Excellent customer service. I dropped my vehicle off and had it back same day. My spare vehicle is a 1997 Range Rover and these guys knocked it out of the park with fixing a few issues. Pricing wasnt as bad as I had expected either considering its essentially a specialty shop. I no longer have to search for a good shop as I have found the best.

So I impulsively called this shop after having horrible service drive experience at a dealership & these guys were nothing shy of amazing. They were very professional, polite, clear and helpful. Dropped the car off and had a nice experience. Had to leave it over the weekend and the crew was more than happy to take care of our Audi over the weekend with no storage fee. We appreciated that.However, when picking up the car on Monday morning, I had to run to work and my wife stayed to scoop up the Audi. She waited around outside for 30 minutes after seeing our car drive past her and no one bothered to ask her what was going on / can we help you with something? Turns out, the car was around the block and keys were on the front desk.Grand scheme of things, not a huge deal, but let’s make the process clear to people that may not know the process. It was our first time to the shop.Elijah was great and I’d come back, but not sure if we will unfortunately.

This is the best shop I ever been to. I had a Porsche macan that die in idle . They did a throughout inspection and ruled out the problem! Anyone with Porsche should come to this location. Super nice staff and knowledgeable! Recommend

Fantastic shop, clear communication and attention to details. I had always taken my BMW X5M to the dealership and after numerous horrible experiences, I finally went to my neighborhood friendly auto mechanic. They are some of the friendliest and knowledgable people I have been around. Growing up in Michigan and working on cars most of my life, they know what they are talking about and are no BS. They dont play the games I had to deal with at several BMW dealerships and are refreshing change from high prices and the corporate bureaucracy...will be taking both Ms to them from now on.

First a disclaimer. I am not an employee of this establishment nor am I a client. I am a neighbor living a short distance away from the business. My 2014 Honda Accord ran into some mechanical issues, a fractured tensioner pulley assembly which I had decided to replace on my own. I had been unable to remove the damaged part because I didnt have the tool that would provide me with enough leverage to unscrew the bolt and remove the part. I walked down to the business and asked for help.I was greeted by service manager Elijah Jiminez. He and the service technician on duty(I didnt catch his name) found the tool I needed and allowed me to borrow the tool. I insisted on leaving my wallet as collateral and they were ok with that.Upon my return home I instantly completed my task and brought the tool back. I also observed Elija interact with clients in the building and he was a consumate professional. Thank you so much for your help. In todays world where it seems that everyone is out for themselves, this type of help and understanding is often hard to find. We are fortunate to have this establishment in our community. If they were willing to help me, a stranger, I could just imagine the care they provide for their paying clients. Thank you to Elijah and his team. My next car will be European and I will 100% have it serviced by these good people. And to the company executives, Elijah deserves a raise. Again, Thank you so much for your help!

I dropped off my car for an oil change, full check and any service work needed. The work was done in a timely manner and staff was friendly. However after driving my car for a couple of days the car fell different. I went back to the shop to check if everything was alright only to find out that there is a leak in one of the hoses and it wasnt fixed during the initial service. I inquired twice about fixing it and how much it would cost but havent received any responses. Eventually I reached out to Mr. Richard, the manager of the shop, but havent heard back from him either. So here Im nearly $2000 later still have a leak in a hose and looking for a shop to fix that.UPDATE on my initial review.Manager Richard reached out to me and worked with me on fixing the leaking hose. I truly appreciate the effort and making the things right.

I had my first service done since I owned her. She is a 2014 V6 F-type (tuned). I brought her in for a 9:00 appointment at European Service Center on Dickson Rd in Houston and was out by 12. They sent video and photos of everything they inspected. Super cool guys, laid back atmosphere. Overall top notch service.

They were able to diagnose a misfire that had eluded other good mechanics. It was their attention to detail and expertise in European autos that made the difference. They are so honest that they even did the work and the cost was under the estimate. Im very impressed. I found my shop.

I googled jaguar repairs near me, took a ride while they were closed to scope the place. I was impressed and decided to try them. Spoke with Elijah before going, and he made me feel very comfortable with scheduling a visit. I had a terrible experience. Id advise you find a different mechanic. I paid a $100 diagnostic fee for a Mercedes with a broken sunroof and tire pressure light on. After they complete the diagnostic fee, they decided they need almost another $800+ to diagnose the problem. What was the point of the $100?Despite approving this, it took them 4 days to even complete the diagnosis. Then they kept missing agreed upon deadlines. They blame it on parts. Which is strange because they told me they were to be overnighted (they werent). They dont offer a loaner car (they claimed it was in Dallas), no Uber, no Lyft credits. Ultimately 10 days after dropping my car off and $2100 later, at least an additional $100 of money spent on Ubers, I finally have a working sunroof.Also, despite me asking multiple times, they never even fixed my tire pressure light. Which is pretty ridiculous as they had car for 10 days.I give them 2/5 stars as they ultimately did fix the sunroof. I will not be returning. Id recommend you look elsewhere for a mechanic.

