I went into Goodyear and as always I had a positive experience. Mario does a Fantastic job of running this store. I went in for a oil change along with a tire that had a nail on it. Mario was fast with his service and got me out quickly. Mario is the reason that I continue to take both my vehicle and my wifes. Which I will be taking my wifes vehicle on Friday back to Mario. GREAT job Mario.
I went to Goodyear this morning w/ an “ 8am appointment” for 4 new tires & a full synthetic oil change. Upon arrival, the overweight, receding hairline, white male was helping another male. I would state his name but he wasn’t wearing a name badge. As I approached the counter, I said “ Good morning”. No reply. Again I said, “ Good morning”. No reply. I asked the man who else was there that I could speak with besides him and he replied “ I’m the only one here”. I told him that I want to cancel my appointment. He said that he didn’t see my appointment in the computer and I told him, “Perfect”. And I left. I refuse to give my money to companies w/ rude employees. Fat boy should have eaten his breakfast that I saw his significant other bring to the door @ 0752. Will not be returning. I went to Discount Tire and they were perfect. Had me in @ 0820, walked out @ 0915.
The experience at this particular Good Year has always been positive. The manager Mario has always been cordial and gets work done on my vehicle as soon as possible. I like coming here because there aren’t long wait times.
Needed an alignment on my car and found out that I had other issues going on from the last visit but Mario helped me out and had suggested what was more of a priority. Really love their service and this is really the only Goodyear I go to.
I have to say that Mario & his crew are just awesome!! I stopped by to have the air pressure checked as the low pressure light had come on. Mario quickly dispatched one of the guys to check it out. As the tires were being checked and filled with air one of the tires was found with a screw. Mario told me that it would be taken care of as soon as he could get to it. Understandably on a Saturday I didnt expect to get it done quickly but they pulled through. Much appreciated gentlemen!! I highly recomend taking your vehicle to this location for any and all your car care needs.
Called this store tuesday with questions regarding my brakes and tires, spoke with Mario was very helpful and polite. i will continue to have my car services done at his location.
I went in for a wheel bearing and asked if I needed an alignment due to a curb hit I wasnt sure if alignment was off maybe a little bit And of course they said yes. My truck did not need an alignment they did a so called alignment and messed up the alignment to my truck. I was told that I needed an alignment and rotor repair and if I didnt get the rotor repair for 2 front tires that my truck was going to shake after I would press the breaks. I said no it should be fine I know this because my truck wasnt shaking from the stirring wheel at all I had just had new breaks and rotors done . So I believe because I refused to get rotors done they mess with my alignment my truck shakes side to side. My only problem was a wheel bearing after hitting a curve so I knew exactly what was wrong with my truck. Any other maintenance was up to date . My tires are new and balanced, break pads where just done and rotors too. Why is my truck alignment off track now and stirring wheel shakes when it wasnt doing that before getting it service here? Not just that most bad reviews are due to long waits, that is so true took hours to get service done just to leave and realized I just spent almost 600 to get my alignment off track because I refused to do rotors which I knew wasnt a problem.
My wheels were out of balance and had been for a while. A lot of pleases said that it was because I had mud tires and they weren’t able to balance them easily. Goodyear knocked it out of the park. No more vibration in the steering wheel at any speed. Everything was done quickly and thoroughly. I highly recommend this place for all your needs! Mario is a great manager and always takes care of his people!
I have been coming to this Goodyear for years and everyime I come Mario always treat me with the utmost respect great customer service I would recommend many of my friends to come to this Goodyear because I like the service I received everything I come I may come in a oil change they may find something else that needs to be done thats what I like about this Goodyear
Today 2/6/2021 I have a terrible service at Goodyear 10141 N Eldridge pkwy Houston TX 77065 not only the service but also the way they treat to a longtime customer here.I have an oil change and tire rotation for my honda crv. When I pick up my car I check the machine and found that steering fluid tank havent been recapped. I come inside to talk with a guy who tell me that he is a manager of this store but doesnt tell me his name. I tell him something wrongs with my car and let him know this is my second time getting problem after his services. He look angry at me and tell me wait after other customers.I try to let him know that about three months ago I got a similar problem after having oil change for my Corolla at this location when my car machine had not been recapped after his services and made oil spilled out of the machine and full of smoke when I drove. It was very dangerous but he did not say sorry just recapped it (which I could do it by myself) and show it like a normal thing. I trust on Goodyear for safety. But, this guy made me change my mind because he didnt care about customer safety.Go back to today service, after finish other customers, he comes to see my car issue and just recaps the steering fluid tank and does not say sorry to me. I tell him this is the second time of his service a fluid tank was not recapped after service. He is mad at me and tell me that I dont respect other customers and yell him infont of customers. He speak a loud DO NOT COME BACK AGAIN multiple times in the customer parking. I tell him that I will complain and let his boss know. He says GO AHEAD. He appears uncontrolled and very madIt is really rude and impolite manager at this Goodyear location. He doesnt care about customer safety. I was here for 7 years. Never having any problem with the old manager. But today with this guy I have to move to the other placeFOR SAFETY, PLEASE DO NOT COME THIS LOCATION
Mario Sereni, the manager, was very helpful when it came to servicing my vehicle. My coworker brought his company van in to get an oil change and a tire rotation. Mario and his team were able to get his vehicle into the shop in and out in a timely manner. I was able to turn around and get my company car over with no problem. I was able to get to my next appointment at work with no problem. I will always use that location for my vehicle service.
After returning to Cypress from a business trip my vehicles tire pressure gage was on. I stopped in to this location where I was greeted by a gentleman at the counter who introduced himself as Mario, very professional and personable with his customers. A recommendation for two new tires and air in all for tires was completed. While not great news he assured me I could find tires at his store that I’d be happy with. Explaining that my safety was important, especially driving all the time for work. You don’t often find service individuals who honestly “care” about what they do. I will not only go back for my tires but continue my service with GoodYear. Mario is a great asset to your company. Thank you for your kindness Mario
Goodyear Auto service. yes you can bring your vehicle here but these mechanics make mistakes. After having my vehicle serviced I come to find out that they left THREE spark plug wires UNPLUGGED which made my vehicle quit running and was unreliable to get me to work. Dissatisfied with the service.

