My parents went in looking for a bed just for me and Mr Abel treated us with so much respect and kindness. He was never pushy and very very patient since my parents are a bit older. We shopped 4 other places and came back to him because he was very knowledgeable and did not keep pushing us more expensive beds. The place is very clean and it was a pleasant buying experience. Very unsatisfied. Did not get pieces I was promised even though I called the day before to remind them. The mattress set we received felt nothing like the one we were showed. The delivery guys were rude and did not clean up there mess. My sales person Able would not return calls. Do not use this place. Very dishonest. Just spoke with there area manager. While he admits there were problems from this location. No apology was offered. Beware of this place. Dishonesty is the norm. This company uses a service to Pad the google reviews. Came in today looking for a good deal, n Mr Abel gave us a goodfree base for our mattresses we were happy with our purchases

I went to this location about 2 weekends ago and was attended by Francisco Perez. He was very helpful and informative, I went in there with no idea of what kind of mattress to get, he asked several questions about my sleeping postures and what I liked and preferred, he really tried to get to know my needs and made suggestions. He suggested which mattresses to try and explained the differences among them. He even explained how and what they were made of, he answered the pros and cons of different mattresses and made my decision to be so much easier. He was very patient and always had a smile and an answer for everything on top of being bilingual. I ended up getting the Sealy posturpedic pillow top and he even threw in there 2 free pillows and I ended getting 2 other additional pillows for half of their original price, he also offered to match any competitors price and return the mattress or exchange it if I was dissatisfied, however there has not been a need for that :) Great customer service!!! Im glad he was the one that sold me the mattress, demonstrated very good knowledge about the products

Really bad... No... Worst customer service ever in my life. I have been looking around for a mattress. I stop there because looks nice. Salesperson there is a guy born here but parents from el Salvador. Everything was fine untill the moment he strat asking information about my credit score. I tell him I dont have credit (because I dont have it) I have a Capitla One credit card but only for two months. That was the first moment he said to me Oh you are a LAYER. For me was weird and I smile to him... I tool my wallet and show him the card. When I opened my wallet he saw my Texas Driver License and He repeat again OH YOU ARE A LAYER. After that I was really mad. Why this person think He can tread me like that calling me layer and saying for 3 times. Im here in this country (that I love) under protection. I am trying to start a better life here and this person thinks he has the right call me like that and tread me like that... I am a saleaperson also... Even if any customer is lying to you... You never confront him like that. I do not recommend thia place. At least for foreing people.

Needed to get a Tempur-pedic before christmas and decided to stop in. The price was fantastic AND it arrived in time. The Salesperson who helped me had also called me in to make sure that the delivery was made on time the next day.
