Just bought my car here. Best expiriance buying a car ever! Receptionist was helpful and friendly, walked me through the vehicles in my price range, once I had several to look at, she passed me off to Christian who was my salesman. Christian was great! He had the vehicles I wanted to test drive pulled around front and handed me the keys! He was more than helpful, but never overwhelming or pushy! I bought the car and Mario helped me with the paperwork, he was also great! He explained everything and made the process personal and easy! As if Auto Boutique wasnt wonderful enough, the GM personally came and sat with us and thanked us for buying from them, gave us some background, and was super friendly. Everyone we met was so great and helpful, every customer in the store was satisfied and smiling... They made everything easy and personal, I would definitely buy from them next time and recommend them to anyone looking for a used vehicle. Also, GREAT price for a Kia Soul in almost immaculate condition, even though vehicle prices have jumped lately.Will definitely be back when we are ready for another vehicle!!
EDIT: Please be mindful that cars at this dealer are SOLD AS IS. Before negotiating, take the vehicle to a mechanic and inspect EVERYTHING....Day after I purchased mine, I had to have my differential and driveshaft replaced and discovered a minor transmission fluid leak. The car has 65k miles.UPDATE: Dealership followed through with repairs at their facility✅✅ORIGINAL POST:Make sure you look for Maria! If you are looking for a quality used car with excellent customer service see my friends here at Auto Boutique, and ask for Mo. On my first visit, I told them over the phone which car I was looking for and when I got there the car was waiting for me out front. After a 10 minute test drive Mo, went over every detail of the car and made sure i understood everything he covered. He then walked to a workstation where I filled out there financing application, and even though I was pre-qualified on financing they found me better rates and better terms.....unbelievable customer service, will be back for my twins....GREAT JOB, MO AND DAVID
I flew in from out of state to purchase my vehicle. Beforehand, the staff did a pretty decent job showing off the car and pointing out any defects as if they were looking for themselves and not just going quickly to just try and make the sale, which was very appreciated.They agreed to pick me up at the airport, and they would have had I flown to the right airport (Accidentally flew to Bush instead of Hobby).Negatives: The place was super busy and it took about 1-2 hours before I was able to sit down to purchase the vehicle. The cars gaslight was on when I took it for a test drive. The car was very dirty on the inside. Three of the tires needed immediate replacement, which they were not going to do initially.Positives: Once the car buying process started, it was pretty smooth. I feel like I got a great deal on the car which made the long trip from out of state worth it. They did put 3/4 tank of gas in after I asked them to. They replaced 2, maybe 3, of the tires with used tires, which was better than the almost bald tires that were on the vehicle. They did have hotdogs and other small food items for free while I had been waiting.Overall experience was pretty good and i feel like i got a good deal. I do feel like they can improve in their customer service aspect and their response times, but its almost to be expected with how hot the used car business is at the moment.I drove the car 900 miles home without any issues! Emiliano was very helpful and the whole staff as well. This was the easiest place to get a truck. No hidden prices or fees. They didn’t ask for an approval or what I was approved for before trying to help me. They got down to business with no pressure at all. It really felt like they wanted to help me and not make a dollar. Emiliano and Charlie were extremely helpful. Best car shopping experience ever. I got into my new truck within 2 hours
These reviews seem very skeptical.....I live 6hrs away from Houston and they had the car I was wanting. Im always a cash buyer when it comes to buying cars so I called them up to get more info.I was ready to buy and about to make the trip once I got a final price...Nope, refused to give me a quote. They requested my drivers license (who requests that to get a price quote? Thats private information). I cant remember the ladies name but I basically had to ask her what fees, application fees, taxes, title they charge and I had to do my own calculation as I didnt feel comfortable giving out my personal information just so you can tell me how much you want for the car...After I did the calculations, they told me they have a $500 vehicle warranty that comes with their car. I thought oh thats nice! Come to find out, you have to pay that on top of the price of the car! THEY FORCE YOU TO BUY THEIR WARRANTY aka more money they want from you! No exceptions!Never had a dealer tell me you have to buy our warranty! Come to find out, these people arent even dealers but whole sellers and glad I did not purchase my car from them after seeing these non 5 star reviews

