This is the WORST beauty supply store. The owner is Rude! None of the employees know where anything is! I bought a product that ended up being the wrong product and tried to return it with a receipt and the Asian lady refused to allow me to return or exchange it since I had bought the product 4 days earlier. The product had never been touched or even opened AND I had a receipt. She said her policy is 3 days with a receipt. It literally was the 4th day Im the morning!. What kind of policy is that! So now I have a product that I do not need and Im out of money. And I still had to go somewhere else and buy the correct product! Poor customer service!

I mainly go for hair products. Ranging from hair color to wigs. This time I needed make-up. I bought lipstick/lip gloss to pressed powder to makeup setting spray.

This beauty supply store is closest to my house so I go there often. But not anymore after today. I went there on September 27th to purchase hair for my 10-year-old daughter because shes returning to school for the first time in person in two years I wanted to get her hair braided. I had never bought braiding hair from the store before so I asked the Asian lady to show me where the pre-stretched braiding hair was. She picks the hair for me and took it to the front to bag it up as I paid. My daughters hair appointment was until today which is October 3rd so I had not even touched the bag until I took her to the salon and at that time the braider told me that she could not use that hair because it was not pre-stretched. I know I specifically asked the Asian lady at Beauty empire that I needed pre-stretched hair and she showed me the hair that was pre stretched but apparently she put a different type of hair in the bag. I asked for a store credit so I can purchase the right type of hair because I need it to get my daughter back to her hair appointment but the Asian lady who I assume is the owner refused since I could not find the receipt and at this moment Im thinking that she didnt even put the receipt in the bag because it still should have been in the bag since I had not touched the hair since I bought it. She refused to give me a store credit even though I need it to purchase the correct type of hair and I could not use the hair that she put in the bag. Even the black lady who worked at the store was shaking her head saying that this wasnt right and other customers were agreeing as well especially since I pulled out my bank account on my phone and showed her where I was charged for buying this hair on September 27th. The Asian lady even verified that the hair was hers from her beauty supply store and she even stated that she remembered me and still would not give me a store credit. I took a video of me leaving the hair on the counter because there I had no use for it and I disputed the charge with my bank. Since Im without the product and I disputed the charge with my bank I will be refunded for it but this could have all been simple. I needed to buy the correct hair so she could have just gave me a store credit especially because she knows I come in there a lot. But now I dont care how far I have to drive I would never step foot in that store again because they do not do right by their customers.

My family and I enjoy shopping at this store. I especially like Carla. She is the only reason that I shop here. She is a gem and the glue holding the store together. She works as if she gets paid commission, but doesn’t receive it. She is very knowledgeable of the products, services and industry as a whole. She goes above and beyond for the customers without any extra charge to them or benefit to her. She always has good advice and very personable and professional. She deserves at least a dollar or two raise. I hope they appreciate her and keep her. She is definitely underrated in what she does for that store. The store would be at a loss without. When I shop. I look for her and recommend others to her as well. I give her 5 stars and the store, 5 stars for hiring her

I have never seen a beauty store with so many options. I stay in Magnolia but I will drive here for everything I need.

I came in about 8:55 to purchase some eyelashes. As soon as I walked in a woman whom I believe to be the owner yelled “We’re closing 9 o’clock!”. I responded and informed her I was aware and knew exactly what I wanted to purchase which was eyelashes and inquired where they were located. She did not respond. After standing there for about 30 seconds I inquired again. She then raise her hand and pointed straight ahead. As I was looking at the eyelashes she micromanaged my every move monitoring me. When she checked me out she had the same disposition. I would not return or recommend this business simply because of the quality of customer service I received. This was my first and last time visiting this business.Message to Owner: “Your best advertisement is a pleased customer.”

Horrible, horrible store!!!! The managers are extremely rude and not helpful! No wonder they arent getting any business. I bought a wig and realized it was the wrong one. The worker picked it up from the wrong wig section. I called back the next day and was told there are no exchanges on the wigs and they are final sale. It wasnt even opened. I told them it was a mistake and they said no. How do you run a business like that? I was a faithful customer. I will NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN. Now Im stuck with a wig I didnt want.

BUYERS BEWARE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL!!!!!!!! They will tell you that they have a return policy of three (3) days for an exchange only in the original condition this is a big fat LIE!!!!!!! I bought some hair gel in a (transparent jar) among some other things from this $$$ rip off place and decided I did not want the hair gel so I took it back to get a different kind that would cost more $$ anyways (For an EXCHANGE not a RETURN). I talked to the so called manage of the store which was the same guy who sold me the merchandise two (2) days earlier. He asked me if I wanted to return it I said yes, it wasnt going to work for me I would like to exchange it. He replied Did you try it?. I said No. He takes the transparent gel jar opens it and clams that the item was used/opened and quickly denied my exchange after he was the one who opened the merchandise as if he cant see straight though the container. So as you can see they DO NOT stand behind their words and will try ANYTHING to deny a return/exchange. If I were you I would definitely think twice about shopping here and hopefully you dont get a counterfeit piece of merchandise because you will NOT be able to return/exchange it.

Very horrible service. I purchased a bottle of glue on August 13. I did not open the bottle until August 14 and when I did it was completely dried. I then called the manager to see if I can exchange it he said not without a receipt but bring it up here. I proceeded to bring the bottle back up to the store, and he then told me that I was not able to exchange it because I might have left the bottle in the car or in a hot Spot. I have use the school for many years and not once have I ever seen a bottle completely dry like that. He made me purchase a whole new bottle

The store is organised and never a wait when checking out. The sales clerks should be more knowledgeable about the products sold. I asked for help a few times and they were almost clueless as to what or how. So I ended up finding things myself.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I went in and couldnt find the item I was looking for. As I was leaving the store, one of the owners called me back and accused me of stealing. She said she saw me take things even though I didnt touch anything in the store. It was obviously because of racial profiling, and it is a shame that this still occurs in 2016 and in a city as diverse as Houston. I will be taking my business elsewhere and encourage you all to do the same.

They have a larger variety than most of the supply stores in this location but the service isnt great. The girls who work there are great but the owners/managers are very unfriendly and rude. I went in to get a bottle of hair dye at 8:50 pm and they wouldnt let me buy it because they were closing at 9.

Clean and organized but didnt like being watched about every movement that I made as I was trying makeup testers. It made me feel very uncomfortable.

These people are the rudest people ever. I won’t encourage anyone to buy hair there. There is another store called twins beauty supply on fm 529. If you can save yourself some time just drive there cos these people don’t deserve your moneyI went there to get human hair and the lady gave me a lace closure instead of a lace frontal closure. Unfortunately I didn’t double check and left the store. I went back within 30 mins to exchange for the right hair but they didn’t have it. These people won’t refund my money even though I purchased the hair less than hour. The short boy at the register was very rude and even went as far to ask me to leave the store. Just not worth our money
