I’m extremely picky with furniture. I went to over 20 furniture stores in 3 states before finding the perfect couch at Cantoni, a piece that is both stunning and supremely comfortable. Since then, Cantoni has been my favorite furniture store and I’ve been back many times since.

Interior design is an art. A skilled interior designer combines personal tastes and preferences of clients with artful design. Natalie Kalajo at Cantoni is such a designer. She listens carefully to the needs and tastes of her customers and delights them with the most amazing selection of furniture, upholstery, color palettes, and art to bring the design to life. Our first project with Natalie was our formal dining room. Natalie designed the layout, and recommended the dining table, chairs, buffet, and art to perfectly coordinate with existing furniture in the adjoining living room. The dining room furniture and art brought together the two large adjacent spaces, melding colors and textures in the most pleasing manner. Next, we had Natalie design and select furniture and art for our great room and dinette area. The round dining table with ceramic insert and leather chairs fit perfectly in the space, and flow beautifully with the rest of the furniture. We are delighted with her immense talent, focus, and hard work. She always puts her customers first. At no point did we feel any pressure to make decisions. She was more than accommodating of our tastes, and gladly made changes to give us amazing design options to choose from. We could not be happier with her beautiful designs and collaborative style, and the outstanding customer support from the staff at Cantoni. Our experience is nothing short of outstanding – five out of five stars!

Great sales experience and delivery and after sale support / warranty was also fully satisfied

Let me start by saying that my husband and I have been loyal Cantoni customers close to 20 years. We have a great relationship with our sales person Bedra who went above and beyond helping us get the products during crazy year of 2020. It is why it makes me so upset that our experience with Cantoni has been tainted by complete inadequacies exhibited by their customer service department. During the year 2020 we have obtained more than $30k worth of furniture as our house was undergoing construction. When the time came to put out bar stools out, I noticed a rip on one of the shoulders of a chair. I contacted customer service and had an unfortunate conversation with the person named Clara. When I explained my situation I was dismissed immediately and given a phone number of some leather repair agency. I mentioned that I am willing to pay for the services by at least have a Cantoni repair person come and look at it. Once again I was dismissed and told that my only option was some independent agency. I asked for a supervisor and still awaiting a call back. What a shame it is to lose a loyal customer over an issue that was never heard or attempted to be resolved. What a shame it is that a wonderful sales people dont have support that they deserve.Update- I got a call back from the manager and the situation was resolved amicably . My faith in Cantoni is restored and I am looking forward to many more exquisite furniture purchases !

Cantoni is one of my favorite furniture stores for modern pieces. My wife and I have furnished quite a few rooms using their designers and unique pieces. The customer service has been great also as we’ve had small repairs here and there due to the volume of products and manufactures that we’ve used.

Zara was very knowledgeable and really helped us with our selection, with her understanding of the products as well as her design flair. The furniture selection is incredible - very modern and sleek. Besides dining table and chairs, we also selected an area rug and modern art picture. We are extremely happy with our choices!

The experience prior to the purchase of the furniture was good.I was informed that my delivery time will be 12 weeks. Guess what? I still have yet to receive a single table that I purchased during the last week of September. This is over 6 months. I call every week and the representative I spoke to keeps telling me Its Italian made, it takes time. I was never told this when I purchased. 6 months for a table? poor customer service and not to mention rude.I will not recommend purchasing from them.I hope to finally receive my furniture that I really wanted for the Christmas. Hopefully it makes it before Easter and is in good condition!

This is an upscale furniture establishment that specializes in custom, Italian leather pieces. Be prepared to make an investment in quality furniture that you will never have to buy again. Andrea, our saleswoman, put together a package for my best friend and I. She went above and beyond, showing us the versatility of the furniture selections wed made, and helped us put together our color options for customization. It was truly an experience! When we finish customizing the blueprints of our new home, we will definitely furnish it with pieces from Cantoni!

Bought a bed there. After a year the material started to peel. Terrible quality. Very disappointed in Cantoni. Will pass this to all my friends to never shop there as their prices are very high and quality is terrible. When I reached out, they told me that manufacturer is not making that color of bed frame to replace it and I am out of luck. Customer service is bad as they dont care and dont stand behind their products.

The older gentleman who works there is a very rude and unfriendly gentleman, has a ton of complaints but is still employed here.

