 3 times in a row is unacceptable. There is one lady is very nice that sets up service and sits toward the middle. Please give her kudos because the last few times I’ve gone in, no one greeted me but rather sat at their computer and straight ignored me like I wasn’t there until the lady finally helped me. I get not all persons sitting at the desks take service but acknowledgement goes a long way. Also, I when I take my Ford into the dealer, they usually make recommendations on what they feel my car may need but not here at your location. I just got an oil change and inspection the other day and forgot to mention that my wife’s vehicle is displaying a tire management system error on the dash but the techs neglected to catch it or call to ask if it was something they would want them to look at. Nothing. I have utilized your services for more than oil changes and have spent good money when I could have gone elsewhere. I think this was the last time I will be servicing my vehicle at your location. I do not like to leave bad reviews and try to incorporate some positive feedback if I must but please let this be an opportunity to correct these items.

Had a flat tire and figured I would take it to the dealer I purchased my car at. Spent 2 hrs and had to keep asking status. They finally went back to ask the technician and said it could be repaired but they don’t do that so wanted me to buy a new tire. Took it somewhere else. Will never go back there for any service or car purchase.

1st of all, Kyle Finlayson should have employee of the month! I have not ran across too many car salesman who didnt act like salesman. Kyle was just a down to earth person who took the time to communicate with me prior to me visiting the dealership and was really transparent and honest with me and that was totally appreciated. It took a few hours to find the right lender for me but he made me feel comfortable and gave me all the free tacos I could eat! lol! But the most important part is a walked away with the car I actually wanted!

Salesperson was awful, finance manager was a con man. Tried to over charge me over 6k and when I asked him about it, he was mad. Made us purchase their 3k “classic shield” insurance then the finance guy tried to convince us to purchase it a second time. When I declined that also made him mad. The entire staff was great. I was super uncomfortable purchasing a car new off the lot. But everyone worked with us and made us feel comfortable with the purchase. I felt like everyone respected our financial boundaries. I never felt like someone was pushing me into something I couldnt afford. Everyone was sincere in helping us. Kyle Finlayson was an incredible help. I dont think we would have purchased right then if we hadnt had him as our sales person. We had to stay after closing and he was so gracious. So was Angel, the finance guy, and the guys who washed the car for me before we left. (I didnt catch the main guy who did this but he was awesome and friendly as well even though they had to stay for us ) Additionally, I didnt want a Chevy. Went to Bill Heard many years ago and that was the last Chevy I bought because it was a terrible experience. I wanted a Toyota this time. So ... Theres that. Thanks again!

Make sure you shop at multiple dealerships. Went in to look at trucks. The salesperson was very polite but I asked them to tell me their best deal on a truck. He low balled me on my jeep trade in. Then when he brings out the paper with the offer its full of fees. They want $3000 for their care package. I told him thanks for the offer and Ill let him know. He kept asking me how much I wanted to pay. I wouldnt tell him. I dont negotiate. I told him that he needed to tell me the best price he could give me. He got his manager involved and they took off all the random fees and tried to show me numbers how he was going to lose money on the sale. I probably would have got the truck but I shopped around and found a better deal at Knapp Chevrolet. These guys here tried all their sales tactics and lost out on a $62000 sale. Bought my 2020 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 trail boss 6.2L at Knapp.

