I went in to purchase a car they had on the lot. Ready to buy. They clearly listed the msrp and then the the sale price. I drove all the way there and I was informed it would be 10k over listed price and was basically told to leave. I was ready to purchase on the spot

I purchased an 08 Malibu LT that needed a lot of things done to it which included taking it to the service department at this same dealership....jeez...that service department...lemme tell ya theyre pretty bad...but the parts guys made up for all of the horrible things in the service department...the service department is only concerned with new vehicles that have a survey to go along with the service..if its an older vehicle where the customer is paying out their own pockets to have it fixed...then ..lol...theyre going to run over you...overall...a great dealership & I recommend it

I took my vehicle in 8/9/21 my service worker was Harry very pleasant and thoughtful. He could see that I was very stressed. He told me that it wouldnt be till the next day when they could look at my vehicle. He said that they didnt have any loaner vehicles due to the pandemic. I was ok with that, while waiting to be pick up I met new employee Jeremy Moon in the service dept. Very kind and pleasant, let not leave out understanding. We started communicating about my vehicle. Well that evening I got a call regarding my vehicle. Pickup my vehicle the next day. Harry and Jeremy are the guys to ask for, these guys go above and beyond to satisfy the needs of the customer.Hats off to you guys!!!!
You cant please all of the people all of the time but Ive only had good experiences here. Like any service department they are busy so be patient and be kind. The waiting area is clean, huge, extremely cool and comfortable. Vending machines and restrooms.

Beware of this dealer/staff/and their incompetence. They had my truck for over two weeks and still did not get the issues I had on the estimate fixed . I’ve filed a complaint with Chevy, the better business bureau,and legal action is being explored. The owner offered no solutions and acted as though he cared Less.
Great dealership and probably one of the oldest in Houston. Was at Sterling McCall Buick GMC the day before and left mad. Check out my review. Eric in fleet and Joey in sales were great. No high pressure sales and no big addendum. By the way people that addendum is where the dealer adds stuff you never asked for and then marks it up to at least 2 or 3 times what it cost them, if not more. Drove off about an hour later with a new Chevy P/U... This is the place to buy Chevrolet.

I took my car in for service and Ryan Findish was the service writer who “helped” me. I left it for 12 days and didn’t receive any updates or phone calls. I called on the 13th day and it wasn’t ready yet. As always, they were “waiting for the part”. It came in a day or two after I called. Ryan has no business in any type of service industry. His communication skills are almost non-existent. They fixed the things I initially took it in for but now the trunk lid light stays on. I can’t wait to take it back and see how long it takes for them to fix it.
I believe my service reps name was Chris. Very friendly and addressed all the issues I had. Was with me from start t finish. Very polite and professional.

Terrible place. Took my car to get the break lights checked. They definitely did not do anything to my car. They said the light switch was bad and needed replacement. I did research about the location of the light switch and I just pushed it back into place and it was working perfectly. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE. They charged 165 dls for doing nothing.

Car was there for four days before I heard anything about it. Ryan was very sweet but not very attentive at all. I had to search him out to get any information. Took in on a Thursday and finally got him to call me on Tuesday. Had to leave town the following Saturday and it was still not being worked on. Car service was $600.00 and my rental was $2,057.17When I took car in it had a small round crack from rock on windshield that I had not had a chance to get fixed. When I picked up the car there was a crack all the way up to the top of window. Had I had a good service provider perhaps this would have been noticed and I could have had this repaired at the same time, since my car was there so long sitting inthe hot parking lot. That could have been taken care of again if Ryan had paid any attention to my car.. I dont feel like anyone cared about my car or me. Mike Farrar had helped me in the past and he was very attentive and always treated me well. I wont be back especially since when I picked up car and tried to talk to manager of service dept. (another Ryan) he was AOL. No one could locate him. I left a message with Roger with my number for manager to call me back about this and he never bothered either. Nope I wont be back even though this is a very convenient location.