I am especially appreciative of the manager, Mr. Mario Serenity. When you go in, he always greets you with a smile and asks what what problem you are having with the car, whether it be tires, engine trouble, oil change, etc.i am so grateful to deal with a person of such great integrity and treats his customers like he would want to be treated. Talked to the manager about some new tires i needed for my work truck. Mario was able to get the tires to his store that afternoon. I showed up the next morning bright and early tires were installed awesome job by the crew at Good Year.

If you need a place to bring your vehicle for service where you wont be nickled and dimed to death, I recommend going and visiting Marios store. I have known Mario since he was in the Pearland location and because of his willingness to actually win his customers business, I still bring my vehicle to him even though he is an hours drive away. He has always given me the best offer he could right off the bat, and has always done his best to get my car in and out of the shop. Mario, Newman and David are a rockstar team at this location. After years of being a single mom and feeling taken advantage of at SO many auto shops, these super-knowledgeable, incredibly friendly and unbelievably efficient group of gentlemen made me feel comfortable, secure and safe, while also offering me discounts and ensuring me they would be there if anything went awry...and they have been. David has twice patched my tires and those of my friends for FREE, even when they didn’t buy tires there. He regularly refills my tires in the winter when the pressure changes... with a smile. Newman’s breadth of knowledge extended to 3 new customers being brought to the location and Mario’s efficient coordination of the team, combined with his experience in the industry was the icing on the cake. I highly recommend this shop and its incredible team. Well done Goodyear.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. They placed my mother’s cabin filter incorrectly causing a blockage to the air vent, no air would come out. Took her car to the dealership she bought it at to get it serviced bc it’s still under warranty and they found that the cabin filter was put in wrong. She had the dealership call this location to explain and let them know they should be responsible to pay for the service fee due to their mistake, instead, the manager gave her an earful about how she should never go to the dealership to get the vehicle service.**ITS UNDER WARRANTY SHE DIDNT KNOW ABOUT THE FILTER WAS YHE CAUSE, WHERE ELSE WOULD SHE TAKE IT ?**Awful customer service, offered a $75 discount the next visit...no thanks.Steer clear from this place, not only are they incompetent to the services they offer they also will not accept responsibility for any damages or mistakes they make to your vehicle.

