I went in for just an alignment but was immediately notified of a damaged control arm along with needing strut replacements. Kevin was able to show me a diagram and provide me as much information as I needed. He was of great help. Nline Automotive was very professional and attentive to my needs. In no way of an exaggeration, I feel like Im driving a new car. I am a happy customer.

For anyone who has lowered their car this review will be short and sweet for you: I had called many other places and they quoted me a TON of money and after asking around the VW community I was told to check these guys out. I got my car lowered down the street and they had nothing but great things to say about the company. I got there early in the morning and they were able to get me in relatively quick. They did great work and I was checked in with a few different times for updates. $89 wasnt bad, and even if they had to charge me in addition to that I would have been ok with it. If youre wondering where to get your car aligned at look no further and just go in! 11/10 would recommend!

This place has great reviews for a reason. We are new in town and needed general maintenance on my car. Decided to give them a try. Dropped my vehicle off at 8am and the were done at 10:30 sharp, as promised. This will definitely be my go to from now on.

This team went above and beyond to figure out a complicated problem with our van. They could have easily let us go to a dealer and instead researched and tried alternatives which lead to the repair. I would take our cars there again.

First time customer & this will be my shop of choice for the services provided thanks to John F. I arrived right at opening hoping to be 1 of the 1st in line bc I had an extremely tight schedule for this particular morning. To my disappointment, every single bay was already occupied and I was looking at a 3 hour wait at the very least. Which I couldnt spare but really needed to have the vehicle aligned that morning as I more than likely wouldnt have been able to come back before having to go back to work. John was gracious enough to move some things around unbeknownst to me which cut my wait time down by an hour & half. Not to mention that the alignment was perfect. I let my wheel go after getting on the freeway and it stayed straight with absolutely no wavering. Please note that I had an alignment done about 5 months prior at another shop but didnt realize that I needed suspension work done at that time. The shop took my $ for an alignment that wasnt gonna do any good for my vehicle. This shop didnt do that. John explained right upfront that they would assess FIRST whether or not the vehicle was in need of repairs prior to doing the alignment. Which those repairs had already been done 2 weeks prior. I just appreciate that he didnt do what the other shop did. Seems to be an honest place of business. My only gripe was the technician who test drove my vehicle afterwards. He burned rubber out of the parking lot causing the vehicle to hit hard down onto the pavement. Them he hit the gas SUPER hard and burned rubber right thru the light. I didnt like OR appreciate that AT ALL!

Only place I take my Dodge Charger! These guys are great at what they do and great customer service. Are some parts of my car expensive? Yes but John makes sure everything is running well with my car and I’ll for sure be a client for many years to come.

Great customer service. Had a lot of items that needed to be done and it ended up taking a bit longer than expected due to a delay on a job before my car. They provided a discount on the bill. I would definitely bring my car back here again. The prices are pretty much the going rate for labor and part and were reasonable.

Car was working had check engine was told of misfire so I agreed to get belts and tune up, after they fixed they couldnt start car, next got car back again had problems took back repaired their dime again again car had trouble on top of that belts pulley fell off, they broke the radiator which they fixed . Since then my car has had issue after issue . Never will I go there or refer someone to this place

My 2008 F150 was repaired, on time as promised. I will return for further service. They do it all. Brakes, oil changes, AC repair, shocks and struts.

These guys are okay ..they do pretty good work. Only problem i had was these guys like to burn rubber in your vehicle when they test drive your car after an alignment. Guy actually done it twice that day and when i said something to him he apologized.. as if that got my runner back on my tires..smh

Tried using a 10$ coupon but they were trying to change rods n the whole works n current perform the alignment without fixing issues 485$. I got charge 35$ n asked if I could use the coupon to take 10$ off but said no brought it to hempstead n clay they fixed it for 40$ . Wont recommend.

