I bought my new F-Pace with Richard a couple of weeks ago and could not be happier. I had some changes done by them the following week (blackout of all chrome) and Richard and Tom went above and beyond to be sure I was well taken care of and completely happy with all aspects. Richard was in constant communication with me to be sure I was kept informed of the progress and afterwards he made sure I was fully satisfied with the changes. Definitely recommend them !

Brought the Project 8 for a very few small items (Parts).Right away the face of the service guy was not engaging.... almost like depressed....Funny to say.I go to parts, wait for my turn. Then I give my VIN to the part guy. He picked up a call and cut me off to engage a conversation with the caller. He saw my face, like ...Surprised face type....Raised his finger to say, wait for a minute....Then, I was like ... I am out...Be cool, but there is a way to do it and a way to do not do it.At the end of the day, NICE SERVICE and Easy going atmosphere are keys.By the way, I said Project 8, as they will recognize the event right away... you dont have too many of them out there... I cross the city of Houston to have my family of Jags serviced at Momentum on 59 and beltway 8. I visit this location because Kevin Sturgess works here. I followed him from the old location on Kirby Dr. He is dependable, honest and sincere. I don’t like that Car service costs $$s. However, Kevin keeps it simple, he tells me what’s needed in repairs, gives me the cost and gets it cranked out of the shop reasonably fast. This service advisor makes me feel comfortable that I’m getting good service at a fair price from Momentum Jaguar. Lucky for me that’s what I like.Again in 2020 I’m a satisfied Momentum Jaguar customer. The valet that greeted me in the drive-up lane, the mechanics that do the back-breaking work, the attractive cashiers that take payments and even the service advisers like Kevin Sturgess,who have the easiest job at the dealership, are all great.Best of all they work as a team. To my great delight they have eliminated a whinnying noise emanating from the engine compartment of my XJ.I don’t know if this is the best dealership in the country but I’m certain that Kevin is the best service advisor. Had the unfortunate luck to be run off the road onto a curb to avoid being hit. The accident caused my steering to be extremely hazardous, I was able to make it home. Today, I was able to drive to Momentum and get it taken in for evaluation. I have always had every confidence in Momentum as their customer service is five star. Even with the pandemic and no previous appointment...they made it happen. I am grateful for their customer service and support. Accolades to Kevin Sturgess for always having my back!

To be honest, I had some not so great experiences at Momentum Service many years ago, but this time the experience was wonderful. Even in the middle of quarantining during the Covid-19 event, they were professional, friendly and the work was performed excellently. They had all of their social distancing procedures down pat and it was a breeze to get in and get out. Very happy that I decided to give them another chance.