However, when we came back to try out the services again before making the decision whether we should go with another store, Mario provided excellent services not only for us but also for other customers when my husband was at the store. Mario helped my husband file a complaint to Goodyear for the prior tires we purchased. We ended up with better tires and paid a fair difference the day after we filed the complaint. The tire I had were the Eagle Sport. They are good tires but I am looking for a comfort and quiet drive and these tires caused the road noise in my car getting worse compared with the Continental I had originally. Mario recommended us the Assurance Comfortdrive which has an excellent rating on quietness. These are even better than the Continental. Not sure how these can compared to Michelin but my car drives comfortably and quietly and I probably will purchase these again in the future due to great performance and price. We are really pleased with the tires and also with Marios positive change. After hearing that, Mario said that You are not gonna win. Well we did not come to argue or point figures. We just need a solution and hope it may work for us. Honestly, after thinking about it, we decided to not go through the headache with Goodyear, just use the tires for now and maybe change them later. We will never buy Goodyear tires again thanks to Mario.We would wish to never use Marios services, and buy anything recommended by him. We also make sure our family and friends would not have the same experience that we did with him. We still come back to this store but mainly for Newman Techur, the service manager of this location since we have many good experiences with him.

My friend, who is a great person, called them to ask an important question before coming in for appointment they had set last week. They just kept hanging up on her. Shes soooo going to do a no show. They dont deserve any respect. Hanging up on customers instead of answering the phone is just very, muy, bad customer service. I also called and they hung up on me, too. Shame on them.

Went in for oil change. Scheduled appointment arrived on time . Took over an hour and antifreeze wasnt topped off like representative informed me it would be . Drove out of town and car over heated almost blew my engine. I will never go back to this location. Called manager hes awful got defensive and asked me to take the vehicle to another good year to inspect. Why would I do that took it to a different mechanic. Afterward called corporate very nice over the phone told me e they would call back never did.

Good Service! I stopped in for a vehicle inspection, oil change, and wiper blades. The counter sales rep was very friendly and greeted me immediately when I entered the retail part of the center. He kept me abreast of everything going on with my car from start to finish. He even alerted me early in the process that I may, or may not, pass the inspection because of a couple of headlight bulbs that had burned out. The good news is -- I passed inspection because they had in stock the replacement bulbs I needed - YEAH! With regards to my car needing a new pair of windshield wipers, I guess the inspection didnt reveal that because needing to buy new ones never came up in conversation again! Overall, I have no real complaints to report with the work that was done.
Norman was great! The entire team was great. I had a roadside warranty from a different Goodyear store in a different state. They were able to work with me and call the other state location to aquire the invoice so I wouldnt be charged for the entire tire, and only charged the $20 for the warranty as my price to replace my tire

I took my car to this place few times and for most part it was ok so when i had to fix something today obviously i took it here for diagnostics and oil change, I was extremely surprised when they called me to let me know that i had a busted axle and wheel bearing had to be replaced ( they did it about year ago ) and some other small issues . So while i am talking to a friend about this he asked me how did i damaged axle or how could i drive the car without noting ( car go just fine i took her in for one of the speed censors ) long story short he made me take the car to his mechanic ..guess what ..the axle is fine but the wheel bearing douse need to be replaced and the speed censor that they wanted almost 500$ works perfectly fine no need to relapse it
Slow as hell. Over an hour to patch a tire with only ONE other customer? They do it for free so I cant really complain, just know that you cant be in a hurry. Other than that everyone is helpful.
Get my oil changed here every time. I even drive from Austin back to Houston to get it done. Great service for a great price. Just watch out for them trying to get more money out of you for additional services. Not to say your car doesnt need them, its just the nature of a shop. People are in business to make money, so shouldnt be a surprise. As per Justins review. There are other people getting their vehicles fixed, not just you. When getting work done you should always have a ride ready. Think ahead next time.

