These people are so nice! They have always helped a single woman in need for things that I couldnt do myself. They will always get my service.

The staffs here genuinely care about your car and are honest about things. Ive been coming here for years now because of that reason. some tire centers would charge you more especially if you dont know much about cars in general (me), but this place would never does that. if theres something wrong with my car, they dont mind checking for you for free of charge or telling whats covered under our car warranty etc. and the staffs are friendly and easy to communicate as well. and the lobby area is always very clean too.

I must say this is so far the best auto place in the Westchase area! Great service!

I went to Westchase Auto Care to get a state inspection for my truck. One of the guys greeted me, took my info and went to get a technician to do my inspection.The technician gave the findings to the manager who relayed the issues. One of the issues was tint (too dark). He tells me the tint is too dark to pass inspection. After giving me that info, he tells me (an African-American female) “if you get stopped by the cops and they can’t see into the vehicle… we’ll, let’s just say they’re not going to shoot me”. Given the climate in the country currently, that was unprofessional and insensitive, to be nice.I’d never recommend this place for any work. If this is what I got for something as simple as a state inspection, I can’t imagine giving them my business for anything else.

I got same estimate for repair like the Dealer, Arm and leg cutting prices in their computer system!!!!

I’ve been coming for about 2 years for mainly inspections. I lease my car so don’t need much else usually but these guys are always super friendly. They aren’t pushy salesman type and if I needed something bigger taken care of, I believe they would be honest all around. I definitely recommend checking them out

They will always waste your time with massive waits. Everytime I go its a waste of time. This time was the worst. They wasted my entire day. The inspector just left an hour early with no explanation or warning. Cant get the car inspected now even though the hours arent over yet. What kind of unprofessional worker just leaves in the middle of work with no explanation?Go elsewhere.

I felt good about this place after going in for my inspection for the first time. They were honest and friendly. I went back to get my brakes replaced after my inspection visit. Chris was so easy to understand and knowledgeable. This will be my go to place for all car maintenance repairs for now on. Im glad there is honest mechanics still out there.

Excellent service! Im usually dissatisfied by the alignments I get from large chains because it seems like no one actually tries the car out on the road to make sure things are tightly in spec. Had them do an alignment on my wifes car and its tracking straight and true. Very reasonable pricing as well.

We took our 1956 Ford truck over there for oil change & check up. They changed the oil and fixed the brake lights. Since this truck was modified, they dont know what kind of parts to purchase to fix the leaking. The owner and the manager all are very friendly and trustworthy. We definitely will go back there for some other services.

First time coming to this location and I was helped out by Brian and he was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and even worked on the price. The staff was super friendly and tried to accommodate me as much as possible. Amazing experience at Goodyear will be coming back for sure :)

Needed oil change. Having issues with check engine light and oil. Previously went to honda dealership. My car says 5000 miles oil change but the light came on at 3000 miles. Chris was awesome. Helped me understand what I need and what issues arise. Highly recommended.

The guys at Westchase Tire are not only helpful but also super knowledgeable. If you are not certain the style of wheel you want they will take the time to give you ideas and not simply try to push the sell and then push you out the door. They are also ensure the proper fit. Many people dont realize that certain size tires and wheel sizes can take away from your cars overall performance. This is where Moe and his staff can really assist. They make sure your fitment is correct to ensure your vehicle performs as it should. They have great prices and are extremely attentive to their customers needs. I ruined the rim on my wheel in a crash, and my car is discontinued so the rim was going to be $600. They found a rim that would work for only likw $120. They always get my car back within a day or two and they NEVER push extra services you dont need

Fantastic place! I took my car in to get the state inspection and they discovered that both brake lights werent working. They took me out to show me the issue, pulled my car to the side to track down what was wrong (both bulbs burned out), had the lights fixed AND the cars inspection done in an hour. Theyre also open at 7AM, which is much earlier than any of the places I could find in the area. Fast, friendly, and they didnt push any unnecessary repairs, which means Ill definitely be back here.

Love having Westchase so close to where I live. I called them about a flat tire on my car. They told me to call back in the afternoon when there would not be so busy. I went over there and they fixed my tire in less than fifteen minutes and had it back on my car. Great service and very nice staff!

Brian, the manager, and Scott, the New Guy, were both very friendly. I took my car in for a problem i had noticed the day before and the problem was resolved the same day. I feel the pricing was fair and I have noticed a difference in the way my Grand Marquis rides. Who knows how long the issue they fixed had been present? I will continue to bring my car to this shop in the future after having gone to Adams Automotive for years. I even got a rather pleasant surprise for being a first time customer. Id also like to say the the fellow who gave me a ride home was extremely polite. Im sorry I didnt get his name. The next test for them will be my rear brakes. Multiple shops have been unable to resolve that issue.

An awful management, some very rude employees and very expensive. Don’t waste your time and money.

