I called today for hair extensions and the Asian guy over the phone with the accent was so rude. Im not going to spend $160x2 on hair there if youre going to raise your voice with me over the phone! Im frustrated too because I could barely understand your English but you dont see me yelling at you? Now do you? There are a TON of beauty supply stores down this street, if you want to win the business, be nicer to your prospect customers or how do you plan to compete? Ridiculous! Smh