Showed up at 7 A.M to get one tire change on my work truck. An hour goes by and then the guy proceeds to tell me the mechanic said my oil looks like it hasnt been changed in a long time when I just had a changed it a month ago. Sounds like a scam to me. It was 10 o clock and I asked them how much longer and they said another half hour. The people who were already there when I arrived at 7 AM were already taken care of. Took 3 and 1/2 hours to replace one tire. My job called me getting on to me about why it was taking so long to get one tire changed. I Wont be returning to this location. Did more bad then good. Should change this location to badyear tires.
I 100% disagree with Goodyears habit of offering camber bolts to correct non-adjustable alignment. Tyrone Robinson was assisting me. And even though I was getting aggressive in my argument, he kept his cool, kept his manners and we moved on. He is why Ill be back.
Horrible service . Walked in one guy on the phone another just standing there. The one who wasnt on the phone couldn’t even say “we’ll be right with you” or nothing . So I just stood there . The one on the phone finally asked what I needed and I told him just an inspection and he said “well he’s going on break so it’s gonna be an hour wait” . Why should I have to wait an hour for a 10 minute service when there was 2 other workers just STANDING in the garage . I see why their ratings are garbage. Currently at the conco car wash and gas station directly in front of it as I type this getting the same service done with MUCH better service . The front desk worker at good tear must need to be laid. Jerk.
Visited Saturday Jan 18th.I had a flat a few days back which I switched with spare. Took my car to Goodyear for 2 reasons: fix/replace the flat tire and get to the bottom of rattling noise that stated some time after flat replacement. I was told that the noise was caused by bad suspension (struts, bushings, control arm, etc...) and was given a quote for more than $2k!I did not believe them and took my car to Discount Tires a few blocks away. Turned out the noise was caused by missing/loose lug nuts. Apparently I had forgotten to properly tighten the lug nuts after I put on the spare. thank you Discount Tire for catching it.I am not sure how Goodyear missed the missing lug nuts. They are either incompetent or liars. I am going to give them the benefit of doubt and assume they just missed missing lug nuts. You make your own judgment.

I am totally disgusted with this dealership. Service writer telling me that my Goodyear service performed in another state could not be honored at this dealership. When in doubt, why not call your manager to verify, right?How dumb of me to believe them. I should have called corporate immediately. The head man of this facility should have called me to apologize himself. They cost me big money! Goodyears good name is tarnished.

Ive been going to this location for over 10 years. The men are very polite and respectful. The waiting area is clean and usually not too crowded on a weekday.
They did not have my size tire in stock so they got them from another store. I was called the next day and given an appointment for the same day. They gave an estimate of 1 hour to install 2 tires. My job was finished in 45 minutes. Thank you Tyrone and the whole crew at Goodyear.

I would like to take a moment to express my satisfaction with the new team at the 10141 N. Eldridge location.In the past I had been a customer of this location and recommended it to others, but after having some unfortunate altercations with the old GM Eddie I quit patronizing and recommending this store.I was always impressed with Vincent, Anthony, and David and their desire to complete the job in a satisfactory manner.Yesterday I was visiting the store on Barker Cypress to get a camber/caster restoration after some lack luster adjustments had been performed on my Mothers truck, and they did not have a Tech on hand to perform the work.I was reluctant to visit the Eldridge crossing store but once I discovered there was a new GM I headed that way. They were able to get the truck back into spec, albeit it took quite a while, and back on the road to Nebraska. (Pilot vehicle for Trucking company)Today I went by on my lunch break and had them swap out some wheels for me and had a better chance to speak with the crew a little. They seem to be getting along great and are satisfied with Tyrone’s Managerial practices.I guess what I am getting at here, is that so far they have re-earned my business, and I will start visiting this location again.

