I have been buying my hair care products for a few years now from them. The family that owns the store are very polite and helpful. The only down side is that their supply is small, but not expensive.

Went there and they were following me around the store it was so uncomfortable. My daughter got some earring and we noticed that one of them was broken and thought she might of accidentally broken it so we wanted to pay for it,the cashier charged me for it but didn’t give them to me, i noticed that when I was home so I couldn’t go back. It was an easy fix she should of just given it to me. It was just an awkward experience you feel watched all the time so just go to the one down the street.

After finally picking up the phone, it was quickly hung up without me getting any service or asking any questions

I don’t care for the husband but the wife is very sweet. Maybe ppl steal a lot in that area I’ve only lived here a year but I e seen him follow other customers in the store. I’m normally in and out for one thing.

They have a variety of stuff. I bought a pair of boots which I really like the other day. It was on sale too! I like their wig collection also. They have affordable wigs. The owners always give out free gifts whenever you buy hair.

Warning! They have a variety of new items and fairly priced but once at the register the cashier always add extra charges usually adding 10-15 to the actual cost My advice add up your total before checking out dont trust them counting your stuff this happen to me every time I ship with them

Their customer service is real poor they have very bad bad attitudes

Rude ass owner suspicious of everyone shopping there he walks around smacking his gum peaking around corners waiting for you to steal and not even offering to help i got annoyed by this and walked out without a purchase. So disrespectful there are too many beauty supplies in houston for me to ever step foot in this one againIf you are suspicious of every customer who enters then maybe you should move location

Very rude people they dont offer help to anyone and when I walk in they follow you around like u going to steal and when u ask for help they act as if they dont know what your saying smh poor service here needs new management asap