I took my Nissan Juke to get the brakes replaced (squeaking, and due for new pads). They were very quick and replaced all four pads and as a courtesy, replaced the rotors as well! Chad explained to me that I would not have been happy had the rotors not been changed, as the squeaking would have persisted, but I did not have the means to replace the pads and rotors in the same day. I am very grateful for Chad and his team. They definitely have ALL of my automotive business going forward.

I took my Chevy Van in with a minor tail light problem. Brian was very helpful by informing me with what the possible problem could be but assured me that they would take care of my problem. They not only fixed my light but they also performed a required vehicle inspection. They took a personal interest in making sure ALL my needs were addressed and in record time. I was in and out in less than an hour. This place and these guys are awesome. I HIGHLY recommend it.

DONT PATCH YOUR TIRE HERE! I went to check my tire pressure and was told there was a nail in my tire. They charged me $20 to remove the nail and patch the tire. Only nine days later, my tire was flat again. I had to call roadside assistance for help. I went to a chain tire store and was told that my tire was unsafely patched! My tire was only patched once and I end up with replacing 2 tires even though they are not worn out. I SHOULD NOT COME TO THIS STORE AT FIRST PLACE!

There is nothing free in life men!After paying for my tire repair. I asked if they offered free brake check or engine check like AutoZone and he replied, theres nothing free in life manWhat do you call that?

They gave me an excellent detailed description of what was wrong with my car’s AC. And their prices outdid every other shop around!!!!

My husband and I came here to get both of our cars serviced. He needed an oil change and tire rotation and I need an oil change, inspection renewed and air filter replaced. During my inspection he noticed I needed two new tires which of course racked our bill up... we were given an amazing deal, to say the least, because our ticket was going to be around $600! The guys working there truly care about customer satisfaction and its refreshing to get that level of service! We will definitely be getting our cars serviced here as long as we live in the Houston area.

I dont know where all these reviews are coming from but I I wouldnt recommend this place to my worse enemy. The guy tried to oversell me up to 1k to fix my belt for an issue that cost 180. I feel sorry for all the nice people that come here because youre being duped. Save your money and shop around for other prices. The guy is very sketchy.I suggest looking at the lot, counting the amount of customers that visit and basically looking around to give you a clue and some context of what your getting into. Its a complete scam although I was very cordial and took my money to the auto care on dairy Ashford and Richmond, Im just blessed that I followed my intuition.

I have been taking my car to Westchase Tire & Automotive for over 10 years and they have done everything from oil changes, clutch replacement to engine work and and have always done the job right the first time and on time. (they even helped me get a window replaced one time)My Saturn has over 200,000 miles and is still going strong thanks to Chad and his team of mechanics. I recommend them highly for auto repair and maintenance.These guys rock when you really need your car fixed right the first time.They are 5 star, I guarantee it!

Great crew that work very hard on customer service and even harder on my car

Went in to get my brakes changed about a month ago. However, my rotors warped due to a bad batch of them, and I went in to have them look at it. Everything was still under warranty so they ordered me new brakes and changed them out, with no charge. I appreciate them being so honest with me and they changed out my brakes in no time.

Took my car in for an oil change and patch one of my tire, they were really fast with service and the work performed was great, my tire was looking good as new, Brian the manager was great explaining the things on my vehicle that needed to be worked on and he also provided me with a quote for everything needed. Will be back for sure!!

Don’t trust these ppl.. beware!Last time I took my car here for an inspection, after I got it back I noticed the a tire had a small puncture and needed to be replaced .Next I took my other car and had a same problem with a tire.I can’t believe I went back again as it’s very convenient to me and now my car dashboard lights have stopped working !!

Found this place when I moved to Houston three years ago. I bring both my cars here for all servicing needs, and have also been satisfied. I wouldnt go anywhere else, having a good and fair mechanic is irreplaceable.

I went in this past Saturday with really bad rear suspension issues on my 99 Camry. They gave me the price (which was fair I suppose) and offered me a loaner vehicle until it was done. The process went as smoothly as my car drives today lol. Thank you and I’m satisfied.

These folks have always been great. I stumbled upon them once after an emergency flat tire near them, and they were able to take care of it same day for a fair price. Since then, I have exclusively gone there and they have gone above and beyond to make sure any issues with my car are addressed, and never seem frustrated if I take it back when I think it might not quite be right yet.I tend to have to drop it off with no notice, and they dont mind at all. Ive paid the best rates by far than I have anywhere else, and they remember me when I come in. I owe a lot in particular to the owner and Roger, who worked really hard to make sure my car was safe to drive and fixed at bargain prices after an unexpected issue with my car shaking turned up. I highly recommend them to anyone. Fair prices, fair business, and they know their stuff.

Really amazing service. I cant recommend these guys highly enough. Had a broken valve stem that they replaced, no questions asked, free of charge. It was about the best experience you can have at a repair shop.