I have nothing good to say about this place and Im very skeptical of the 5 star reviews. I called Friday evening to verify the availability of two cars, Barbara told me they were both available and she was putting the keys to both cars aside for me. I arrived Saturday afternoon after driving three hours to check them out. One of the cars wasnt available, and no one had any knowledge about it - employees told me that they either never had a car like that or must have sold it. I saw a very similar car in the back of the lot, of the same model and color with different features, but they told me its sold, they had no other cars of that model, and dropped the topic very quickly. The other car I came to see had a check engine light, a low tire pressure light, and a third warning when I test drove it, and of course I was told about none of that. When I mentioned this to Natalia, she said oh the air is low, Ill air the tires up for you and would not address the other issues. When I pressed her, she said go get something to eat and well have a mechanic look at it. I returned 30 minutes later and asked if she had the mechanic look at the car, but she said no and went straight back to pressuring me about trading in my truck - she had the key to it for over an hour but had not gotten me an offer or estimate. Maybe this was not typical, but she had a bit of an attitude with us. Maybe its possible to get a good deal here, but be aware of what youre getting into - this is a wholesaler, not a dealer, and they do not take care of the cars. I asked to test drive a third car, and after getting in, discovered that there was water puddled below the seats enough to cover our feet, and there were no side mirrors. When I told Natalia, she just said oh and took the key back from us.

Very professional and courteous staff from reception to sales to finance. Large selection of nice vehicles. I must admit that I was a bit disappointed because the 2 trucks I had my eyes on were already gone but happy that there was more to choose from. I got an excellent deal with no money down, a great truck, and terms I can handle. I was feel that I was profiled at this business. I went in to view a vehicle that I saw online the receptionist asked for my identification and my insurance on arrival. A saleswoman came out and told me in order for them to start the vehicle they would have to run my credit. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. This is definitely not the behavior of any reputable company.
We had been looking for a Certain vehicle for a while and spotted one at Auto Boutique Texas and talked to Evelyn and I told her I was going to my bank to get a $21,000.00 cashiers check for that vehicle and we would be there the next day for it. She just asked me to call to let her know what time we would be there because it was over a 2 hour drive. We called to let her know what time we would be there and she said okay yes they would pull the jeep so it will be ready for us when we got there. We walked in, signed in and went to sit and wait. Finally someone came over to us and asked if we were there for the jeep and I told her yes and she said Im sorry but someone came a few minutes before you and is already in there doing paperwork to buy it. wait.... WHAT???? I was very upset and asked to talk to Theresa Balk the General Manager. She left us in a room for a while and came back in and promised to be in contact with us every single day until she found us that same vehicle. We agreed and left. On the 2.5 hour drive home something flew up and shattered my windshield on my car!!! WOW Really??? Ugh LIKE my day cant get any worse. We waited for days and never heard from Theresa so we messaged her and finally heard from her only because we found a jeep like the one we were wanting at their Florida store. They invited us to come and test drive it, but when she called them to have it shipped to Texas they told her that they no longer had that vehicle. She sent a salesman my way to help us from the Texas office and he sent me one vehicle (NOT one we were wanting) and when I messaged him back he blocked me and NEVER answered my questions at all!!! So needless to say we gave them a chance to make things right for us, and they DID NOT!!! We are shredding this $21,000.00 cashier check and getting another one to go buy one elsewhere now. I really hate that we were treated this way by them because I thought we were going to have a very good experience here. Sigh
This was the most pleasant car buying experience we’ve ever had. They really do make it easy, and straight forward. Just like it says on their website. Pricing is great in this crazy car market we have today. Thank you to Alex (salesman) for assisting us, and David (finance manager) for making the financing process so smooth.