The team at Southwest Jaguar always ensures I have a personal/pleasurable experience. The staff take ownership of their responsibility and execute accordingly. It is a pleasure interacting with everyone in the chain from the way the phone is answered when I call to schedule an appointment, to the minute I drive away when I pick my car up.Daniel is exceptional at what he does; displaying professionalism, knowledge, care and concern. He works assiduously at ensuring a win-win situation for the dealership and the client; that to me is priceless. The gentleman who operates the shuttle is a delight! Reading all of these other reviews online on Jaguar Southwest Houston seems to have much negativity since most others only write reviews out of spite rather than content. I would like to share my experience because at least I know and have had an unparalleled experience with Jay Robles being my salesman. It first began when I happened to be driving on the road and passed by this dealership seeing a vehicle that caught my eye in the front lot. I then proceeded inside to meet Jay, and he treated me with greatest respect even though I am only 20 years old, and most other salesmen would just pass me by. I test drove the car and instantly fell in love with it and knew I had to own it somehow. We talked numbers on the car, and even though it was priced lower than the market value, Jay somehow talked to the GM and helped to reduce the invoice on the car even more! I still had not even confirmed I could purchase the car until I consulted with my parents, but Jay reassured to me I could call him in the evening on his own personal phone and that he would hold the vehicle for me even though I had not even placed a deposit down yet even with another prospect buyer. The following day I had planned to purchase the vehicle but I had some issues with financing; nevertheless Jay worked me though the process and worked with my mom to help cosign too. We then had a dilemma with pulling up credit scores due to my moms own accident of having it locked so we could not proceed until Monday when the credit agency was open. Throughout this time Jay kept in contact with us through text and calls to fill out other necessary information for the bank to loan me the rest of the amount. After all of that occurrence, we cleared all the necessary finances and it was finally my car I always dreamed of having! When the car was fully detailed and was for my visual inspection I noticed some minor curb rash, some tar material on one of the wheels, and some small paint chips. Since it was raining that day Jay guaranteed I could come back at my convenience and he would personally have all of those imperfections taken care of despite of my car being a used vehicle. A week later as he promised, he called me up to ask if I would like to have all the flaws fixed which then I came in that day. Even though he was busy with another client, he took no time to take my car back to the detail shop where they professionally fixed the wheel, paint chips and also polished the wheels too. Overall I am exceptionally impressed with the show of character Jay Robles has even with me being a 20 year old kid, and to keep his promise of taking care of what he would get repaired. New cars or used vehicles, I highly advocate to have Jay Robles as your salesman.
As always everything my vehicle have been service there and my service person Kevin S have taken good care of me and my vehicle. Check everything out thoroughly and get me back on the road. Never had a problem nor an issue there at all.

Customer service is lacking. Sales staff informed me they were too busy to assist on a lease quote after asking several questions from me and then waiting hours for no response back.
It was past the time for my annual check up; my faithful Service Technician, Kevin Sturgess called and told me I was past due and needed to bring my car in. Kevin has been there for me with all three of my car purchases and makes sure that I stay on top of my car service needs. There were basic service needs but he spotted a few problems that needed immediate attention, he has always put my safety as a priority. My experience at Jaguar Momentum has always been of five-star service and care.
Be very cautious of this dealershipThey will tell you to place a deposit on a vehicle make you go through the process and they will sell the car underneath you and run your credit make you lose credit points.I ended up buying my vehicle somewhere else but warn everybody from this dealership it’s not worth the hassle. You can find your car for a better deal than here without damaging your credit.

I had a fantastic experience at Momentum Jaguar. They didn’t have me waiting around all day. Believe after a 3 hour drive from San Antonio sitting around trying to close the deal is the last thing I wanted to do. My salesman Aaron Gomez was absolutely the best he didn’t just sell me a vehicle and wash his hands of me. It’s been 3 weeks since I bought my E-pace and he is still prompt in responding to me if I call or text with a question. I’ve bought other cars from various brands and dealerships over the years I can honestly say this was the best experience bay far.
My service manager Kevin Sturgess always takes care of my needs from providing me with complete assistance in down loading an update GPS/navigation tape to seeing that my new license plates get switched out.He always returns my calls in a timely manner. Superb service! I love their waiting area which is where I was able to plug in my laptop at a table with a lamp and take a videoconference call using their free wifi. I just wish they had cookies ready at 9 am :)
My experience with Jaguar Southwest Houston has always been exceptional. Kevin Sturgess, my service adviser, has always provided exceptional services by discussing the annual inspections and the services included in each inspection. He always provides an estimate for the services and/or needed repairs. When the service is completed, Kevin reviews the paperwork with me in detail prior to payment. He is very personal, knowledgeable, and professional.
Im assuming that the people who wrote 5 star reviews are fake. I bought my 2017 Jaguar XF out of state from a Jaguar dealership with 17,000 miles on it. This vehicle was their loaner car. I scheduled a maintenance for the vehicle 7 months after I purchased it, at 23,000 miles. When I got to the dealership they wanted to charge me around $280 because it was never serviced. I explained about the vehicle and that it was never titled before I purchased it because it was still the dealerships. Mr. Herrera, told me there is nothing he can do, that its going to cost me the $280. He wouldnt call the dealership I purchased it from, nor did he get a manager or try to accommodate. Now that I have called the dealership I purchased it from, they are sending the service record. They said that it was serviced under their used car department and wouldnt show up under the normal maintenance because it was never titled.My parents also have a Jaguar that they took here and they had to wait over 4 hours at the dealership and did not receive a loaner vehicle. I would not recommend this dealership for any service work. I will be driving further to go to a different dealership.

