Bought couches back in January which messed up within 6 months of having them, they look old! Called customer service and asked me to go to the store and pick a new couch. I go to the store pick what I liked of course I was going to have to pay the difference which was about $300 extra. The store manager comes out and tells me I had to go online and go through the process online since my first purchase was done online. After waiting for delivery ALL DAY because they kept changing the time frame I received dirty couches which looked like they had been dragged through mud. Called customer service of course waited about 35min to get someone on the line and they told me I have to wait until after 4pm next day because it was a “return” she could not reschedule my delivery. I’m extremely frustrated with their customer service and low quality furniture I think I’m better off at IKEA !

This was my first experience buying new, outright furniture. I was a little worried about it but Ms. Cuba was SO helpful! She was attentive, open to listening to all my concerns about colors and style! I didnt feel obligated or rushed to purchase. Ask for her if you go! She definitely helped make the experience easy and fun!

Kitchen table and chairs kept getting delivered damaged. I have had two deliveries so far and each time the furniture has been damaged. My very first delivery the table was scratch and the cushions were not even attached to the chairs. My second delivery the table and the chairs were scratched. Contacted customer care and they are letting me trade out the table. When I get to Rooms to go to trade out the table Customer Care didnt complete the job and now I have to wait even longer for an undamaged table and chairs.

I called this location to see if they had an item here that I had seen at another location. I spoke with Austin who told me that they had the item, so I told him that I would be in later to see it. When I got there not only did Austin show me exactly what I needed he also helped me out with other questions I had. Austin was absolutely AMAZING!!

I purchased a couch from here and the two men that delivered it were unprofessional; cussing left and right. They could not fit it through the door and ended up damaging it. The next time my new couch was delivered, two different men came. Super professional. Quick and efficient. Assembled the couch in-home. When it came to purchasing the couch, however, we could have probably paid all up front but decided to do small payments instead. We were denied the shorter plan which reduced my credit score with nothing to show. We were approved for the longer payment plan which we decided to go with. I should have read the terms more carefully before proceeding because I have, as of this month, made $600+ worth of payments, but the total cost has only been reduced by $300 which I can only assume is due to interest. They also tacked on a $250 fee because some promo ended, thus increasing my monthly payments. What a scam. Word to the wise: just pay for it all up front if you can afford it.

July 31, 2021—— I bought a non cheaper king bed in April 2021 and the delivery was settled for July 31. After 4 months of waiting, the header came completely damaged. We called costumer services and the answer was, wait until November and the only gesture of Rooms to ga was to grant the delivery. They offered also to go to the store and choose another bed, which would imply a new waiting time, and besides, we spent a long time choosing the one we got, that probably we could not find a replacement. So disappointed!!!!!!

Inconsistent delivery protocol with what appears to be non Rooms To Go employees who have been contracted for delivery services, I had two deliveries (sofa sleeper and dining room) and you would not have known they were for the same retailer not to mention God only knows if theyve been vetted...My glass table arrived chipped, with only one leg of a two T-leg base and levelers missing from the bottom of 2 chairs...ive spent HOURS over the last few weeks on the phone trying to get a resolve to what otherwise should be an easy fix ...finally Ive been given an October exchange date for a purchase made in April that was delivered in June, I was so at my wits end I took it, they couldve said December was just glad to have finally gotten to a resolve...I have my fingers, eyes and legs crossed hoping for the best when the exchange shows up.....theres so much more serious things going on in the world right now till all you can do is laugh at the ridiculousness of it all but for these prices its not unreasonable to have expected better....my first purchases and potentially my last with RTG....maybe its just pandemic residual, I cant imagine this is what happens under normal circumstances....a gift card for future RTG purchases or a discount of what I paid would have made the pill easier to swallow but alas no reconciliatory options were offered....

Oh, I am quite peeved as i write this review. I have given them 2 stars only because the sales agent that assisted us was friendly and answered all the questions. Really, all the agents we spoke with were great but the policy in place is ridiculous. We purchased two kids beds and mattresses but our new address was not updated in their system so on delivery date, we got a call confirming delivery for our old address. We called and informed them the address was our old address. They asked us to wait for their system to update and they will place it back on a track to be delivered to the right address. They were upfront and mentioned that we would not receive the beds by express (extra $50.00) but will try to deliver as soon as possible. We called again only to be told that they would not deliver until September 14, this is more than 2 weeks out for something they have in stock!!! We tried to cancel the order and they wanted to charge a restocking fee of $500.00. Absolutely outrageous. We then received another call to deliver on Sept 10 but just decided to get them out of our lives and to pay someone else to pick up the items and deliver tomorrow.

I ordered a couch, bed, dresser and some other furniture/decorations for my home, not only did it take too long for them to deliver the furniture but I was never offered an option to have my furniture put together and brought into my home or I wouldve.If you order furniture and you dont opt to get it put together they wont even bring the furniture into your home. They just drop it off outside and leave. They left my couch outside and just left, just sped out of there.Today the delivery people just dropped it off for me to figure out with everything sitting outside. Im probably going to return it all I am so unhappy with their service, I have thousands of dollars of furniture and felt like this was an awful experience.I figured they would at least have the decency to bring it into my home...