You guys sold my wife a car that was in an accident. We have tried to call and talk to someone and we just get the run around or nobody calls back. Took the vehicle to get an alignment and the pics show what was found. Not to mention that the rear door has black framing and the other 3 have chrome framing. Very disappointed that a business that claims they do not sell cars that have been in an accident, actually does.
The experience was great, The staff was so sweet and they was on top of their job. Maria was great. She made sure we was NOT going to walk out empty handed. She made sure we got the truck we wanted. A vast majority of the reviews are on the spot pressure reviews requested by the salesperson at the time of purchase. This adds a social pressure that results in people giving instant good review. This lessens the impact of the real negative reviews. We found a car online, appeared to be a decent buy. Upon arrival we found the dealership facility is dirty and crowded with cheap furniture and just an overall mess. It just has a sketchy vibe. We waited in line to be signed in, only to be told that the car that was listed on the website was in make ready and told to find something else. We walked their lot to find that the vast majority of their vehicles have significant cosmetic damage with little or no effort to even clean out their interiors. I suspect that most are mechanically as bad. Very few of the vehicles on the lot have actual prices, year model, or mileage posted on them. We were told by the sales person to text with the inventory number and that they would find the price. We texted about a few of their beaters thinking that they must be priced accordingly only to find that they wanted premium prices for vehicles We bounced.
!AVOID THE SALES REP CESAR!I wish I could give this place negative stars just because of the complete lack of customer respect this place has. Look elsewhere, I promise you’ll regret buying from this place.If you value your time and money then PLEASE TRUST ME WHEN I SAY STAY AWAY FROM THEM.The manger of the dealership herself was a very shady person from the beginning. She lied literally about everything they promised. They promised new tires because it had a flat and instead just patched it, they broke studs off the wheel hubs and didn’t mention anything about it. They forgot the floor mats, they broke the bumper when they were shipping it to my house and when confronted about it they literally just stopped answering my calls. They Called me a month after the purchase talking about picking up the loaner they gave me when it was returned literally a month before the call. They add a “$500 paint protection plan” to every car on the lot but by all means they will not honor it. The lack of communication was absolutely terrible. I sat for 8 HOURS while everyone else got taken care of in finance all because they “got confused on who was next”. I’m telling you the cars on their lot will fall apart the minute you drive off and they pretty much could care less at that point.
I’m writing this review way late but. It’s been a year and I haven’t had any issues with my car. You won’t find better prices for used vehicles than Auto Boutique and they have good quality cars. This and Carmax are the only two places I’d buy a used car from & even CM can’t beat these prices. The salesman I had, Anthony, was not pushy or annoying at all. He let me look and didn’t try to pressure me into buying something. The process to buy was fast.Only thing I will say is that the finance lady I had was pushy about the warranties. Which is probably to prevent angry customers but it was my first time buying a car & i felt pressured to get all warranties but they let me get a refund for the cosmetic one which i realized I didn’t need so it’s cool.
Excellent customer service from Alex and Hayden. Both were extremely low stress, very easy to talk to. Alex helped us get exactly what we were looking for in a vehicle, Hayden helped us set up our financing, all with a no pressure experience. Will definitely be back when we need another vehicle.

Was extremely excited to get my car Charlie is an amazing sales person my problem is I paid for a warranty so when i got the car the stereo wasn’t working now the car is breaking down completely Juan said he was going to text me when to come back to the dealership but now Juan and Charlie is avoiding my calls altogether and also Juan lied to my mother saying the radio worked when he was in the car but when I got the car from his possession the radio didn’t work at all I doubt it mysteriously stopped working as soon as I got in the car. it’s very disappointing because I had an amazing experience buying this car but the lack of communication and the car not being properly ready is something I can’t support. This has been going on for 2 weeks maybe going on for longer the way they are acting towards me I still have yet to hear back from anyone. Also a key was suppose to come with my key fob i tried to take the key out because the key fob is dying (perfect) and it’s literally no key to be found I’ll be calling again today to see if I can get thru to anybody but I doubt it