I have been using Momentum Jaguars Service dept. for some time now. I tried Jaguar Central’s service department because it was closer to me but I didn’t receive the same experience. I would rather drive the extra distance to get excellent customer service. My service advisor Daniel Herrera always makes me feel like a priority. I’m always kept up to date on my vehicle status and he is always happy to help. I even had to come in 2 hours earlier than my scheduled appointment due to my time schedule changing, without a call or warning. Daniel still made it a point to get me in and out even though I dropped in unexpectedly. Going the extra mile every time! I highly recommend this place and it’s staff.

I came here to look at a vehicle about two weeks ago. I had an appointment, but ended up having to wait about an hour and a half to see the vehicle. Turns out seeing it is all I would get to do, as they have somehow managed to lose the keys to it. “No big deal”, I thought. The salesman, Travis said he’d keep me updated about the car, as I was genuinely interested in it. A week passes, and my emails regarding the vehicle keep going unanswered. I put in another test drive request, and finally got an email back stating that he’d let me know if the keys ever show up. Still nothing. I guess he just didn’t want the sale. That’s quite alright. I will take my business and money elsewhere. Houston is a big city, after all.

This place has great customer service in the sales as well as servicing department. When placing an order through Volvos Over Seas Delivery program the sales men/women were very helpful in informing us about the process and making sure we ordered the perfect car for us. We have recently switched dealers for servicing as this place is much better at keeping us informed and doing quality work with a smile on their face. The people in the service department are happy to help you and are very active in the Volvo community to offer people help and advice. They also keep a fleet of very nice loaners, which can go quickly, but if they go they are happy to give you a rental at no cost. However, if you are there for a quick service, there are several waiting rooms with FREE coffee and snacks.

Finally a dealership with staff that is knowledgeable with the product that they are selling! Jesus Phillips contacted me via email to respond to an online inquiry I placed. His knowledge of the products offered and true concern for finding what we were looking for in a car was impressive. He recommended different vehicles from various brands at the dealership that could fit the bill of what our must have list was as well as keeping us in the budget we wanted. The general mood of all the employees in the dealership was upbeat and professional. They worked together like a well oiled machine. Jesus didnt miss a beat. He met our every need and was truly exceptional to work with. This was one of the first car buying experiences that I can say, yes, we would highly recommend this dealership and this sales person! Thank you also to, Jimmy, the manager who invests in his staff and is available and personable to the customer throughout the process, not just in the end when you make the deal.
Buyer beware DONT buy a use car from these people my husband bought a car a month later the car had all kinds of services issues and I Mean No One help us I would not recommend them to no one not even my worst enemy they could do better with there customer service if I could I would not given them any stars and for us to get the Gold Premium Extend warranty plan with the car and no one help us I just can’t believe they do there Customers like that I was planning on getting a car there but I just ended up going somewhere else because of my husband Issues with them They do not care about their Customers once they get your money you are SOL and my husband haven’t even got his plates yet before it went down

Have used Momentum service department ( Kevin) since 1998 when I bought my jaguar. This is the best service department ever. Did all my maintenance services and anything thereafter. They have great experienced mechanics . My car is still with me and in good condition. When and if I have to buy another car, it will have to be from Momentum so can be assured I have the best service in Houston. Just cannot sat enough about their service department and how much I appreciate all of them.

Just left Momentum Jaguar/Land Rover. Horrible. Not one person asked if we needed help, even though several salespeople were standing around visiting. If I am paying that much for a car, I expect great customer service. I wonder if it would have made a difference if they knew we were paying cash today? Never again.... We will try the Jaguar North location. Second time the Momentum brand has given me less than stellar service. My BMW experience with them has been only slightly better. At least at the point of sale. I wont go into their customer service.
Took my 2016 F-Type in today for service here and was treated very well. Kevin took great care of my car and I appreciate that they were extra careful with it and made sure things were done right. Will continue to come back and highly recommend this dealership.

