Love this little store. Im a huge fan of root beer and this place has an amazing selection of them.

Awesome selection of soda pop! Not to mention the amount of candy and chocolates that they have to offer. They also sell collectibles like posters or vintage comic stuff. The owner is super nice and offered a small discount for working Im the area. Perfect place to spend allowance money 😉

Rocket Fizz has the best selection of candy and bottled sodas! From Cream Soda to taffy, they have it all!! They also have candy from different countries that you cant find at other stores. Its a great trip for the whole family!!

A fun quirky candy store with a touch of flair. I picked up a space grand tour cardboard poster here while my buddy bought a Juggalo favorite root beer.

Very cool shop. Had no idea it even existed until we passed it up. Went inside and was pleasantly surprised! So many flavor of sodas I couldnt believe it. Definitely worth checking out! Very retro/vintage feel to it I liked it!

This place is actually quite amazing. Its like a G-rated Spencers gift had a baby with a candy store of your dreams. The Taffy is 10/10.

SUCH AN AWESOME STORE! Large selection of taffy and candy to choose from. The soda pop is amazing and unique! You can purchase soda pop in mix and match packs for a great price. They also have soda thats already cold you can purchase individually if you prefer. Staff is super nice and ready to answer any questions you may have. Also in a great location !

I love that as soon as you walk in it smells like Candy. There is a pretty interesting candy selection and I think I found my new favorite there! If you love Mango and Spice then I recommend the Mango Chile Nerds. My sister also took some Dr. Pepper flavored cotton candy that we couldnt believe they had! Not to mention the Tabasco Flavored Chocolate Bars. I love places like this one! Nostalgia runs rampant here, beware 😜!

I stop by this place to find a new soda to try with my fiance every time we go to Dave & Busters or the movie theater right by it. Its a great store and the manager is super cool!

The staff was very friendly and patient helping us decide what flavors we wanted. I cant wait to pop in again for these beautiful and scrumptious desserts.

Just came in with my three kids and the lady was super sweet and helpful. Excited this location is still here and we can still enjoy our treats. Love the grab bags too!

Happened to be watching undercover boss and this store came on TV (not this particular location). My husband looked up The store and found that we had one near us so we hoped up got dressed and went. It is an awesome so you can find just about any flavor drink from cola to barf. The candy selection is pretty good too I found some flavors of my favorite candy I didnt even know existed. Cant wait to go back to this fun cute store.

Went in a few weeks ago just to look around. Staff was friendly, atmosphere was great, and the selection was off the charts. I was surprised at the assortment of soda, I had no idea some of those flavors even existed, though I settled on a simple Hanks Rootbeer that was recommended to me by one of the staff. It was delicious, and I will definitely come back here again.

This one of the few places were I can specifically indulge my sweet tooth through craft soda, without having to go through a burger joint. Plus its next to the Edwards Marquee! Love this place! :D

They had all kinds of hard to find candies you see online or in commercial like white chocolate kitkat or snickers. They had a bunch of old candies I havent seen in years. They had a huge soda selection where the more you buy the cheaper each bottle would be.

My first time to this destination was two weeks ago on thursday. I checked out the place and to be honest, I loved the experience. The candy was cheap, much cheaper than what I expected. But I actually ended up buying two sodas which were inexpensive. Anyway, the store is clean and the service provided was helpful and kind. Anyone craving a good selection of sodas, some sweets and friendly service, this is the place to stop by. Of course its a small store but it is worth checking out. This place earned my 5 - star rating and I say I hope the employees there keep up the good work. :)

Its a candy wonderland with hades prices! I spent 40 bucks on candy a full travesty!

I come here for the taffy and the weird sodas. They let you fill the taffy bag literally to the top, so you feel like youre getting your moneys worth. Its been a process trying to find the best sodas, because there are a lot of just average ones, but its been a fun process. They also have tons of little toys and things kids love.

Cute shop filled with unique drinks and retro candies you might have forgotten about. Nice staff and fun environment. Highly recommended!

All sorts of quirky candy and soda options. Theres also vintage-style metal poster plated and joke gifts. If anyone is looking for fake sunscreen bottles to sneak alcohol in to beaches or cruises, they have those there too!