Tried to gouge work outta my car since I am a woman. Too bad I was born into a car family and knew everything the mechanic was saying was bs. Went in for an alignment, since I dont have the computer to do it myself, and the mechanic came out and talked to the person in the front rather than talking directly to me standing right in front of him explaining how I needed new struts and an entirely new suspension job. I immediately said no, take my car down. They didnt even align it in the hour that it took for him to look at it and charged me $35 to do nothing. Would not recommend, especially if you are a woman because they will try and take advantage.In addition:I did not go in for my tires cupping, because they did not have that issue. I went in because there was minor smooth wearing of the driver side front tire so i needed my alignment to be checked, which took an hour to check without adjusting anything even though I have done my own personal alignment in high school auto tech in 1 hour WITH camber, caster and toe adjustments. I figured out myself later that it was simply a gash from a run in with a pothole where the tire briefly scraped the shock cup because there was still debris on the shock cup where it made contact. I still have the printout that reveals that they did nothing. Im so happy that they know that industry standards are to replace struts at 50,000 but for my car its 100,000 and THAT IS NOT WHAT I CAME IN FOR. Again, I reiterate that since I am a woman they immediately saw a pay day. Also, the left rear bearing noise was my rusty rotor and I know that because I change my own calipers. The entire visit made me livid and I was tempted to not pay for the suspension inspection that I DID NOT COME IN FOR but instead I bit the bullet and tried not to cause a scene. Ended up spending an hour in a half of my time there for them to see if they could trick me out of my hard earned money. NO THANKS.

Very professional and technically competent staff. Like any auto repair shop, if you go in expecting an instant opening, or a two hour job done in 15 minutes, you will be dissapointed. What a good shop, such as this one, will do is give you a solid timeframe, when they will start, and how long it will take once started. These guys nailed it!

Ive had quite a bit of work done by these guys. They stay busy and it can take awhile but thats a good sign that everyone else also wants NLine to work on their vehicle too. They have free Internet and comfortable theater seating to make your stay more comfortable while you wait.

Way way over priced 200% mark up on parts alone plus 1.00 per min. For man hours took 4 hours for them to charge 35 dollars just to look at it. I wouldnt have minded that if they would have told me this before they did it and took 4 hours out of my day then staff was rude on top terrible way to run a business.

I have a dropped truck and they did my alignment and it drives straight as an arrow!

My ford Taurus is running great I just that I didnt have to wait so long but I do understand it is on a first come first serve basis but other than that I have nothing to complain about Im glad my car is running thanks guys

I would give six stars if I could. After my positive experience here today I intend to use Nline far into the future. Friendly people. Perfectlhy executed alignment of all four wheels for $80 plus tax. But that is only if they determine that you need it. If you dont need an alignment, it is only the $30 for the time they took to set up the equipment and check your alignment. Which I consider to be exceptionally fair pricing. It was a Tuesday as a walk-in and they had me in and out in the time it took me to walk across the street, have a coffee at a fast food place, do a little this and that on my iPad. Highly recommended.

I drive a Lexus LS460. Took it to Discount Tire and got four new tires. First time I drove it on the freeway it was horrible, steering wheel shake at freeway speeds. Took it back to Discount Tire so they could rebalance the wheels. After their second attempt to balance the wheels it was WORSE! Took the car to Nline Automotive and explained the issue to Peter. After inspecting the car he called me and said maybe a rebalance would help, maybe not, my call. Zero up-selling or pressure. I told him to try it and the car drives perfectly. I had a great experience here and wanted to share it.

I will share again that NLine is one of the best car shops in Houston!

Front end alignment on a 1971 Chevelle with custom UMI Performance stage 5 suspension. They did a great job on it.

Had a humming/ roaring noise coming out from the front end of my car. Got it checked out at Nline Automotive. They quoted me 1 grand to fix my struts and brakes. I declined the transaction for I believe that it was unnecessary to spend that much money. I believed that it was the tires. I went to a dealership and diagnosed that the problem is tire cupping. I replaced my tires and they charged me $150 dollars. For a high rating automotive store, they actually arent that good in diagnosing problems. They will also take advantage of you if you dont know anything about automotive.

Ive only been here once. I took my car here when it needed the radiator replaced. My car is a 2001 Toyota Celica. They quoted me $531!! Ridiculous!! Nexar Auto Repair quoted me $275 plus tax, so dont come here for repairs.

Called today to get an alignment. Their hours are 8-5 on Saturday but since its the Rodeo cook off, they are closing at 1:00. Im all for the tradition of the rodeo but...

I trust my car maintenance with these folks. They have always treated me with respect and fairly.

Went in for an alignment after I gave a curb a tap on the left side and they said I needed $2000 dollars in repairs for the right side of my front suspension. They still charged me 35 dollars for looking at it and after making me wait 6 hours. On a later visit I made they didn’t know where my battery was located or how to open my trunk. Then later I asked if they could install suspension parts and they said yes but when I arrive with the parts they didn’t bother giving it a shot.

Tried to tell me I needed $600 worth of repairs for an alignment. Then made me pay $25. For just looking at it. Took to Firestone no problem fixing it. Crooks Crooks your crooked business owes me 25