I was shopping for a used vehicle on the lower end of the spectrum for a Jaguar dealership. I feel I was treated with the same respect and professionalism as if I had been shopping for a high end vehicle.

Although I didnt buy my Volvo from Momentum, it is the dealership that I have chosen locally to do all of my maintenance and service. The service team at Momentum Volvo is top notch!! They have always gone far above and beyond to insure that I was a satisfied customer. They are always timely, extremely informative and willing to do that little extra that most dealers wouldnt think about.Not only have they done amazing work to my Volvo, they have really introduced me to a whole new community of Volvo owners! With their dealer events as well as their presence at local functions, theyve really shown me what a great commodity a GOOD dealership can be to the customer.Although I havent had the opportunity to purchase a car from their sales team, I plan on doing just that when it comes time to replace my vehicle. The showroom is always spotless and the waiting and lounge areas are second to none.Having had bad experiences at several other dealerships in my history, I have to say Momentum is a breath of fresh air! I recommend them to everyone I talk to about my c30.

Bought a new jaguar XE on 8/30/19. Put the car on the hwy for the first time on 9/10/19 and the car died on the hwy. Had to have it towed 200 miles back to the southwest dealership. Although the gas needle showed >1/4 of a tank, dealer diagnosis indicated the gas tank was empty. Dealership had to order a new gas tank and gas pump from the UK. Customer service has been well below par. As of 9/26/19 the new car is still being worked on at the dealership and Ive only driven it once
I drove 200+ miles to Momentum for an aftermarket part install and my experience couldnt have been better. Good prices, honest tech (Rich) who knows what hes doing and I got in & out quickly. Ill be back - its worth the drive to know youre dealing with fair and very competent people! They also sponsor Volvo meets and support the Volvo community!
I called twice and each time they tell me that someone will call but no one calls! I have a fpace and need to schedule service and some other maintenance. This is not good for a luxury car dealer!

Being my first car Ive owned since new, and the first Volvo in the family, I always like to ask lots of questions. Ive always received very helpful and detailed answers, and the people I have spoken with have never hesitated to answer my inquiries, even when the questions were about maintenance or repairs that I would be doing on my own.Quite refreshing that the people at such a large dealership like Momentum are so patient and helpful with their customers.
My wife and I got really disappointed with Sale style. We were car shopping between few option and seriously considering Jaguar as possible buy. Sale person tried to used napkin price offer with extreme mystery regarding packages, etc. We hate such selling practice and ran back to Lexus dealer who were more explicit, clear, modern printing, etc. I though Jaguar was a synonymous of prestige but using a piece of paper and handwriting price, finance terms, etc seems quite odd and cheap tactic.
The early morning drop off at Momentum Jaguar and chat with my advisor Kevin Sturgess was very pleasant, quick and effective.The 12 month service was performed promptly and delivered earlier than promised! The car feels great!The only gripe I have is that the Jag was not washed or even lightly wiped clean -inside or out- before delivery. When I take My Audi Q7 to Momentum Audi for anything, they always wash it before pick up.May be a small thing but driving away from your chosen dealership in a recently serviced luxury car just feels better when its clean and shiny!