Because I would be waiting on my car and not leaving it at the dealer, I tried making appointment online for an oil change. When I was unable to do so, I called to make an appointment. Then was told an appointment was not necessary, just come in. When I did, I was told they would get right to it since I was waitingon site. It was an hour before the car was moved to the oil change bay. Then another 30 minutes to change (no tire rotation, just oil change) while the servicemen worked between my car and another next to it. Overall, my ticket was opened at 2:27 and car was ready at 3:52. Not happy about waiting 1-1/2 hours in waiting room, and neither was my husband who had volunteered to follow me and bring me home instead of waiting at dealer. I believed service advisor when he said just bring it in, and then said well get right to it. If I had been told I would have to wait 90 minutes for a 30 minute service, I would not have waited. Time is valuable, and I could have spent mine elsewhere. Next time, I will.

My car was there from Monday- Friday. Not a call from anyone. When I did get my car back both front seats were moved, mirrors moved, headrest lifted, rear armrest down and over 200 miles added to my dash! Someone definitely took my car home for the week and drove their family around. There was no need to adjust my seats or mirrors for gear shift work. They are losing people left and right but the ones there lack ethics and integrity also. So now miles are ran up against my warranty because a workers wanted a car to use.

The worst ever!!! I have bought a lot of cars and dealt with a lot of companies but they take customer service to a new low. They posted an Silverado 3500 truck for sale with no photos. The price/condition appeared right and I called intending to buy it. I asked for the Used Car Mgr, Emilio, who said he the truck was a trade and they did not have it yet but he would get me photos shortly. When I did not receive them, I called him several times. He refused my follow-up calls, voicemails, and emails. I then called and asked for the Devin the General Sales Mgr. He said he knew the truck and stated twice that he would get back to me with info in 15 minutes. That never happened and he treated me to a repeat performance of Emilios poor customer support. I would never deal with an organization with an obvious culture of customer disdain. They are the worst!If I could give them a negative star rating I would.

Best service never experienced before
I thought Knapp Chevrolet was one of the best dealerships out there. To the point of me thinking of purchasing my next vehicle there but after my service i have changed my mind. I went in for a simple oil change and tire rotation. I dropped off my vehicle in the morning and went back for it after work. They had all day to do the work with no rush and evan like that the service was not done right.1. Never received a call that my vehicle was ready.2. Oil life was never reset3. Tires were not rotated4. Routine fluid check was not done. I know because windshield wiper fluid was not filled.I will neverbe bringing my car back. And will notbe recommending anyone to go there.
If you are a final price focused buyer, this is the place for you. We were pleasantly surprised with a totally professional purchasing experience and no tricks along the way.
Poor customer service and terrible service department. They had my car for multiple weeks on two separate occasions. They claimed to fix the issue the first time but the issue happened again barely a week later which left me stranded again. I brought it back in and three weeks later they hadnt solved the problem. When I called multiple times to get an update the receptionist couldnt get a service advisor on the phone to provide an updated status. Neither of the times they had my car did they offer a loaner, rental, or even drop me off at my home less than 2 miles away. When I went to pick up my car they couldnt tell me what the issue was or if it would happen again. Alas, another week after I pick it up the second time it breaks down again and I was left stranded. I had it towed to another shop who found and fixed the issue in two days. I havent had any problems since. I havent had any experience with the sales department but I dont suggest using the service department for anything besides getting an oil change.

Horrible location. The staff will pretend to be friendly but will really screw you over when getting maintenance done on your vehicle. They literally leave the car in worse condition than when you bring it in. Then they refuse to take responsibility and try to charge a lot more to fix the stuff they broke while the car is in their shop. Warning ⚠️ stay away from this place.