I came from TX to buy flowers and candy for my daughters sweet sixteen. I was able to get enough candy to fill a candy table for 100+ people for $200. Plus I got napkins, plates, etc. I would have spent double that in TX. Parking lot is a pain. Park in front along store front but load your car quickly and get moving-the neighborhood is sketchy!

Nostalgic old fashioned candy store with fla ots & candy that may date back to your parents or grandparents time. Remember wax candies, candy cigarettes, bazooka gum, etc. You can find almost anything in this little shop. They do allow some sampling if you ask. Prices are high but told due to rent in plaza. Still $20 less than Candytopia next door. Sells small games, tin signs, small items. Chocolate everything and a taffy wall. Definitely worth a trip.

Rocket fizz in itself is awesome and this one is no different. The staff are cool and helpful. This store as of now stocks the Japanese and European candy so the selection is fairly larger than the regular rocket fizz stuff. Great place for sure.

Very fun place, blast from the past. If you wanna relieve your old days goto this place if you went to school in the 90s. Just an FYI they had jolt cola.

This place sits in dtla go here early to beat the crowd and get good parking. We got here at 700am. On a Saturday. Theres crates and crates in isles upon isles of candies and sweets. I would come back here for whole sale prices.

Eh its ok. My kid seemed to enjoy herself but I thought it was kind bland. No homemade candy. Got a couple of delicious sodas here though and they have like a 100 different ones

Old nostalgia candy and drink shop located in the marque by Dave & Busters. They are pricey on their items, but you will get to try a bunch of old school & new school items flavored drinks. Just to name a few maple bacon, pickle flavored, and for the the Chicago land area people sometimes they carry GREEN RIVER which is popular in Chicago & also Louisiana cause that is 1 compontant of making the Bournom street daiquiri THE JOKER... They also have tons bnb of candy they sell by the pound as well as several different salt water taffy, and they have some old school novelty tins and old school metal lunch boxesCute little place to shop for some gag gifts or if and your friends are just in for a tasty treat or drink, so go & show these people some love oh almost forgot u can buy ust 1 bottle6, etc. The more you buy you get a little of the price reduced..

Just visited this place for the first time, was always on the lookout for a soda pop shop, and this one did not disappoint. The pricing is a little over but overall it’s worth it. Yall should try the Virgil root beer with Nutmeg though :).

Rocket Fizz Soda Pop and Candy Shop located on Rice Blvd. in the Village is certainly one of my favorite candy shops when in the area. Not being a huge chocolate fan I was pleased to see TONS of other cavity creators that will have the fillings in your teeth aching for more. They have the best selections of specialty candies and those old school, nostalgic goodies that my mother and I enjoy so much like BB Bats taffy candy, Mary Janes peanut butter and molasses candy, Bit-o-honey taffys and I must not forget the chic-o-sticks and lord knows one cant continue without mentioning the Candy Buttons on Paper tape..I would ALWAYS end up eating some of the paper but it was totally worth it!If you are like me and need a soda fix, but dont want your typical coke or sprite this is where you need to stop. Rocket Fizz is one of the only places that has a Great Wall of Soda a wall dedicated strictly to soda.. all kinds of soda.. like banana nut, blue cream, gingerbread & black licorice, they even have pickle flavored soda. I wasnt ballsy enough for the bulk of those so I just went with the blue cream that I slammed before I even left the store. I was as high as a kite on sugar when I left that place or maybe even before I left.. hence the Squirrel Underpants that I could not NOT buy. I mean.. I cant even catch my cats when theyre running around.. So, what made me think:That I could catch a squirrel?That I could catch said squirrel and put these underpants on him?Oh yea.. it was the sugar induced coma that caused me to suffer from delusions of super human, squirrel catching speed. But I digress..Rocket Fizz brings out the kid in everyone who visits. They have great pricing for candy sales by the pound.. ($1 per lb on some items), a much better deal than Dylans or Big Top (Austin).So stop by and say hello to the staff for me, they are as sweet as their products and allow you to take your time (youll need it) while shopping, laughing and texting your mom. Sometimes they have samples which are always a plus.
