Rafi and company at Rapid Repair are very honest and trustworthy. I had no idea when I brought my Ford Edge in with engine issues that it was still under a powertrain warranty with Ford. Rafi took the time to call the Ford dealership and confirm, even though is cost him my business. Saved me so much money on a costly repairs. You can put your faith in Rapid Repair- they are professional and prompt and always so nice and courteous to my Mother and myself when we bring in our cars. My car mini cooper 2009 was not starting, so. I went to Rapid Repair Auto Center close to my home. There was i dropped out my car on 07/19/2021. And on 07/20/2021 morning they called me and given me a my car statement which is $471.35 and i accepted offer to start repairing my car same that day. Then it was running fine for 2 days but on 07/23/2021 my car was not starting. So we went to Rapid Repair Auto Center, where they refused to repair my car with a 12000 miles warranty for a service. The Auto dealer owner is fraud and ripping people off. The owner is not honest and not kind person. If you want to save your hard cash money, so please do not give him the business there.

I needed my truck repaired to pull a trailer. Not only did they repair my drive shaft for lower than anyone else they must have tightened up the front end because its steering and ridding like new. Im very impressed and highly recommend these guys.

I got my 2009 lexus gx470 worked on here, not the first time here. The owners have admitted several times before that they were driving my car around town for joy rides like that isnt a problem in and of itself. They are always saying unneeded smart remarks towards me. For example, remarks about my age and how Im too young for this, this, that, or the other. And if nobody knows most car tires take 30psi or 32psi(air level). When I got my car back, ALL four tires were filled to 50psi!!!!! One, a lot of lying shops do this to people who dont know any better. So, be careful, be aware, and PLEASE stop doing this Rapid Repair. Its not fair to people to trust you with their hard earned money, and you cant even fill tires correctly. Just so everyone knows, over filling or under filling tires with air can lead to a popped tire, or tires. Do better.

It’s time I do a review on this place. I’ve been going here since 2018 when I had a Toyota and the reason why I first came because of the coupons.... $19.99 plus tax for an oil change. One thing I can say was an employee had brought to my awareness that my tires were on the verge of popping if I didnt get them changed soon! They gave me a place to go and get my tires changed for a nice price. I am truly thankful for that advice because I could tell they were very concerned! Being a woman a lot of mechanics try to rip us off or do whatever they want to our car. This is not the case with this shop!Its been a while before have come back with a luxury car and needing my oil change. Mind you, I know nothing about cars, but the employee took the time out to explain the different types of oil they have and the whole nine yards. Without even explaining anything about me not knowing about cars he was there at my service!! Not only that but as I waited for my oil to be changed the owner, I believe, showed a lot of hospitality! By making me coffee and just making conversation! I am so happy this shop is here where I live! I Dont trust anyone else except for them! Price can not be beat. $23.99 for a synthetic blend oil change. Oil changes always take a long time, 1 hour is normal. Sometimes the manager gets annoyed with my questions and recommends services, that I dont believe are necessary. But for the price I still give them 4 stars.

Great experience I always feel that I get ripe off by repair shops. I must say this is not what happened at rapid repair. I am AAA member so found rapid repair VERY happy with their service. My car has 60000 miles on it NEVER had it maintained which I know is a mistake. I have taken my car here for almost everything since 2013 with no issue, but a couple of weeks ago, I went because a problem with the temperature gauge, that was marking overheat, but the car was not heat, the needle stay passing over heat even with the car a full day stop.They gave me two options, a full replacement of the gauge will be required, and I dont remember the other one, but both were above 600usd, being on furlough because of the pandemic situation I can not afford that, decided to pass, and continue researching, found that this is a very common problem for ford mustang, which the gauge motors can have problems, I removed the panel myself, sent it for repair, I got it back and everything is working fine, and I only had to pay 70 for the repair, I can not believe that they were not aware of this, or even give me that as an option, last time that I step there.

Needed a quick car inspection, done within minutes. Needed some advice on a recent brake repair... the customer service was beyond great and got the advice I needed for my brakes and they even did as much as they could to fix the problem free of charge. Definitely will come back for other car services!

In the past four years that I lived in Houston, every time I took my cars to this store, I got a honest and professional diagnosis. Very friendly, and nice people are working there. They find whats wrong with my car and tell me exactly what is the problem. They are always making sure to give me different options that are possible for me to choose. Prices are very affordable. I needed a workshop close to my new house and I decided to go with Rapid Repair. They are nice and really cared a lot. I had a very bad case of water inside my car, and even if it took a while to find out why, they fixed it. They worked a lot till they had it right. I highly recommend it.