Havent been there before just for a oil change but not that far from where to travel to
I have been gone back several times for balancing tires after buying into a contract for unlimited balancing, but the balancing never gets right, always a little vibration left.Also went in for an alignment and after 2 months (about 2000 miles) I noticed uneven wear on the front tires, which they had not before I went with them. I went back again for checking. The service technician made me wait for 1 hour and then told me the alignment was on spec. The fact is that they did not even put the mirrors on the weels on to check the alignment, and I was denied the alignment print-out report by the service technician. Technician said that even if they had corrected the alignment, which they did not, the tires would keep wearing abnormally because they already started to do so. Shame on him, either he is a complete mechanical ignorant or he was being dishonest.
Ive been here several times to get major work done and never have I been disappointed. One weekend I was on my way out of town and my car quit in Good Year parking lot. This time Id never been here before and thought that they only serviced tires :-o. I went in and told them that my car had quit and asked would it be ok if I left it there throughout the weekend.they were very concerned & did allow me to leave it there they gave my a ride to go get a rental. So I felt comfortable allowing them to look at it. I already knew what the problem was, they called on the next day stated what I already knew and gave me a fair quote, so I allowed them to fix it and have been satisfied with their work. A few months later I was at my job and the battery died on me. I didnt know what it was but I called around and they were they only place that would tow it to their shop to look at it. They called and said That getting a new battery would get me back on the road and gave me suggestion of other things that I should have repaired. They also waited until I got off work at 7pm came and picked me up and took me to my car. I dealt with Tyrone Robinson that time. A few more months later my car quit on me 3 blocks from my job. I know what you are thinking its time to get a new car! its a 2008 Buick and I have never had to put any money into it so its worth it. Anyway back to the point. I had to walk the rest of they way to work 6:45 am and I ended up being late! so I call Reliable (just around the corner where I usually go) and told them what had happened and where the car was (mind you this is first thing in the morning). They informed me that they wouldnt have any guys available to get the car but if I could get it up there that they would look at it. I called Good Year and got Tyrone Robinson again and explained everything to him (let me add at this time I was very irritated and moody and he got all of that). He asked where were they keys and the car? I told him that I had they keys with me at my job and told him where the car was. He told me that he would come to my job and get the keys and have the car towed. He remained polite and professional with me the entire time despite of the attitude that I was giving him. He did just as he said he would, he came to my job and got the keys and had the car towed. He later called with the estimated which was not what I wanted to hear but assured me that he was giving me they best price possible and that I could call around to price compare if that would make me feel comfortable. I didnt even bother, I just told him to fix it. The Professionalism and manners that he has and how he went out of his way for me was all well worth it. Again they waited until I got off to come get me from work so I could get my car. Let me add I get off at 7:30 and he closes at 7:00!!! I will always go back and recommended others especially if Tyrone is working there!

