I really like this place its modern and one of the newest beauty supply stores in the area.They have a wide selection of items and have affordable prices. The customer service is okay to.I like when I go in there to shop they engage with the customers. Its also right off the freeway making it comvient and its on my way home so I can stop in there and shop then go directly home afterwards.I shop here for my hair care regimen.

The lay out and cleanliness of the store was immaculate.

The owners/Asian workers are NOT friendly, helpful or professional. In fact they dont even act as if its required of them to provide this customer service...as though they feel like were going to shop there regardless they need a LESSON!!!! ON THE OTHER HAND, the tall slender sweet melinated lady with the moles is an absolute doll! She is attentive;courteous; professional;and helpful!!!!

This store 😍😍!! It was very clean, very organized, and had so much variety that I was an awe of how many options I had for my hair! Its very well lit and the music they play is welcoming and soothing. I loved the wig section and I have never known there were that many natural hair care products! This place is definitely something you have to see for yourself, I can say, I was speechless and though it is quite a drive for me, I will for sure make the drive again.

I really like this beauty supply! They have a ton if natural hair products but some of the prices are outrageous! Some of the prices are wonderful as well, they are even willing to order products you are looking for :~)!!!! Overall, this is a awesome beauty supply!

Very bad customer service !!! the older tall Asian guy with spiky hair (that’s always at the cashier) started screaming and snatching things out of my bfs hand just bc he asked him the difference between the blades/knifes he had. He started losing his temper and going back & forth with us treating us like we didn’t know what we were talking about. I had to demand him in a louder voice to stop raising his voice at us for no reason. We left everything behind bc the disrespect was real, but not just with us…Also With another man that was there before us. This guy clearly asked him for one thing & this man started raising his voice at him like he didn’t have no sense. We Will not be coming back to his business! He was very unprofessional and arrogant. He needs to humble him self and be more polite. He has no manners what so ever ! What a shame!!! & to say this was my favorite beauty shop. Not anymore ! They dont even deserve one star. All thanks to his attitude.
