Customer service not friendly at all rude,and very limited African Americans products 👩‍🏫

I Love Armstrong McCall. Even thou Im retired,it still nice to get the kind of products I used professionally. The staff is wonderful too! They are very helpful when I need it! The staff is knowledgeable about the products.

Girl with half blond wasn’t helpful whatsoever ever, was kinda upset I was paying with cash. I’m a barber and I get tips of course I’m going to use my tip money instead of paying with my card

This was my first time coming here. The employees were very polite but for a professional beauty supply store they were very limited that is why I gave 3 stars. I came from Chicago and the beauty supply store there was a one stop shop they had everything. Here only had a few different types of blow dryers, Marcel irons and a few brands of other hot tools but not much at all. They organize by brands as well which is good if you stay with one specific brand but if not then u have to go to search for your things instead of putting all hairsprays together or all shampoos together, ect.

Everyone was very helpful at Armstrong McCalls Edgebrook... Very informative on everything that I looked at, courteous employees and very nice atmosphere. Answered all the questions that I asked In a professional and knowledgeable way.

The largest AM I have been to as of yet. They have plenty of every haircare line. If you need to put in an order for anything they are so helpful with making sure you get everything you want, and that you are able to pick it up on time. Their customer service is great both over the phone and online.

Professional beauty supplies for good prices. The only downfall is their hours of operation. Im usually at work when theyre open. I cant make it to the store because theyre already closed when I get off.
