Very clean, huge selections. Certainly ”beyond. Excellent personal service. They dont just point you in the right direction, they take you there, and answer questions in complete sentences. Believe me, its a plus. I enjoyed exploring after getting exactly what I needed. Prices may be higher than big box stores, but the quality and service pay your time and effort.Checkout was fast but the route was too long to get there.
Fabian is an incredible employee and literally made my whole day. He helped me out with my coupons, had the best attitude, and was one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met! This is definitely a great store just for the employees alone
I had an item fully sealed to exchange that I was gifted and didn’t want and they would not help. I didn’t have the receipt and told them it was fine if I got the 20% less their website stated and they still would do nothing. They called the manager and she was of no help either even though they have their printed return policy on the table! They went out of their way to help the white couple in front of me and couldn’t help me out. Not acceptable.
This is a small store with nice parking and very neat. I could not find all that I wanted or needed. The staff was unavailable to assist. Cashiers were fairly prompt but required 2 reminders to apply my coupon. The loacation is convenient so I will return but will leave enough time to assist myself with needs.
I really love this location. The parking space is wide. The store is well arrange, organize, clean and neat. The staffs were quiet really accommodating and easy to approach.
Out of all The bed bath & beyond I’m the city, this is my favorite location. More so due to the customer service. The manager here is a great loving person. Thanks for the hospitality!

First time ever going in. 1 store employee, a young lady, helped us understand how the reward program worked and how to set it up. Also the NESPRESSO lady working inside the store was amazing, answered all our our questions and told us which products were on discount and how they worked. We ended up buying 1 and it did everything she said it would. Will be going back.
The stock of mattress pads was very low and I had to hunt down some sales assistance. However, checkout was easy and fast. I had a paper coupon and a digital coupon and the checker knew which would save me more money.
This place is an extension of The Container Store and must haves for the kitchen. The OXO brand items are my favorite! The parking lot should add more lighting for not only safety of their shoppers, but the allure is missing in terms of staying relevant to all of the developments going on within its vicinity.
I call BB&B to order a air dryer (Dyson Supersonic)(Online Only)and Javier took my call, since I wanted to buy this for my wife I can use our credit cards. So I ask Javier if I can pay cash that way she will not know about it, and I drove to BB&B and he help me with the process and took less than 5 min, so in couple days arrives to our house and I know she will love it, thanks guys for your hard work, excellent and quality customer service, so if you want to surprise someone you love buy them good stuff... dont be cheap 😁😅😂🥰 just kidding

The best and juiciest chicken Ive ever had. The greens and mashed potatoes excellent. Never had service as fast and complete as Lucilles. Your food arrives in less than 3 mins..Excellent iced tea impresses meLucilles is too small and owner needs to move to free standing restaurant.
I was about to purchase the wrong item. When I told the cashier I couldnt find the correct one, she had someone go and look for it. Thankfully they came back with the correct one and they were all so friendly.
This location was stocked, clean and organized the day I visited. Prices were higher than what I expected, but usually they have coupons that can be used on most of their products.Overall, theres a place to park and they still follow up with COVID precautionary protocol.
They still had the best range of coffee grinders of the places we tried.

I dont know if this place is safe. Ive only been there a few times and the last time that I was there I saw somebody come running out of the store and get into a getaway car I guess they were stealing. and the manager just stood there watching.
I will give it 4 because the store looks nice after the update. We were expecting the bedding selection to be as vast as before, but its ok. Overall an enjoyable experience.

While the remodel looks nice, they seem to have a lot less merch and nothing I want. I went in for sheets last week and the selection was slim pickings. I left empty handed. What a shame.

Store location is convenient, merchandise is displayed logically, merchandise is priced reasonably, friendly atmosphere and checkout is easy.
The store has been completed redone. Light, bright and spacious with wide aisles and plenty of room to social distance. They still have a little bit of everything, just maybe not quite as much. Its a pleasure to shop here!
I placed an order today 12/16 at 12:31pm for curbside pickup online that assured me the order would be ready within 2 hours for pick up. I didn’t get off of work until 6pm but noticed I never received an email, text, or phone call with any further update regarding my pending order. I called this location where the order was supposed to be fulfilled and a girl answered, asked for my order number, and immediately place me on hold. I’m on hold thinking she is about to get back on the phone with an update as to why I haven’t been notified. I was wrong. She left me on hold 10 minutes until the phone finally started ringing again. The next person that picked up was a man. I immediately asked him to speak with a manager regarding the observation of poor customer service. He placed me on hold as if he was trying to locate a manager. I was on the phone 11 more minutes until a lady named Betty answered. She seemed nice but I asked her if she was the manager and she said no but she could get me on the phone with a manager. I declined and told her I’m on my way to the location. I arrived within 10 minutes after the agonizing call. I spoke to one of the managers named victor. He proceeded to look up the order number I provided and placed the blame on the online department claiming my order was still “processing”and the online system didn’t alert his location of my order. How could that be if I placed an order for curbside pickup that advertised the order would be available within 2 hours? The only resolution he could offer was he could go shop for my items, I would have to pay again, and wait for the authorization to fall off of my method of payment 3-5 days for the online order. It’s ridiculous how I had to experience such horrible customer service. I would not suggest anyone using this location for curbside pickup with guaranteed 2 hours pickup timeframe. The blame will be deflected to the online system as to why your order is not ready. I want my money back and I will go shop elsewhere.UPDATE: I received an email at 9:45 pm informing me that my order is now ready for pickup. They closed at 10pm how convenient?! Don’t try to hurry up now when it wasn’t a priority when I ordered online at 12pm.
Clean store, great selection of products, found some prices a little higher compared to other stores or Amazon.
Their pickup service is exceptional! During this pandemic, I try and avoid going into too many stores but make my purchases online for a pickup. This location is quick and efficient and the customer service is so friendly!

