I would definitely recommend this store location the staff is excellent when it comes to great customer service. I recommend you speak to Myles he knows how to get you the best deals. He made it so easy for me to choose my mattress and I have always had a hard time picking but he made it Hassel free and easy for me because he was very professional and great at explaining the product. He made the entire sale process a breeze I was in and out in no time. I love my new bed thanks again Myles for your help and expertise😊!!!

The sale went smoothly and quickly. I was simply replacing my old adjustable mattress and box springs. The salesman offered some quick questions and showed me a few samples. He quickly completed the paperwork and I was out the door.

We had a wonderful experience throughout the entire process! We went into the Oak Forest location on a Saturday afternoon and the personnel (Johnny and Jess) were very attentive and extremely helpful. They answered our questions and advised us on the best mattress based on our goals/needs. On top of that, they gave us a phenomenal deal. We were in and out of the store in 20 min. We were given a delivery window for the next day and were able to track it on the website. The delivery guys showed up exactly on time with our new mattress and removed our old one all within 5 min. James and Kentonya are godsends!! I came in today in desperate need of an upgraded mattress. I’ve been having backaches when I wake up. I was ready to give up and leave when they laid me down on the Luxe Breeze Soft from Tempur-Pedic. I instantly fell in love, felt the cold effect of the bed, and just knew I absolutely needed this in order to ever get a good nights sleep again. Without a second thought, I made my purchase. These 2 wonderful employees were so patient and able to deal with my quirks. They even made me one helluva cup of coffee as thanks for my business. We had the best customer service experience at this location of Mattress Firm. James was just awesome. He gave us so much information without the pressure of making a purchase, which makes a huge difference when making an important purchase such as a mattress. He gave us purchase options and gave us space to discuss. Mattress shopping can be overwhelming anytime but especially during covid. The store was so clean and he showed us everything they do to help keep customers safe during covid plus there is a sanitation station table to ensure you feel safe and comfortable. It means alot to know you can go in to shop with peace of mind. James was so kind and super patient. I dread shopping for bigger purchases but this experience was so awesome. We received great service from Sidney at this location. In the midst of a pandemic, he was willing to stay late and even return to the store afterhours to process our order after some issues with Synchrony bank. We are returning customers with Mattress Firm, but this was our first purchase at this location and the service was excellent. Sidney went above and beyond to make sure we had the best deal and the best service we could possibly receive. We would recommend this location to anyone looking to buy a new mattress.

Myles was great. We had done some very quick research to have an idea of mattress types and price, but we still did not know what would be best for us. Myles asked us some starter questions and then had us lay down on a few matresses while we talked about each. We did not focus on price, but everything is clearly marked on each matress which I was keeping an eye on. From what I could tell, Myles cared more about our comfort than pushing us towards a higher priced item. Once we did talk about money, everything was very open and transparent. I feel like Myles helped us everywhere he could given the instore deals and gave us good advice on what items were worth the cost for us.I doubt anyone wants to spend the money it takes to get a good matress, but I felt confident that we got what we need at a fair price.

No complaints here. We were in and out with exactly what we wanted. The employee was a great listener and got us exactly what we wanted. He did not try to upsell us on anything. We asked him to look up the kind of mattress we had bought previously (we wanted a similar mattress for another room) and he looked it up and gave us a few options in price ranges across the board. He moved the mattresses around to let us try the different models.Check out was simple. Delivery was exactly as advertised. The men who dropped off the mattress wore masks and shoe covers. We recently bought a Stearns & Foster mattress with the tempurpedic base and had never had an experience quite like it! We got to test out the feel /pros and cons of the mattresses we were interested in (each mattress had been cleaned beforehand), the customer service level exceeded my expectations and the employee that helped us, cant remember his name (20+ slim Hispanic man), was a great salesman and sold us on our new bed/frame that weve now had for about 2 weeks+ and we LOVE IT!Got set up with a payment plan thats making this purchase that much more affordable and couldnt be happier with the service!! Would recommend, to anyone looking for a new bed and wants to be shown their options, in a non forceful way! Great experience, for sure.

We had comfort issues with a bed 4 months ago. James did a huge favor in giving us a credit towards another bed and the frame as well, even thought was pass the 120 day mark that Mattress Firm gives out. From the moment we walked in Marcus and Vinny provided a friendly and stress-free sales experience. We bought a king size mattress. Buying mattress is confusing as there are so many brands out there. Marcus did an excellent job explaining which mattress is best fit for what we were looking for. She takes the time to show you the different beds and frames and is so thorough in explaining every single detail. James at the 43rd location in Houston was very helpful. He took his time and explained the differences in all the lines and different bases. We ended up going with the tempur pedic lux breeze mattress and the ease base. We are so excited to try out mattress our at home!

Good customer service when I bought the pillow but I thought they gave me a different pillow than I ordered and I didn’t notice until I got home. I complained and they responded immediately. It was just a misunderstanding about SKU numbers and James and his staff took care of it ASAP! Great job. Check them out when you need bedding (P.S. And their body pillows are a steal!)

Great experience here. We did a lot of online research ahead of time because we didnt want to sit through a pushy sales pitch. This store has come through for me on so many different occasions. The staff at this store is so great across the board! Tom did a great job helping us pick out our mattresses. I would recommend working with him. We had an issue with the delayed delivery (we set up delivery on one mattress six months down the road), but were able to work through the issue.

After not sleeping well for several weeks; I finally decided to buy a new bed. I went to Mattress Firm in Oak Forest and was initially worried because I didnt want to get taken advantage of or regret a purchase. WOW! To my surprise the service was Amazing! My salesman Marcus genuinely listened to everything I said about my sleeping pattern and where my body was hurting when I wake up in the mornings. He had me try several different mattresses without being pushy until we found the right one for me. I ended up buying a platform for the bed that sits up and lets the legs raise. When I was concerned about the height of the mattress I chose being on the platform I liked, Marcus picked up the mattress and brought across the store so I could see the height and feel comfortable with my decision. Not to mention, due to my aches and pains, Marcus stayed almost 3 hours past closing time to allow me to try the mattresses and make sure the one I chose would work due to my multiple back and shoulder injuries. I never felt like I was being sold or pushed into a purchase. He answered any and all questions I had and did all of this with a smile on his face and a great disposition. Marcus was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and genuinley concerned about my comfort. I would not just recommend that you purchase from Mattress Firm in Oak Forest, I would strongly suggest asking for Marcus to help you.