My husband and I went in to Cantoni today after visiting another well known furniture store and not having a pleasant experience. We were treated as if our budget was so low budget at $30,000, that they could not help us. Shame on them. Fortunately for us, we ran across George at Cantoni. He treated us as if we were the riches people he had met. He was warm and caring and welcomed us in with open arms. Yes, I drove 3 hours and spent two days working on this first visit for my home redesign and furniture update. The entire Cantoni staff was excellent as well, attentive and alert however not intrusive or overly aggressive as sometimes can happen.While meeting Natalie and explaining my two-day time frame, my goals and sharing my own interior design background and knowledge, she was immediately clued into my style, focus and needs as a client. Without a doubt her background in design and skills are immediately apparent. Working with such a gifted salesperson makes designing and working on your space extremely easy and relaxing.As part of my trip I did also visit other showrooms during those two days. They did not measure up although polite and professional as well, the inventory was not comfortable the scale was too small for a true Texan and the materials were not the quality of Cantoni. I asked Natalie “who it was that did the buying for the store”, apparently the owner himself. Another five stars for the great selection of inventory that seamlessly works together so well, truly a gifted eye for style and function.My final order was gone over in great detail. Upscale contemporary furniture store. Unusual and unique pieces of furniture. The sale staff is very knowledgeable and skilled.

The products here are fantastic! But why three stars only? Because of the sales rep that I met took the two stars away. I dont like how this male sales rep/architects attitude. If you are buying small stuff (Things under 5k), or you dont want to customize a piece, be sure you find other sales reps, not this male architect. You wont get the right attitude from him. He acts like he owns the store. Very arrogant and offensive person. The products here are perfect, and I did buy from them, but I dont feel like an excellent shopping experience. I think Cantoni needs to teach this sales rep how to deal with customers.

Fun store to look around. Like the layout. Gives you a lot of ideas and different modern looks. Some of the furniture was way out of our price range, but we did find several items we liked that fit our budget. My favorite furniture store of the half dozen or so we visited in Houston.

The customer service at Cantoni was exceptional, there was someone around to answer questions, but you werent followed every step of the way.The selection was above the norm for any other funiture store we visited; they had a wide selection of original styles not seen in other stores.The after sale service was just as efficient and pleasant.Everyone we dealt with from sales to delivery and set-up, was professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

When I moved to a high rise a few years ago I bought a beautiful leather sleeper couch. It gets used once a month for a few days. It still looksgood and is quite comfortable.

Worst furniture shopping experience in my life. Sales person Nick is very unprofessional. I paid fo US made sectional in mid of August. ETA was end of September from Dallas warehouse. In the end of August Nick sent me a message that sectional will be late and it is in container now and new ETA is end of October. How can US made sectional be in a container? So he lied to us that sectional in Dallas and that it is US made. Now I got call from store manager Michael and he informed me that ETA is mid of November. Hey. It is just a sectional. I didn’t order custom made airplane. Why it is taking so long? I had to cancel my order.My suggestion is stay away from that place where they sell you Asian made furniture with US and Italy made labels.

Bait and switch at its finest. Shoppers beware - prices in store are 3-4 times higher than online. Sales person claims that prices online are only valid for their outlet in Dallas. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

Beautiful showroom, loved the furniture, you can see the quality and craftsmanship of the products. I was immediately welcomed and greeted by one of the designers ; She was very helpful and knowable . I learned that Cantoni is more than a furniture store, it is a fully designed studio that can help with any residential or commercial project. They also had the most beautiful Italian kitchens. My experience was very pleasant and I would highly recommend them.

Beautiful, well-made furniture. our salesperson/interior design consultant was incredibly helpful and took lots of time with us, making our purchase of a new couch, side chair and ottoman a really fun experience instead of a nightmare of anxiety and indecision. Only downside -- I had to assemble the 10 ft long couch by myself when it was delivered; but had it been a local delivery, rather than out of state, Im sure I wouldnt have had to do that.

I’m waiting for my furniture because Saghar said was in stock and was damage, order a new one but we buyed in the summer and the last time i went at the store told me that it’s going to arrive at 8 November. I have a loaner but it’s not what I payed. I’m tired of waiting for my Mondrian dresser.

Ive long been a fan of Cantonis originality. Youll find things here that you wont find anywhere else - although at a STEEP price premium. But the merchandise selection at this location was generally unappealing when I visited while shopping for a new home.When youre looking at sofas that might range from $5,000-$10,000 or more they need to be really stunning, lust worthy items. But I found the selection a bit boring and disappointing.I look to Cantoni to be a leader in the contemporary furniture arena. But they may be losing their edge a bit...

Seriously run...the furniture does not last at all. I bought 4 leather chairs from here and only have two left which are in terrible shape. The felt at the bottom is falling to pieces and leaves black residue all over the place. For the price you would think it would last over 10 years...Nope.

Bought accent chair, dining table, chairs, buffet and sectional in August last year. All items arrived on time but one chair back and accent chair were scratched, accent chair arm rest was not fixed properly and the worst thing was buffet which looked like it was second hand. Have been working on replacing the scratched back of the chair since they arrived mid September. Hoping to finish by next Friday. The accent chair we bought discounted so we didn’t complain. However, buffet is a long story. It is so poorly made! Edges look like they are worn out. Very untidy work giving the impression the buffet was at least 15 years old and frequently used. The manufacturer sent replacement after another 6-8 weeks lead time which show no improvement except they used marker to hide the flows. Also color didn’t match the rest of the dining set. Now waiting for another replacement. Hoping everything will be ok this time.