My sister in law used this shop a few weeks ago after getting a quote at Midtown BMW for $7k in repairs. Her experience was this shop followed her guidance and repaired what needed to be fixed without adding on more work. I thought I’d give them a try.So many of BMW repair shops (even ones associated with dealerships) are expensive or inexperienced. This is not the case with European Service Center. Drop off (at noon) was simple. In and out in five minutes! I was also told a suspected started replacement could be done today. Within 30 minutes, I had a full diagnostic report with video showing what was wrong. It was indeed a starter but they also found an issue with timing belt and showed me why this was an issue. They quoted a reasonable price and got to work. Within four hours, I was picking up my car. And at a price lower than they quoted!!I believe this shop is very honest and transparent. They have a high quality of workmanship. And the car now purrs like a kitten. Not only will I return, but I am recommending this shop to everyone I know.

First visit today was for a second opinion for a $2000 repair quote from a Houston Audi dealer...ESC performed a detailed diagnosis (explained and demonstrated it to me), detailing the current state of my Audi SQ5. I have (2) Mercedes-Benz 2013 E350 and 2016 GLC 300, I always regretted the days when they are due service because I knew I was paying too much for the service they provide at he dealer where I bought them. Came in for a simple alignment and oil change but European Service Center went above and beyond! Even though I dropped off the car mid afternoon, they were able to deliver same day service without an additional fee. Elijah also noticed that our DEF was low and refilled it for us in addition to washing the car before we picked up. Had an appointment at a later date due to the Christmas Holiday. Called a week before to check if they could possibly fit me in earlier, and Elijah found an open spot for me. He kept me posted during the day on the status of my repairs on my wifes Mercedes-Benz GLK 350. He explained which repairs were needed and which repairs were recommended without being pushy. The owner, Richard, goes out of his way to make sure everything is repaired to your satisfaction. They found the solution to an electrical problem with parking sensors and backup camera that dealership had misdiagnosed on my Land Rover. The cost of the repair was also more reasonable than what the dealer had asked for.I had a brake job done at another well rated independent shop 1 1/2 year ago and the squeaking had never gone away. It even got progressively worse. European Service serviced my brakes and now they feel like new. Brakes are a weak point on LR4 as the are rotors small for such a heavy vehicle and I’ve always had issues with noise. Not anymore.I would highly recommend this garage without hesitation over any other independent shop and mostly, over the LR dealership.Edit:I have a 2017 BMW that has rattle sound issues since new at low rpm. I have asked the dealer who installed a M performance exhaust on the car to look into it every time I brought the car in for service but they never found anything other than saying we tightened the exhaust tips attachments and that should do it.I decided to take the car at ECS for service since my 4 year maintenance plan has ended and they figured out the problem quickly: wastegate actuator on the turbos, apparently a common problem on s55 engines if you look at BMW online forums. Now I’ll have to argue with BMW to get it fixed under warranty. I wish I had brought the car to EAS in the last 4 years.Car dealerships: 0 ECS: 2

This company is one of the most dishonest and unethical companies I have ever dealt with. They are dishonest with customers and also employees. There is nothing professional about this repair facility. They schedule you in and let you car sit for weeks before it gets fixed instead of being honest about availability. This is by far the best European Car service center I have ever been to. I have an 2011 Audi Q5 and I’ve been coming here for 2 years. The service is impeccable. It doesn’t matter what the issue is they always make time for me and will text me updates and work to find me the lowest cost available. They work efficiently and timely and I’ve never had to wait for my car to be done for more than a couple hours. They’ve even come in on the weekends to help me and threw in a rear wiper for any inconvenience I had for coming In Two days In A row. I’m a single mommy with a 2 year old and they empathize with anything that may make mommy hood more difficult. They let her play with all her toys on the floor and are extremely sweet to her.I have only had positive encounters here and I am loyal and will only bring my vehicle here to be serviced. I’m so happy that the owner decided to branch down to houston from Dallas... in fact the owners even made time for me on my first visit to talk me through he issues I was having with my car and told me what needed and didn’t need to be fixed... he saved me money in the end. The craftsmanship is fantastic... no problems and everything is done the right way and anyone with a European vehicle knows what I mean...If you haven’t been here yet, trust these guys to take good care of you.

The folks at ESC Houston did fantastic jobs on my 2011 BMW 328i Convertible. They help replaced the rear break, flushed break lines and power steering. The jobs are done fast and I got my car back in a few hours. I highly recommend these folks.

I had an issue that was diagnosed by BMW North Houston that I brought to them since I knew they would be less than the dealer. Turns out not only did BMW North misdiagnose the issue, they caused it. The mechanic provided me pictures to go back to BMW North to see if they will at least refund what they charged me to misdiagnose the issue, but they wont even call me back. European Service Center fixed it very reasonably and quickly. I will be back for all my future mechanic needs. Thanks especially to Elija, he was very professional.