I am really frustrated with this dealership right now. I had wonderful service when I purchased it, but once I drove off the lot, service was practically nonexistent.I had a question about my car (specifically about a feature in the trunk regarding the retractable roof), so I called the service department to find out if what I was experiencing was normal, or if I needed to make an appointment for service. This literally would have taken 30 seconds to answer, yet the receptionist said no one was available. She suggested I leave a message on their voicemail, but I should just call later because changes are, no one would return my call. Okay???? So, I decided to send my salesperson an email to see if I could help. Guess what! He didnt respond either! I finally ended up calling another dealership, and like I said before, they were able to answer my question in THIRTY SECONDS, and no service was needed.Today, I went to the dealership to make up my plates and have them installed. I pulled into the Service drive, and waited in my car for about 5 minutes. No one came out to help, so I walked in. As I walked in, a service person asked me if I was here for service. I said I was just here to get my plates installed, so he pointed me to the reception area to sign for them. I went back outside, and waited for another 5 minutes or so, and no one came out again. I went to talk to the receptionist in the Volvo service area, and she said she would send someone out. I went back out to my car again, and waited for another 5 minutes or so. Then a man pulled up next to me in his new car to have his plates installed. He was greeted right away, and he got his plates put on immediately. All the while, I am being completely ignored! So I go to reception and ask to speak to a manager. Not sure if the person who came to talk to me was the manager, but he did put my plates on right away. Im not sure if this is normal for this service department, but I dont think it is right to force the customer to actively search for help. As a result of my whole experience, I will NEVER return to this dealership.
I definitely did not have a good customer service experience here or with jaguar period. I came in for a back up camera issue. This is the third time that the same thing has happened. The first two times the Old Katy rd location worked on it. I came to the sw location because the guaranteed me a loaner car. My car just got out of warranty, but I was under the impression that because this was the third time it happened someone would acknowledge this and realize that this isnt normal and work something out. Well I was wrong! I had to get on the phone MYSELF and call the other jag dealership to see if they would cover and they said NOPE. Not their problem and because it happened in June 2016 they only cover repairs for a year! The service man Danny at SW location wasnt very helpful and didnt really care. I stayed on the phone for over an hr and they are charging me 400+ for a problem that shouldve been fixed the first 2 times. Not a good experience and I dont feel like my business is valued.

Sales rep assumed I couldnt afford one of their quality vehicles and never mentioned any of the cars on the lot that I later discovered (Which I was totally interested in and were completely within my price range).Long story short, I went to another land rover dealership and they happily sold me a car.Suggestion. If someone drives up to your lot in a BMW, they can probably afford what they say they can.
Very disappointing...The people were super friendly and the establishment is one of the cleanest Ive ever seen...However, I spoke with a sales person over the internet concerning a 2016 Mercedes CLS 400. I told him that my wife and are coming up from Portland, TX 3hrs away. We get there first thing in the morning just to be told the car had been sold. The salesperson was even unaware. We were disappointed but God works in mysterious ways. That car wasnt for us. We left there and went down to ABZ motors...AWESOME SERVICE, as we were enquiring about their 2016 Mercedes CLS 400, we were told it was at Mercedes being certified. We were long faced again, but as we were talking, another one showed up with a sports package, better than the one at Jaguar Southwest which come to find out was a base model. Long story short...We just purchased a 2016 Mercedes CLS...The wife is extremely happy. So maybe I should give them 3 stars, had they told us the other one was sold, we would have never came and bought the car that was meant for us...Thank you...😁
Those guys were did not seem interested in selling cars.. sales person when to manager came up with ridiculous amount to lease and said this is what we can do .. when I asked prices seem higher than what jaguar website shows for lease .. sales person said you migjt better off going to BMW, Lexus or Audi since they do better with lease then jaguar !!
Jerry Baker, the dealerships Service Manager, is the best. If you need help, turn to him. He recently contacted Jaguar USA on my behalf regarding a common defective on one of my Jaguars that I knew Corporate was backing up. Corporate did respond, but somehow dropped the ball on my case. As soon as I notified Jerry, he immediately followed up with Corporate, and I got my issue addressed in short order. Jerry manages a very busy service department, but he will make time for you. I have been doing business with Momentum for 15 years, and can attest that Jerry is one of the the best things going at the dealership. Please seek him out if you need help!
We bought a jag here and honestly I wish we would have gone to the other dealership for ONE reason, our “sales person” Ron. I hate to say this but by 3rd visit up there for Maint he’s still the same and i truly believe it’s because my husband is black. He never greets us, walks right by us and is NEVER helpful. We bought our jag outright he didn’t have to move a muscle since we didn’t need financing yet he was so rude!!!! We have plans to buy an F Pace or range and we will take our money which we pay in full to the other dealer if we have one more bad experience! I don’t care if Ron feels like we should have money or Not, we do and we should be treated the way he treats the older white men that go there to buy cars, our money is just as good and I hate that he runied our first jag experience!
We took some time to look for the Volvo XC60 I was building in my mind and were pleased to find it at Momentum Volvo. We were very pleased to work with Lawrence to work out the details, get answers to our questions, and to seal the deal. I am very happy with my new car and with the customer service. I really appreciated the attention to detail from both the sales and finance teams. I would highly recommend Momentum.