We had a really great time at Rooms to go. We were served by Mr. Paul Garcia. He was really nice and showed us some really great mattresses and shared great details about each mattress as I was looking for a really selected one for my mom who has back issues. We got a good deal with a bed and a nightstand and Mr. Garcia helped get a good deal on finance. I will really visit back soon as we need some recliner chairs and nightstand.

It really saddens me to need to write this review. John Martinez sold me a piece of furniture and told me the sofa it was replacing would be removed as part of the delivery. Then, it turned out to not be true. He was new to the sales team and may not have intended to lie. But since I live in an apartment, and have no way to dispose of the sofa myself, it is a burden I did not want to bear.He told me his supervisor would be in at noon and I promised I would wait until he had a chance to talk things out with his boss. It is now 2.5 hours after the boss was to arrive and I have heard NOTHING! So, this means the boss was unable to offer a suggestion - or John forgot about me. Either scenario is disgraceful. This is not the way to do business.It is the 2nd piece of furniture I have purchased from this company, but it may be my last. If I do go there again, I will get a written record of what is told to me. Rooms to Go evidently does not train their sales team. Even so, anyone making promises to a customer should get his promise validated before putting the customer in jeopardy.Hopefully this young man will learn his lesson and become a more responsible sales person. He acted like my promise to write a review was making him a victim. So sad and inappropriate. If I were to be the person who made the mistake I would take it upon myself to make it good. Clearly John Martinez and the Rooms to Go company store are not going to do the right thing.Maybe the star rating should be lower. It would be if I didnt like the glider so much. It fits my space so much better and I love the fact it glides. This kind of thing should never happen because it really puts a bad taste in the mouth of the customer. BAD BUSINESS!

Great experience. Wasnt hounded by sales people. Noe, the salesman, asked once if I needed help, I told him what I was looking for but I needed time to look at all that they had. He let me go and do my thing, and when I was ready, I found him really quickly. He answered all my questions and concerns whilst walking me thru the sofas I was interested in. When I made my decision, he wrote up the ticket quickly, explained everything to me, and sent me on my way. His patience and professionalism was much appreciated. Ask for Noe, he was awesome!

The shopping experience with Juan Anaya was fine. Now the dispatcher Jeanine is a whole different story. I was trying to help the delivery guys figure out how to get my furniture inside without damaging it. Furniture which I had waited for since March and Jeanine kept trying to rush me to either take responsibility for any damage might be incurred or send it back. Mind you, Ive waited over 3 months to have it delivered and she tells me the delivery guys have 7 minutes left to be here. I didnt and do not appreciate being rushed like that so I told them to just take it back. Upon discussing it with my son, he made a suggestion I hadnt had time to think of. So its 20 minutes later and I look out and they are still there. I ran out and told them how it could be done and they accepted. I got my furniture, but Jeanine had me all riled up to where I couldnt think. Dont think Ill be purchasing anything there again.

Absolutely the worst experience I have had on both the delivery and customer service side of buying anything in my life. I bought a TV console I’m May and had FIVE different deliveries before I got one that didn’t show up broken. Throughout the process customer service didn’t seem to care at all and obviously they didn’t try to ensure it didn’t happen again and again. I finally just got lucky that the one they delivered the 5th time wasn’t broken. This place will not get my business ever again.

I bought a sectional and the fabric unravelled and fell apart. They told me that I could buy new cushions at my expense.....new cushions in which the issues the defects had not been addressed.....then they stopped making them the cushions. I was then offered a swap. Delayed a month for what I was told was in stock. I kept the damaged pieces and when they came to get them and swap....the delivery men take the pillows and throw them back in my yard and leave. They said they had urine stains....and neglect....1 i sent them pictures of the damage. To make up that they had stains because I had dogs is insane. They dogs arent allowed in that room. I am disgusted at this place. Then I research and come to find out they do this to others. Never ever buy from them. They are overpriced and everything falls apart and they lie. I called customer service and was pretty much dismissed and said it as lect and yet that isnt the case. So I am a liar? I have had a card for years. I am cancelling. STAY AWAY.

I had a wonderful experience. I went into the store a few hours after calling about the mattresses on sale for the 4th of July. Luckily I spoke to Mike on the phone and he assured me that Id be able to try them out in store. If RTG can invest more money and resources into supporting their customer service, this would allow customers to feel that the initial sale isnt the more important to them.

Such bad and horrible product quality for just a person sitting on the couch causing the stitches to fall apart. I called customer service trying to get a replacement part and learnt the product is discontinued (no wonder) and no replacement part are available. So, I am stuck with a couch that is below satisfactory. Such a disappointment to have a $2000 couch not lasting 3 years... not a happy customer!