Everything you need for your kitchen, bedroom & bath, i.e. dinnerware, cookware, sheets, towels etc., even cosmetics! I bought a dozen 10 plus oz. everyday wine glasses for $9.99! They also have Reidel if you choose.
One star off because an item that was listed as in stock online turned out to not be in stock in store. Glad I was able to find something similar. Well stocked but somewhat disorganized. The layout makes it hard to social distance as youre shopping depending on how crowded the store is but there is plenty of space at checkout. I always end up leaving with at least half of my purchases being (useful) impulse buys!
I was helped by 3 representatives. I was having trouble bringing up my coupon on my phone and the cashier asked for my e-mail and looked up my coupons. It turns out I had 2 coupons. She made my day. I was glad to find the chrome shelf I came in for.

I brought several items that I purchased online but they didn’t accept to return and refund them because the item they sent was different from the item that I order. How come?! The order number is the same but the item showed in the confirmation email and actual item is not the same.Besides, Christina is rude and impolite. Never come back to this location.That’s the reason Amazon take over your online business.

Went to pick up an online order and they brought it out quickly
I ordered an item on November 24th. According to the tracking of the order, I received an email notifying me it had shipped on November 25th from Lewisville, Texas. Ive followed the progress of the order and it stalled in a status of inbound scan in Houston on November 28, then nothing until yesterday when the status was updated with inbound scan in Houston on December 2. No delivery has been scheduled and Im tired of wasting my time trying to find out where it is. How does one item arrive twice five days apart?After trying to communicate via chat online, where I was asked to wait a couple of minutes while they checked on the order. After 8 minutes I gave up. I called this morning and spoke to a representative who informed me that its in transit! I told her that Im well aware of that, but its been in transit inside the state of Texas for nine days now. She either put me on hold or stopped talking to me, so after saying hello several times, I hung up.I wont be renewing my Beyond Plus membership, as the only real benefit was the free shipping, due to the fact that they offer non-members the same 20% discount on their entire purchase during the holidays. Free shipping is worthless if the shipping is as bad as its been.If/when the item shows up, Ill return it to a store for a refund.Im so disappointed to stop doing business with them over this, but in the future BBB will be a last resort instead of the first place to shop.
Shoutout to the manager, Lione and his customer service team for having to deal with rude, loud, unreasonable customers.We witnessed a woman and her son who demanded to leave un-returnable merchandise and threatened to contact corporate. Lione and team handled it respectfully and with courtesy while also assisting us with our return.You guys are AMAZING and shame on that woman for being such an awful human being and under the assumption she could degrade the BB&B manager and team.

Great products but BBB is just over priced. Everything I’ve wanted in that store I’ve gotten delivered to my door at a fraction of the price from Amazon. They lost all credibility for me when they stopped taking expired coupons. Staff is okay, nothing to brag about but not mean or unhelpful, just normal. Place is clean and good, easy parking.

I must say, I usually only review restaurants, but this location needs 5 stars. I was looking all over the place for a specific pasta maker (present for my husband), and went to the front to ask for help. The woman at the front didnt know where it would be, so she called for someone to come help me. That person tried finding it in 2 sections and didnt see it, so he asked for back up from a more seasoned employee. The two of them went off to try to find it, then after about 3 minutes, came back to let me know they would check the back. They finally found it!! Everyone tried their best and did what they could to make sure I left with my pasta maker. A lot of places would have just said they didnt have it or ran out. Even the cashier checking me out was pleasant! Customer service is top notch here, I highly recommend you go to this location for your needs.

Thoroughly enjoyed this location in Houston. It was set up very nicely and didnt feel overstuffed with merchandise but had a fantastic variety of items in all their departments. The store employees were kind & helpful. Im not entirely sure if it was the store manager I visited with for a few minutes but she was wonderful. I will definitely shop here again the next time Im in Houston.
The store in general was a little messy but it was the end of the day and Im sure everyone was ready to go home.
This is a wonderful place, big, a lot stuff you can find almost everything in that store, they have a lot of offers and coupons, i love that store.
Had: towels, sheets, pillows and specialty K-Cups on my list and left with nothing. I keep thinking that theyve cut back inventory because they dont want folks pawing things while theres a nasty virus running amok, but, Im not sure. They had everything else...just not what I was looking for!

Had gone there to return a product that couldnt be returned for reasons beyond the stores control. No problem. That said, I didnt see a single smiling employee, not the cashier, the managers or the floor employees. I guess everyone is frustrated with the virus.