I didn’t want to give any stars but I had to give at least one.. had an appointment for 8:30 for an oil change waited and an hour and 45 minutes before I went to ask if my truck was finished and it was but no one ever told me anything, secondly after getting my paper work there was a whole list of things that was supposedly done to my truck which wasn’t done for instance tire rotation I have special locks on my tires which they don’t have a universal key to unlock it I have the key and not one time did they come and ask me for the key to unlock my tires I made sure I asked the service Guy if they had a universal lock before I told them that I had the lock to my tires and he told me that that’s what the service guys always put on the invoice so basically they’re lying saying they are doing work to your vehicle when they actually aren’t. Bad service first time there and last time there.🤬

Service is slow. Usually I wait for it to get serviced and I noticed mostly everyone that came in after me gets in and out. No appointments because when I call to schedule one they say it’s still handled as first come first served. Today I dropped it off they said ready in a couple of hours which I dropped it off at 8:00 am here it is 12:00 noon and they hadn’t even started on it. None of the service writers even asked what I needed when I walked until I started getting upset. Customer service gets a “F”

I purchased this beauty, 2017 Honda Civic SI with 32K miles, from Knapp Chevrolet recently for my son! The sales process was easy and smooth!However, upon taking possession of the vehicle (10/2), it broke down after driving it less than 20 miles and never made it to my house. We alerted the dealership immediately and they were unwilling to pick up the vehicle that day. I was responsible for getting it towed to my residence.Knapp picked up the car and diagnosed the problem to be with the transmission and that it would be covered by the manufacturer warranty. Honda customer care picked up the car and their dealership subsequently found the problem to be the clutch and this is NOT covered under warranty.So, now the vehicle is with Honda and it will cost me money to cover the costs to get it from there for the diagnosis and the best Knapp has offered is to make the repairs for $3,000 out of pocket. So, they are asking ME to pay all of this for a vehicle that broke down immediately after leaving their lot.I’m just looking to come to a reasonable solution and it’s been over 2 weeks going through this process. Tell me, is this reasonable behavior from a dealership that you just gave $20,000?? Please provide your opinion.

Great place, already went to 3 dealers. The other dealers really low balled me on my trade. Knapp gave me the best money and price right off the bat for my new truck. Go see Andre for your next vehicle! My only criticism is that they started me signing the documentation without going over everything with me before hand. But it was late and I know they wanted to get out of there. Thanks for the new truck.
They did not close the hood of my car all the way, so while driving on the free way it was shaking. We had to drive below the speed limit until we were able to pull over & close it all the way. After getting the oil change, the light on our car came on saying we needed one. So we checked the oil level, the dip stick was dirty & it’s normally clean after. They spilled fluids on our engine. We took our car to the dealership we normally go to, to make sure our oil was actually changed & it was.
Excellent service at the parts department I called earlier that I was on my way to pick up a part and practically had everything ready for me . He didnt make me wait already knew what I was going for and went to get it and showed me what I was getting to make sure it was the correct item. The immediate service man I spoke with was very helpful. Outside of him my experience wasn’t fantastic. I was told the car would be ready that day and no one got back with me and it wasn’t ready until the next day. I am in the middle of a move, this was incredibly inconvenient.Furthermore the repair on the windshield strikes me as sub par. It doesn’t look very good at all, and the crack is more notíciele than I anticipated it being.Also at my old dealership (Ray Skillman, Indianapolis) they clean the car when you service it. I was disappointed to see that this wasn’t the case with this dealership, but I did not count this against their rating.

Have been to the service garage twice now. One for something mechanical that was covered under warranty. The breathe of fresh air was not trying to upsell another product & they worked hard to have the car ready to go as planned.I went back today for an oil change & that was completed in about an hour as they had estimated at check in. They also rotated the tires & checked the air pressure.Great Service! Will be back!

Went for oil change. Was amazed at the amount of items checked. Great, considerat service.
Brought my corvette in for an oil change and to look at an issue with my transmission. Took 3 days to diagnose what was wrong with my transmission. Replaced the wiring harness. I then realize they did not clear my computer for the oil change. I also realized my wiper fluid was empty. Obviously they did not change the oil. I brought it back in, and they took 3 hours to complete the service. When i spoke to the manager, instead of trying to find a way to try and rectify the situation or even save a customer.... he was argumentative and defended his techs. I understand being loyal to your employees, but when they screw up and cost me time and money you take care of the customer. My transmission also still has the same issue after $1K of repairs. I will have future needs, and a chevy truck in the future as well and I do not plan on returning. I highly suggest others take their Chevys and Corvettes elsewhere as well.