Ive been luck to work right next to this place for over 5 years and I will not take my truck to anyone else. Clean, Honest, and fair!

Do not get an oil change here if you have an older vehicle. On my first visit for an oil change for a 1994 Lexus SC400 they took the liberty of using a synthetic blend instead of asking me if I wanted a synthetic blend. After 200K miles on conventional oil, part of the engine seal is the oil gunk built up over time. Insert a synthetic and it will brush all of the gunk away, resulting in engine leaks, as with my vehicle after 3k miles.Apparently they tried to wash the surrounding oil from the engine area which shorted out my alternator. They clearly have a number of combined years of experience so I cannot say whether it was malicious or incompetence.I can only say I will not be returning.

I had just had a flat tire one morning on my way to work, coming out of my apartment complex that is 5 mins from this Westchase tire and auto. I drove to WT&A and Chad was able to help me in matters of mins and put my spare tire on!!! Would definitely recommend this place.

Chad and Roger do exceptional work. I make it a point to take all 4 of my vehicles there. Warm, friendly and always to the point.

Really just a great auto repair shop...knowledgable, professional, honest, and super courteous..they shoot straight with you, and will help you out if they can. Theyre not dirt cheap, but for the work they do, their prices are reasonable. Probably as good as youre going to get in the auto repair business.

Overall, had a good experience. Went in with a wobbly tire and three others towards the end of their tread life. Left with four new tires with road hazard warranty and an alignment on my 2015 Chrysler 200 for under $700.

Quick and solid work

Ive been taking my Ford Explorer here for over 10 years now. I used to live and work within two blocks from it, however I moved away (25 minutes or so when theres no traffic). I made the mistake of taking my SUV to the nearby dealer this week. I declined to have the dealer do any repairs and will be saving over $800 on the two major repairs I need ($1700+ down to about $900)! Also giving me a nice loaner car with toll tags. Chad still remembers me and recognized my voice on the phone and still remembered my car (its been over 3 years since Ive been here as I havent needed anything except and oil change in that time). Furthermore, everyone I knew who worked with me when I worked down the street from here loved this place too.

Well these guys sure remind me of how a trip to the auto repair shop use to be like. Took in my 1970 mustang to have my spark plugs replaced. The management were great. Chad made me feel welcomed and at home. After awhile chad and a mechanic named mikey brought me to see my car and showed me that i also had a valve cover leak. I had no idea and i was glad they had pointed that out to avoid a future repair. There was no hassle no classic oh you need a major over haul jazz like other crooked shops. I was very satisfied and will be returning.

They do an awesome job and have a very knowledgeable staff. They are pricey but still lower than the dealership.

Good customer relations however, the service was not up to par. I got re-quoted several times times which indicated severe incompetence. They seem to have limited repair experience with certain types of cars.

Came with me wife and they made me feel like a king they fixed our car when even the dealer couldnt fix it thank you guys for the great service and I will tell all my family and friends what a great shop you guys have again thank you and god bless you .

Good inexpensive place to get routine maintenance on your car done.

I used to always come here because I trusted the mechanics. In the past few months, I had to replace the AC System and they came in at $850. I looked for a second opinion, and i got a second offer to fix it for $400. I let them know this, and they immediately dropped the price to $400 so that I would service it there (even though they were about to charge me twice as much originally). I get my oil changed here all the time for $75, and last time they wanted to charge me $91, I had to push to get the $75 price Ive always paid. Lastly, they were recommending some other changes that added up to $1500. I took it to another mechanic and they said it was all unnecessary, as those parts were still in good shape and did not need to be replaced. This place has completely lost my trust.

First trip I had the presumed owner tell me my car with TPMS doesn’t use seals on the sensors when they put new tires on and that’s when you replace them about 2 months later (today) I had a nail and apparently they don’t use plug patches they use the plug only which are nutritious for failing so now I have to drive to another location to repair the “cheap fix”

I gave this place shot because of other reviews, but I cant say my experience was the same. I called ahead and told them I would drop my car off at 11 for an oil change and state inspection, and was told between 25 and 45 minutes. 2 other vehicles pull up while I am waiting on my ride to take me to grab lunch. I get back at almost 12 and my vehicle has not been moved. I ask why and I was told sorry we got busy, but the other two vehicles that came in after me had been pulled in to be serviced. Once I get back to my office, I get a call that I also need two new tires when I know that is not the case. I received no courtesy call to let me know that my car was ready. When I arrived to pick up my car the first thing, I noticed was that they had left the trash from my old inspection sticker in the car along with the debris from scraping it off. Lastly, be ready to open up your pocket books here.

They gave me wrong diagnosis, wrong work, and they wanted to charge me to do what i originally suspect. I am not a mechanic but i was able to know the issue and they said something else. I will not go there again nor recommend them for any body.
