Recently had a soft clear kamui tip put on my OB carbon fiber shaft. Grady did an excellent job shaping and getting side of tip perfectly down to the ferrule. I highly recommend his work

They have so much more including video cabinets, poker tables & accessories as well as air hockey, shuffleboard, ping pong and foosball tables not to mention the large assortment of pool tables & cues.Theres a reason theyve been in business since 1940 and looking at the wall of pro pool players from the past to present, its obvious they know where to shop as well! Great seeing Al Morrison today but Kim and Eliza are always available to help.

International Billards has incredible service, both online and in person. I saw a pool table on their website that I really liked and left a comment on it. In no more than 5 minutes they responded to me with all the information I asked for. Later that same week I went to the store to check out the table and they were very helpful explaining to us all the details. We received the table on time and the day of delivery. The installers were very excellent and left the table in excellent shape to play on. The only detail was that there were some scratches on the rails but I contacted International Billards immediately. They responded once again very quickly. They offered to replace the rails for us and have them installed free of charge. Since I didnt want to go through the trouble of taking the table apart they offered to give me a refund of $125 or $150 in store credit for the damages. In the end I decided to take the check. Very excellent pool store I definitely recommend it and will be buying all my pool supplies from them in the future.

Buying a pool table for our new home was a big decision for us, The staff at International Billiards was very professional and helpful, we felt very good about buying our table from them. During delivery their staff communicated when they would arrive and, the installation crew were very professional and explained in detail how to care for and maintain the table. I will be buying all of our accessories from them and would highly recommend.

Great selection of cues. Awesome staff. They let you test the cues before you buy and they have the ability to repair cues. Im planning on taking a few older ones to them for repair.

Affordable billiards shop in Houston. Usually go to them to get my tips replaced on my cues for a reasonable $15-30 dollars. Usually takes 1 day for a tip replacement, if theyre not busy. Also house plenty of other pool accessories and supplies as well.LOL, I wrote this a year ago. Im not sure what yall could have done, but yall shop takes care of people so heres your 5 stars!

We were a little unsure of ourselves when we first went shopping for a billiard table so we tried a couple of local stores but did not feel very welcome. It was different with International Billiards where we felt comfortable the minute we entered the store. We were greeted by a very friendly lady named Eliza who made every effort to make us feel at home and answer any question we had. New to billiards, we had quite a few, but Eliza was extremely patient and walked us around the store a couple of times to show us different items until we found the right one for us. She took the time to help us pick out the right colors for our pool table and helped our kids with the children’s cues. We also got to meet the great-grandson of the founder of the store and learned a little store history. Shopping at International Billiards was a wonderful experience we recommend to anyone.

My husband and I met with TJ. he was busy but remained attentive to all of our questions. He was personable and very knowledgeable. Did feel like he was trying to sell us but was helping us decide on what we wanted and needed. We were in the store for about an hour. All staff were very friendly and I felt the customer service was superb. I work in customer service and am very critical. This business made it easy to give high marks. As for the table and accessories - we couldnt be happier! We are pleased with the quality and looks. This was a housewarming gift from our daughter who did her homework.