Absolute liars and cheats. Its too bad I didnt discover how they scammed me until so long after they did it. I took my vehicle to them because of a heater core leak. Verrrry expensive, labor-intensive repair job which I didnt really want to pay for on this particular car. I asked them to by-pass the heater core to stop the leak of engine coolant. Stupid me...I didnt do research into what would be involved to complete this job. All that they had to do was detach the inlet and outlet coolant lines from the firewall leading to the heater core, install a cheap elbow joint to link the two lines, and clamp the lines down. Thats it! Well the man on duty told me there would be welding involved, removal of parts, 2 hours of labor, this and that and other stuff...ended up charging me nearly $400 for the job. Like an idiot, I paid it because I didnt know what would really needed to be done to finish the job. These people took complete advantage of me, lied to me, charged me for work that they didnt do, and the only reason I discovered that they HAD cheated me is because another mechanic at a reputable shop told me! Ive told several of my friends in the area to avoid this place. Im sure if they were willing to lie to me, they are willing to lie to and steal from just about anybody.

This is a great place to take your vehicle. The staff is nice and will definitely take care of you and they wont take advantage of you either.

Extremely patient and thorough is the only thing I can say about them. I asked so many questions and they answered them explaining in detail everything. I went in for an oil change and they noticed I needed a water pump and thermostats and stuts....things that were over looked by another mechanic. I wont take my car anywhere else. On top of everything they told me about my car they didnt hassle me. They did advise that if I didnt get it fixed it would get worst and that I shouldnt put my car on the road for long distance travel. They are greatly appreciated for their honesty and patience no matter how many times I called!!!

Great place to check a car before buying. The mechanic would tell you everything that needs to be replaced, and what you can expect out of the car. They also have a selection of cars that they did work on so you wont have to send a car to a mechanic before buying.

Very Dishonest. Horrible mechanics. Went in for my clutch and left with more problems. Clutch is still giving me problems. I got home, and my reverse light was stuck on. Took it back five times, and never got either problem fixed. Big headache. Over priced. and unprofessional. He actually danced and shook his hips as an analogy to the repair. I wanted to vomit. Avoid this place at all costs.

DONT GO! THEY BREAK CARS! Awful place, Ive asked to check if they can glue back a wooden part on the door that got unattached. When I returned to pickup my car, the part was broken and glued back in pieces with glue sticking out everywhere. The new part cost me $230 plus work to put it on. The owner refused to reimburse any cost.

I am writing just to warn others about this place. I was ripped off for 300 bucks. My partner took our Mercedes Benz in for an issue which appeared to be a battery problem. They said they ran a diagnostics test, which I never got a copy of, and they said that I needed an auxiliary battery replaced which cost 190 dlls plus 110 in labor costs, totaling 313 dlls and when my partner left the shop, the light went on again. The mechanic said it was just normal, that it was just adjusting. Today my car completely died in the middle of the road. I had to have it towed somewhere else and they ran a diagnostics test which indicated the issue was with the alternator all along. It was never an issue with the battery, so it was replaced without it being needed to be replaced. When my partner went to get the original battery back, the owner said he had just thrown it away. So now to change the alternator it will cost me 800 more dlls at another place. I read other reviews in here and most were positive so I dont understand how we got ripped off the way we did. We were really hoping to find an honest mechanic who would be fair and do things right but this place really did us wrong with 300 dlls for something we didnt need and left us without the problem solved. When I was at the other mechanic I spoke to a lady that had just came from this place and told me they ripped her off too. Be very careful with them, ask for reports and documents and make sure you get a second opinion or try someone else who isnt going to be doing jobs in your car that you dont need and not helping you with what you really need. Im not sure if they are in the business of selling batteries but you know, if this is about their sales and not the customer, that just has to tell you something.-----Reply to explanation: how dare you even attempt to explain a ripoff? You ripped me off 300 dlls for something that had no proof of being needed. I never got a copy of a diagnostics test. Your explanations are pointless: it could be this it could be that... thats not how mechanics work. I took my Mercedes to the dealership where they explained that the issue was the alternator and not the Auxiliary Battery. There is no proof anywhere that that battery needed to be replaced. This was clearly a ripoff. Blaming the issue on my partner is not just irresponsible but mean and not customer service oriented. Do not even attempt to use those terms when you rip off your customers. If you really would have cared about us as customers you would have taken your battery back, and give me back my 300$. Not say that you threw them away... Terrible. DO NOT GO HERE.
