The staff here was very attentive to us. They gave us ideas of how we could construct our sign to fit our budget rather than pushing something on us that we couldn’t really swing for. Prompt responses through phone and email, answered all of our questions, and even went out of their way to help guide us in the right directions for other permits outside of a sign permit. Great experience here and will use in the future, also recommend to anyone looking for signs.

Fast Signs is able to do things that the online sign producers arent able to do. At Watercolor Art Society-Houston we need a special size and Fast Signs handled it easily.

Terrific quality work and fast service. We sent them a request for some full-color corrugated plastic signs during the short week of July 4th. Even with going back and forth over a couple emails regarding price, size, quantity, etc., they still had the order done in under a week. I do believe if Id showed up knowing what I wanted, with the art in my hand, they probably could have turned them out the next day. Also, I completely forgot to request tax-free service (as I was purchasing for our church); but they refunded that portion of the bill in something like a couple hours after I emailed them, the day AFTER my purchase. Will definitely return the next time I need fast signs!

Super fast response to my inquiry. They provided a quality product in the timeframe I needed. The installation team was great!

So, the saga continues. I had the graphics installed on my mini van. Well my website address and other information was airborne. On the Driver side of the mini van, the wording was descending. On the passenger side of the door the information was ascending. I spoke to the Production Manager on 7/14/2015. This person told me that my vehicle is crooked!!! This is the most ridiculous information that I have ever heard. He said that they measure from the ground to the bottom part of each letter. He said I think it is crooked, but it really isnt. He told me that he always receives customer complaints about the graphics being crooked. So, you receive complaints about this very same thing, but you continue to screw customers??!!

FastSigns was the 3rd vendor I contacted to help with various projects in a new office space. The salesman I worked with was very professional, timely, and patient (will all the change requests I had!). The installation crew knew what they were doing and installed everything perfectly. Their pricing is very reasonable and there isnt a project they havent been able to do! I will continue to use FastSigns in the future.