I had Joshua as my sales representative. I walked around the store a few times. Nobody approached me (which I liked) then I started testing recliners. Formed my opinions. Then Joshua came up to me. Asked if I had any questions. And then took my buying criteria. Told me he was going to do a lap of the store. Make sure he knew where everything was. If you are reading this you’ve been warned. Do not shop at this location. We got our bedroom furniture delivered and it did not come with hardware to put our bed together. We called the store and we were told that we had to speak with customer service in order to get the hardware delivered to us so that our bed could be put together. We were trying to figure out when we would be able to have another delivery team out to put the bed together. We were told that if we had two strong man that we knew maybe they could put it together, we were also given the option to go to Home Depot or Lowe’s and buy screws in order to put the bed together ourselves. All of the employees here are extremely rude and they were trying to get you to see their side of the mistake that was made and never once apologized. There is a lack of customer service and lack of empathy also a lack of knowledge as to why these types of things happen when furniture is being delivered. So, if you are looking for timely delivery, all of the parts to your furniture and bare Minimum customer service skills please take your money elsewhere.

Patrick Ruffin, salesmen, was wonderful. Very thorough and informative. Very kind and patient with my elderly mom. I wish they had our theater chairs in stock but they dont we have to wait 4 months! Hopefully well worth it. I bought a couch recliner several years ago and still very nice. Held up well. So happy returning customer.

Paul at RTG was amazing. I came in with an idea of what I wanted and he just allowed me to explore all my options upfront then gave a few suggestions. By the end of the interaction, I ended up with something completely different from what I planned but that I absolutely loved. The delivery dates were far out but he promised to check daily for an earlier date. The day after my purchase he called to tell me he got my delivery moved up over a month and I was ecstatic. RTG has not once failed me. I had to return to them after a nightmare of an experience with Ashley Furniture.

I was really disappointed with other furniture stores - I felt like that they had a poor selection. Rooms to God had a really good selection, decent prices, and the sales people weren’t overly pushy. Definitely will shop here again!!!

Do not order anything from them, they are terrible. After waiting for weeks for a couch delivery they tell me the day before that they are only sending half the couch. Go to Gallery Furniture instead!

Im giving them 1 star and 0 if I could because of the credit card company theyre partnered with. Synchrony is a big scam and Im surprised theyre still in business. We purchased the furniture in April and financed through this BS bank. Its mid July and we still havent received the card. Called them zillions of times and every time they confirm the address and were yet to receive the card. This has caused the payment to be missed a couple of times and we cant set up an automatic paymemt without having the card! If its not scam, what is it then?

I had the MOST amazing experience shopping at Rooms to Go (RTG)! I went in and was met by Mr. Paul Garcia who greeted me and asked how he could assist me. I shared what I was shopping for, and my budget--- he shared several options with me. Mr. Garcia was very patient and offered suggestions when asked. I will definitely be sure to ask for Paul the next time I visit RTG and will recommend him to others. He made my shopping experience painless. Great job!!!

Im y used to buying furniture anymore, but it was a pleasant experience. Saul was easy going and we made a no-pressure purchase. The price is comparable to other places, though I think prices went up all over the city. At least we found something we like!

This is really Bad quality furniture. The furniture is lost the shape in a couple of years. The warranty is useless, don’t buy it, it’s wasted money. Terrible quality, I will complain to the BBB. DONT BUY ANYTHING AT ROOMS TO GO, the don’t stand behind their products

I purchased a full bunk in April 2019 & a week later I noticed some bolts were missing. Some were tighten so tight i wasn’t able to fit a Allen wrench to remove the bolts because their socket shape was ruined from drilling so hard. They sent me bolts with no instructions that’s fine. But how will I remove these bolts when I move? A month ago the same tech came out because my 12 year old sons futon bed wasn’t forming into a sofa. Pictures were taken because the bed rail was pushing the bunks side board, the right side causing damage...such as scrapes and dents. I have not heard from anyone via phone about this and this was back on May 29th. I have warranty on the bed so I would like someone to contact me to let me know if I can get someone out here to fix or replace an take apart. It’s been two months! I took pictures to show my proof. & sent an email with these picture today.

Some mistakes on customer service on beds but I recommend Uriel he was very helpful person that has helped us for three years and has done a very good job. Look for Uriel when you are there.

Employees share different information with you especially about the fees. You need to talk to different employees to get the correct information. If you go there, find Jacob and talk to him. He is a very nice guy. He speaks too fast, gives you correct information, gives you great advices.I had a good experience with him. Thank you Jacob.

Karl was so helpful to my boyfriend and me when we shopped for a couch for our new apartment! We had visited the store last weekend to look at couches and stopped Karl in the showroom when we had some questions about a specific couch. He helped us move it around and was able to answer all of our questions, but we knew we weren’t buying that day, so we thanked him and moved on. What we didn’t realize was that Karl was in the middle of another sale when we had stopped him and asked him for help. Karl did an incredible job at making us feel like his only customers even though he was working with someone else. We appreciated our experience with Karl and his attentiveness so much, we waited a week for the bad storm to pass through to go back to the store and work with Karl on selecting our couch. He helped us figure out a warranty and coordinate a delivery that works for our move-in date!Thank you for making one part of our moving experience a little easier, Karl!