Did not feel welcomed. No respect for customers. No one came over to greet or find out what we are looking for. When we asked for a specific model, we were handed a brochure and were told the info is in there. If you are seriously considering a Rover or Jaguar, Head to Jaguar Houston Central on Old Katy. We had a fantastic experience there (Donna Watkins is a fantastic rep). When you are in the market for a luxury brand, there is no excuse for lackluster salesmanship. Or, do what you please, and you will lose some customers.
Thank you for ignoring us.... came to your showroom but no sales executive bothered to check on us, though many of them were strolling around..and entertained guests who came after us ... finally after waiting for 15 min... when I checked with the front desk... the guy was rude and said that there is a wait time... and cannot say how much time it will take as this is not a restaurant and jolted my name and number in pretext of calling me when a sales executive is free.....seriously..... wait time with half of the sales rep strolling and joking around..... (and as expected I didn’t receive any call)... anyways I was in dual mind on should i buy Porsche or Jaguar and you guys made my decision easy... thanked the front desk guy... drove across the street... met with great sales guys Ghaleb and Ramzi and drove out in a better car.. proud to own a PorscheI know this doesn’t make any dent on your sales... just that the attitude makes a difference... you lost a potential buyer today

Every experience that I have had with this dealership has been horrible. Bought a brand new car from them and they promised certain loaner cars when service was needed. They then backed away from the promise and I didnt think to have it in writing. Then service was a nightmare. Getting through on the phone is impossible. They suggested work to be done that I took elsewhere and I was told was not needed. I question their integrity.If you dont give them glowing reports to the Jaguar telephone follow up they dont get certain bonuses. They know if you give them an honest, bad report and then take it out on you when you visit the dealership for maintenance.Then I bought an older 1999 Jag because I liked it. Turns out that the dealer refuses to fix an Jaguar older than 1998. If the dealer wont stand behind their premium product, who will?All in all terrible for what is supposed to be a luxury experience.
I had several very bad experiences with the service department at this dealership. I have a 2005 Jaguar XJL that has only been serviced at Jaguar dealerships. This dealership was not only not able to fix several problems on my vehicle but they introduced new problems on the vehicle and demanded that I continue to pay extended warranty deductibles for problems they created on the vehicle. They even demanded that I sign a bank credit card charge slip before they did work on my vehicle. My service experience with this dealership is so bad that I have decided to never purchase another vehicle for Jaguar. I took my vehicle Tia 3rd party garage that services Jaguar and they were able to fix all the problems on my car caused by this dealership in one visit.

I had been looking for about a week for a new car, not long compared to other friends, but I tend to make decisions quickly. I was looking for a midsize SUV and I wanted it to be red :) Other than that, safety was my primary concern, most of the whiz-bang features are standard in almost any new vehicle, so I didnt have a long list of new vehicle requirements. I was looking at the Mazda SUV, but wasnt satisfied with what I was seeing and the reviews I was reading. On a lark, I decided to stop by the Momentum Volvo dealer. After talking with Michelle and taking a test drive, I went home with a new SUV. I am a very satisfied customer :)
Purchasing a car is not my favorite thing. That said, Steven Hill at Momentum made purchasing my new Jaguar XF a pleasure -- would recommend to anyone. By the way, I love my new car, too.