Buying a car usually turns into a family event; from convincing your significant other to taking the kids to the dealership. We called around several Chevy dealerships for the 2021 Tahoe but NO ONE had any in their lot. FINALLY, Classic Chevy of Houston has one! Now, I had already convinced my husband but I knew I did not want to make this a family fun day event.Alvaro went above and beyond to make sure this was truly the vehicle I wanted. Middle of a Saturday afternoon, he drove to our home to let myself and my husband test drive the car. If you know a thing or two about Tahoe, its a NEED! Once I gave it a green light, Alvaro went back to the dealership to work on getting the deal going. Let me remind, this was not going to be a family event.Joel, the owner of the dealership, worked along side with Alvaro on this deal on the phone even while being away for the weekend. THANK YOU!!!Jorge - sales manager and Angel - finance -- I wouldnt be feeling badass in my Tahoe without your help!Once the Is were dotted and Ts were crossed, Alvaro drove to our home once again to have me sign the paperwork and deliver the car!!!Its gestures like these that make a business stand out in customer service. I took my Chevy S10 to have the clutch replaced and my transmission serviced. I dropped it off on a Wednesday and was told that it would be ready the following day on Thursday.The next day in the morning, I was told about another issue with the vehicle, agreed to have it fixed, and was given a new completion date of Friday.Friday came and went with no updates or communication from the service advisor. The same thing happened on Saturday, Sunday, the following Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; I did not get my vehicle back until the following Friday.There was an absolute level of disrespect for me and my time from Classic Chevrolet of Houston. I never received an apology from the advisor and when given the opportunity to make it right, they refused. The opportunity came when Costco reached out to me to ask how my service experience was (I was referred to Classic by Costco’s Auto Program) and the Costco representative asked Classic if they would offer an apology and they said “no”. I also thought it was weird and disrespectful that their service agent was chewing tobacco as he helped me throughout my visits.It seemed to me that this issue of not meeting their time estimates is a pattern as there were two other service customers complaining about their vehicles not being ready when promised the day I picked up my vehicle.I’m not sure what “difference” Classic thinks they have but I would not recommend this place to any of my friends or family.

This dealership agreed to payoff my vehicles in 40 days and it took 52 days to get them paid off. This nearly put me in a bind financially because I had to pay the notes on the new vehicle plus the two I traded for it. As for the staff they were very kind and helpful so no doubt they have good people working here that are easy to work with it just took way too long to get payoff.

Purchased a lease. Turned in and the salesman came back and told me I owe nothing. I therefore, purchased a new Tahoe because I thought I was good, owed nothing on my lease. Received a bill from GM Lease because the tires I put on (worth way more than factory) were not factory and was charged for them. I requested my tires back but no response. Wrote a bad review and received a call from owner (was happy), he put me in touch with Zach, service manager who explained, They do a lot of business with GM and would get taken care of. Learned today, I have a collection from GM. Promises made, not kept. New Tahoe has bad headrest in back, and numerous recalls. We took into Sugarland service department and said it was a factory defect (gee..... salesman never mentioned). Dont buy from these guys! @carpro @michaelberry Crooks and not deleting this one.

I seen a posting about a challenger online I called the phone number and immediately Charles helped me with the car he pulled the keys for me until I arrived. I test drove the car did the paperwork and the keys were mine! I love my car! I was pleased with my service they’re all so helpful, respectful and willing to help you no matter how much money your putting on the table 10/10 service highly recommend!

After deciding on a model on their website, I walked into the dealership to grab one of the 3 colors that they have. The rep said this particular one is used as service rental car till 3000 miles and will be available for sale & that is why they are lower-priced by referring to their NEW inventory on the website. I asked for the other two colors for the same exact model. One was on the test drive by another customer! (what a coincidence) and the other was also used as rental service vehicle.I asked why the vehicles are listed as new if they are sold at 3000 miles, I could not get an answer. I was then shown another vehicle which has totally different features and pricing (all classic sales technique?). It had 4 wheel and 4 doors though (LoL).I wasted an hour or so by trusting their website information because I would not pay brand new price for a used vehicle.

I had a warranty on a battery with this speaific chevy dealership and i still get charged almost $100 in labor claiming its a instillation fee. I waited almost 4 hours for them to change my battery. When i initially went to get a battery i was only charged about $30 labor instillation fee and i picked it up the next day so i paid for the battery about $200 with labor included. They are obviously just trying to make something since the battery was no charge to replace. Next time i will just change it myself since they want to do stuff like that!!!

I was a referral from a customer of yours, and I will definitely recommend y’all. Charles, had to leave on business trip and had Edgar help me out, and was outstanding with details, car knowledge, and was very efficient working with us, and his manager. Our deal could have fallen apart 3 to 4 times, each time was resolved. Angel, and Larry, Emmit, and manager were very professional.