Ive been coming here for a few years now. The service and prices arent bad. Theyre just slow. And I mean slow.
Bunch of morons. Was redirected to this location by Barker Cypress location to do state inspection and told that they needed some other license nosense. Dont post state inspections if you idiots cant update.
This absolutely the worst place to take your vehicle. Ive heard of alot of scams out there when it comes to auto repair, this one takes the cake. Unless your interested in throwing away your money do not do business with this place. These con artist had me pay for parts that I did not even need for my car, and they lied to me about warranties. After doing research and catching them in their BS, all of a sudden the manager is no where to be found, and everyone is playing dumb. I wouldnt ever recommend my worst enemy to this piece of crap, rip off, so called legitimate auto business.
Everytime Ive went for tire service, Ive received excellent customer service.
The manager Eddie is very helpful. I had a problem with my 2004 chevy tahoe and they got right on the phone and started finding the parts I needed. I would highly recommend this place to others.
Do not come here! The mechanic, David, is great but the people in the office are complete idiots, including the manager. 7.5 hours after having an appointment and IM STILL NOT DONE!
Patched my tire right! Over a month, and it has lost no pressure. I had to get tires patched plenty of times in the past, and usually I end up with some kind of slow leak.
People are really nice
Service here isnt very good. They like to take their time. And give attitude when you ask whats taking so long.
I most definitely would NOT recommend this shop. The weekend before Easter I had them put new tires on my Jeep and they did not tighten the lug nuts up on the back drivers side of the vehicle. The next weekend I was headed home to MS and I felt like I was loosing control of my vehicle. I knew something was wrong but before I could pull all the way over my tire and rim came off of my Jeep. This did $1,200 worth of damage and luckly my niece and I were not hurt. THe shop refuse to reimburse me for the money i had to pay out of pocket.
This place is really, really terrible for auto repair. We took our car in because the air conditioning wasnt working properly and they put themselves out as an auto repair and service center. They completely fried the central computer system on my civic while they were poking around trying to figure out what was wrong with the air conditioning, which required us to tow the car to the dealership and spend over $1,000. Will be sending them the bill for this repair, as it was 100% their fault.
Worst place ever! If you have a tire problem, and you dont buy new tires from them, they will sabotage your tire with the problem making it worst! PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THEM! HORRIBLE DISHONEST PEOPLE!!!!!
If I could give them a negative I would. They have the WORSE customer service. They call their customers liars and treat them as if they are not the ones paying for the services
*NEVER* go here.The wait times at this location are unacceptable. When they say 45 minutes, they mean 3 hours. It also seems appointments dont matter (if you arrive 15 mins early they dont even bother moving your vehicle from the parking lot until 30 mins *after* the appointment!).I brought a tire in for a patch. The person who worked on my tire was in training. So instead of it taking the promised 20 mins, it took 90 mins to get to - then they claimed they couldnt do a patch because the damage was too close to the side wall. I asked to see it - and when an experienced worker saw it, he said of course it was fixable: it was actually in the tread area - not the sidewall.After finally getting the vehicle back (2 1/2 hours later), the pressure sensor wasnt working. When i returned a week later to have them take care of it, they said it would take 45 minutes in order to have the sensor reregister with the vertical. I didnt have the time. And was headed out if town on a cross country road trip.After driving thousands of miles (without the pressure sensor in that tire), two very large bubbles showed up on the inside of the tire and the treads were effectively gone. (The other tires were all fine).I returned to see what theyd do.#1) They would give me a discount on another goodyear tire. (instead of goodyear tours, i decided to replace all with BFGoodrich - and they wouldnt give any discount.) The request was handled by the district manager! =/#2) Insult to injury, they wouldnt even fix/replace the tire pressure sensor!! (Request was handled by the store manager). I had to actually purchase a new one (at my 5-star-rated Discount Tire on Jones Road).While I was waiting, I heard other stories about unacceptable wait times, outrageous pricing, as well as a customer coming in to complain about the work this shop recently did on an alternator.Repeat: *NEVER* use this location - it should probably be shut down. Considering the attitude of the district manager, I wouldnt recommend any goodyear in the area.
Came to this location at 455pm on saturday, online states it closes at 630pm, I walked in, first off the guy behind the computer was very rude and standoff I advsd I needed an oil change and he stated that I would have to pay cash cause the already had closed out all their credit card transactions, a 1.5 hrs before closing!! Mind you they were doing absolutely nothing all the guys were sitting in the waiting room just talking and no cars waiting. Smh. Went down the road to a place called Kwik Kar that was closing at 5 and had no problem getting it done even though they charge more but got it done and paid with a credit card and the guys were friendly.
Courteous staff, but takes forever to get simple stuff done. Other Goodyear shops, I would be out in less than 30 minutes for a wheel alignment.

Total scam tried to tell me I had to put full synthetic oil in a car thats eight years old and never had it before. Even had it changed here 2 years ago several times with regular oil. Id had bad experiences in the past I thought Id give it another try. Big mistake Id give it zero stars if possible.
They take in a lot of customers but wont bring in enough technicians to get the cars out in a reasonable amount of time. Ive seen people wait 2 to 3 hours just to get a flat tire fixed.
